    Just a follow up my ticket #42603 was open'd 3/11/16, I responded 48 hours ago and have yet to hear back regarding a REGISTRATION issue.

    Bought an account for $150 off of playerauctions about a year ago. Within a week the account was locked and recovered. I tried going through the channels on player auctions but received absolutely no help. Tried to do a chargeback through paypal but that didn't work either, and not surprisingly my playerauctions account was banned. Anyways I'm not sure how much evidence I could find I know I took quite a few screenshots but if this doesn't seem like anything you can help me with then I wont even bother looking.
    So my question, should I bother looking for screenshots or is there nothing you can do?

    I'm happy to say that PA actually followed through this time. After contacting them on four separate occasions my account is finally suspended.

    Got a response to my ticket today (24 days later).

    Quote for quote what it said:

    "These images are to blurry do u have any others".

    I just closed the ticket to be honest, not waiting 50 days for you to approve pictures I submitted that are the best quality I could get.

    It looks like your issue has resolved on it's own, closing in your favor because the buyer did not respond to your last messages. If there is anything else you need let me know.

    Can you provide an order ID mate? You're account was suspended because of the chargeback, our systems automatically due that to prevent payment fraud.


    @thea106, just to clarify for everyone, Thea was specifically asking for his PA account to be closed.

    Hello, I am "Deviasaranas" on playerauctions and for the past 2 weeks I am having issues of not getting paid by your company for one of my order. I sold like 5 accounts on your site. For 5 of these offers I got paid and there were no issues. So basically, the problem is that for some reason the payment keeps "getting held and denied by Paypal" at least that is what your customer support is telling me. So to fix this issue I called paypal and they told me that everything was fine regarding my account your company even paid me on this account for one order today and the payment went through fine. So there was one order left that I should've been paid earlier than today's order. Sounds kinda weird from your side because your staff kept telling me that there was something wrong with my account but they managed to pay somehow for the order. So I called Paypal again and they again told me that everything was fine regarding account again. I even tested it, 4 different people sent me money and there were 0 issues. So out of frustation I am writing this and hoping to finally resolve this issue. Thank you for your time.

    Ive checked the status of this account, and it appears to be in the disbursement queue for later today.

    From your order performance, it looks like the previous orders processed for you were all under $50, however this order is above $200, therefore it is possible PayPal limited your account, because we have no applied any special rules or limitations to your disbursement for this order.

    Mr Player Auctions,

    I bought an account for 175 dollars with insurance. I am hit with a logical falicy in the insurance process. The account in question was recovered by the Runescape special account recovery system. This information necessary for account recovery is something known only by the original account owner and is such information as creation service providers credit card data and other such personal data. The account in question was recovered through this system. I can prove the last user was the original account owner and I did not receive the above info from the seller. This means that either the seller recovered the account or the seller gave a third party the required information. For this reason it is the sellers fault for the account recovery. What can I do to rectify this I have tried to reach out to jagex but have had no responses. ID of order

    I recently purchased an account through PA, and it was reclaimed. The account was then resold through a new PA account. The seller in question has done this with multiple accounts. I posted everything I have in my support ticket. Here is my support ticket number: #49754.

    Hi Jacob, (I did not know about this thread and sent you a PM sorry for double posting)

    I was doing some research because I just received an email saying that even though I provided extensive proof and the seller was not able to provide information or respond at all to his recovering of my account, I will not be allowed a refund.

    I'm incredibly upset and frustrated right now. I have spent well over $700 on PA and love the site. The seller has sold the account he sold to me TWICE already on player auctions. He even falsely advertised insurance in the title of the sale.

    I spent $218 on this account which is a huge amount of money for me as I am a full-time student and part time worker. I am in shock that even with all the proof and no seller response I was not issued a refund (not even market credit).

    Please assist me in any way you can.

    Here is the email I received (which includes the ticket ID)

    A quick glance, and I had seen the seller did respond, at least to us in our correspondence with him for this order.

    I will take a deeper look at this when I am back in the office on Monday.

    I sold 4 accounts on player auctions, but when they had to pay me my money, i got this message.
    I understand your concern about the delay in disbursement. Upon checking your account, it seems that the disbursement was held because the payment was unclaimed in PayPal. Please contact PayPal so that they can assist on how to fix your account. Once you've sorted this out, kindly contact us so we can release the disbursement again


    i know there is no problems with my paypal account, because my friend tried to send me 50+dollars, and it worked well.

    i don't know what is going on ? i saw that im not only one whos getting this wierd problems.

    Any update, Jacob? The seller sent me a very vague email saying "Contact me on Skype. Good news about the account." However I have still been following his twitter posts and the account he is trying to "un-ban" because I "hijacked it" is correctly banned and it won't be removed.

    Edit: I would prefer to not have to deal/interact with the scum who scammed me. I would rather go through player auctions in order to get my money back.

    Edit 2: Here are some screen-shots. I am very unsure as to what he is doing please let me know how to proceed. I will not communicate with him further until I have confirmation from player auctions as to how I should handle the situation.
