    PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

    Have an issue with Playerauctions, Order Detail (Order ID: 2606645). I submitted an account reclaimed 18 days ago and haven't heard much of anything back. I've reached out to the live support on multiple occasions only to be the case would be escalated and to come back in 24hours, I did this a few times and finally received an email saying it could take as much as 22 days (again, we're now on day 18). I paid $70 for an account, plus the $7 or whatever for the insurance. The account was locked and the password was changed the day the disbursement period was over. As soon as the seller got his money, I lost the account. I myself have sold multiple accounts on playerauctions and as the seller never had any issues with the buyers. The seller hasn't bothered to return any of my messages or attempts to get in contact. I'm starting to get very frustrated because I've lost $70 and have nothing to show for it. I would simply like the refund that the insurance should assure I get so that I can go on with my life and never buy another account again.

    Edit I should also note that the livechat seems to be offline almost every time I try to use it, which is very annoying.

    Hi Koncerned,

    Upon checking, I can see the last update was us sending you an email asking for evidence of account relaimation.

    I understand your frustration however we could not offer you a refund until you provide strong evidence of account being reclaimed by previous owner - otherwise it won't be fair for the seller.

    Did you recieve any emails from the game publisher informing you that your account was recovered by previous owner? Or have you contacted the seller on our onsite messenger about this case? Any screenshots of these will help.

    Send those screenshots as attachment to our TS/Customer Support team and I will help you get your refund asap.

    I've sent you an email back in the past regarding this and you never got back to me. I just sent you ANOTHER email with 5 pictures of proof. Please make sure someone looks at this. Also can you explain to me why the livechat has been offline for the past week?

    It's been a few days since you said you'd escalate it and I haven't heard anything from you or an email/message on the site itself. It's been 26 days since I first submitted the dispute as well.

    Your team kept responding with the same answer saying that they're not able to retrieve my account back, all I ever did was refunding an order that I thought was "undelivered" and got banned. My seller and I @VanDaFall have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now please refund his order, we have both resolved our problem, he has agreed on giving me another account with his money being delivered. Without getting access to my account I cannot to that.

    Sorry to say this but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I bought an account for around 130-140$, it got recovered after 2 weeks so I applied for insurance. The PA support team took an incredibly long time to reply and the scammer (seller) is still selling accounts on PA?! I've supplied enough sufficient evidence to show the account I bought was recovered but they still denied my appeal. For this I will never trust PA again and I have recommended others not too. Waste of 130$, not only that the seller is still actively selling accounts lmao.

    lol I feel you, but I didn't even buy an account, I straight bought gold and got permabanned over a year ago, lost over $180

    Lol yeah but I've learnt to never use that site and only purchased accounts of this sythe off extremely trusted users. The seller didn't even respond to any of my messages I sent him and apparently that isn't enough proof I got scammed :)

    I agree as I mentioned in my resolution thread Im still waiting for a response and u know what they said to me last time? "However, based on our investigation, it is our discretion to not allow your PlayerAuctions account to be reactivated." Wtf?? Is it wrong to misrefund an order??? Terrible customer service

    Never buy an account off of someone unless they have alot to lose. Especially a business.
