    He is now asking for the bank pin on the account and refusing to give me access to it... I had $140 worth of gold on the account

    Basically his scam is to get cleaned then sell his account. He waits till someone has a big bank on it and recovers it then keeps all the money and the account. He is saying that he won't give me access back to the account without the bank pin I put on it. In 6 days that bank pin will be taken off because he has access to the account...

    Edit: I also contacted the live support and they have upgraded it to their supervisors. However they did not ask me for the evidence I have now with him demanding the bank pin in order for a refund.

    This isn't a current problem just a solution, I was an active member on playerauctions years ago and did sell one of my other high level accounts on there which had about 400m in valued items. I give the account as i should of and was awaiting payment to find out that the guy decides he is unhappy with the purchase and of course the account got cleaned. I got my account back with no items and playerauctions team wasn't interested in my case and just palmed me off in the live chats, since then I've stopped using playerauctions. The idea of giving over full ownership of accounts before the buyer decides he wants to keep the account is a ludicrous idea and needs to be addressed. Maybe this has been changed since, but if this is still the case then it's an easy opening for malicious intent and a easy way for people to scam.

    It's been two weeks now with no response. I am thankfully no longer being harassed. However the account has been recovered with clear evidence and I don't know how to get a refund as the PA dispute just offered to send the seller my email, and I'm not getting support on this forum

    Hey, I sold three Runescape accounts and one of them complained about it being banned in which the case has been on-going the seller hasn't responded and doesn't plan on due to him being in the wrong. i've emailed playerauctions soo many times I've been in the live chat nearly every single day and they're not helping me at all.. they keep telling me they'll give the reclamation team a nudge but it's been 2 weeks and there's no reason why the case should still be open. i'm awaiting my funds and in desperate need of the case to be closed and my funds to be released! could you please me out?

    so this is my PA story. Been a member as from 2010 with 30 transactions all 100%

    last Friday tried to buy an account that costed $950. I had already verified my id several weeks before. My payment was processed and verified but after an hour checked the site as I received no notification and found out that order was terminated stating that the seller provided wrong info which am sure he did not. Had to wait 5 days to get refund. Excuses about weekends don't operate etc etc

    Well today tried to rebuy another account for $1000. Payment passed paypal but after few minutes received email that payment failed...said wtf I have money. Tried second time removing the insurance and got same message after few minutes. Meanwhile was on livechat and I cannot imagine the unsupport you get from there...the guy was barely speaking and lastly he just left me there without saying a word. Received an email from compliance stating the below:

    igot a Problem with your Site iam a Seller i Sold an account idid change everything and gived the secret answer to the buyer he did change everything and after a month he is telling me that he can't access his account and because he got an insurance he did reclaim
    PA send me a Mail i said Okay i iwill send a prove with the Email Change that the buyer done with the Time and everything and its being a week now playerauction don't care and Live chat don't care while they are holding my money

    the buyer blackmailing me on skype with other Name to give money or he will keep the dispute open I did send the Prove why there is no answer

    on last thing why you are doing this ?? you get money from the SELLERS that SELL things on your Site why you want them to GO AWAY ? ?

    Hi,

    I am here regarding an issue for order no. 2507249 where the original owner clearly reclaimed the account just 1 day after my purchase.

    My desired email was: [email protected]
    What account was asked when clicked at forgotten password: w*******@g****.com

    Funnily enough it was still connected to my facebook account.

    I got to play the account for a bit after the delivery but the next day (today) when I tried to log in it was immediately recovered. I have contacted the PA customer service but all I have received are copy and pasted replies. Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

    Hello there,

    I have been having some issues with my account reclamation process. Order ID 2513078.

    I purchased and account with the extra cost of the insurance for the case of if the account got recovered. Unfortunately the account got recovered the day the money was shown as disbursed to the seller.

    When I messaged the seller via PA private message he told me to add him on skype where he would help me "get this figured out". He continued to try and ask me not to file a reclamation on playerauctions. In the skype logs he admits to recovering the account and claims now that "he just wants all this to go away."

    I started the reclamation process on December 20th (19 days from today). I was asked for the skype logs, then pictures of the skype logs with the Game Accounts employee saying:

    Hello,

    We have received your emails regarding what the seller is doing. Can you provide to us the screenshots of the conversation through the chat history on skype itself? We meant the one from your last email from "[12/28/2016 5:07:31 PM] __________" to "[12/28/2016 6:29:27 PM] _________"

    Also, we also read on your last email about the seller claiming that he contacted CS about this issue and has provided you the chat log for it. Can you also provide to us the chat log of what the seller told to the CS? This may probably be viable evidence.

    After waiting days for a response, I got an email stating that skype logs are not accepted as evidence and I shoudl try and contact Jagex support for help. This is after they specifically requested skype logs. Here is that email:

    Hello,

    We have received your email. We apologized, but we do not accept Skype conversation or outside Playerauctions website.It should be conversation via on-site messaging. Also, evidence should be the seller reclaimed the game account.

    Have you tried to contact the game publisher? You can contact Jagex Support via twitter and ask them what happened to your game account and you lost access to it. Then you can follow up who has access or ownership of the game account.You may contact them via this link "Jagex Support (@JagexSupport) | Twitter

    Note: Do not inform them that you bought the game account, instead it was stolen or hacked from you.

    I have been fed misinformation on multiple occasions now. This should be an extremely simple process: my account was recovered, and I have insurance, there is nothing complex happening here, I need to be refunded.

    This process has been extremely long and frustrating and I am not interested it dragging out any longer (It has already been 19 days to this point).

    I bought an account through the PA website and paid the insurance so I would be safe if this exact thing was to happen, now here I am almost 3 weeks from filing my reclamation and I feel am no closer than I was on day one. The current service I am receiving is unacceptable.

    Help would be appreciated,

    Thank you for the idea man, I will be filing a complaint there. I was blatantly scammed by this company. The seller admitted to recovering the account and PA still did not honor their insurance policy.

    Definition of a scam.
