Subject: FINAL COMPLAINT: 1 Month of Ignored Requests - Feedback Extortion - Order #[23a39c16-f60d-458e-89b9-44ac067352ec]
Dear Eldorado Management,
I am writing this with great frustration. I have been reporting this case for over one month through live chat, but your support team has completely ignored me, providing only automated "copy-paste" responses."We understand the importance of negative feedback removals; however, currently, support teams are not processing these requests due to high inquiry volume."
This is a serious policy violation that requires immediate human intervention:

1. Failure of Support: For 30+ days, I have requested a review. Your team's inaction has allowed a fraudulent buyer to continue damaging my business.
2. Theft & Extortion: The buyer falsely accused me of theft (with zero proof). To resolve this, I paid him 300m coins. He then demanded more. I paid an additional 150m coins (Total 450m+). You can check the chat now, he’s trying to get more coins.
3. Broken Mutual Agreement: After taking the last 150m, the buyer has gone completely silent and refuses to remove the negative feedback. He has effectively scammed me of my coins and is still ruining my reputation.
4. Targeted Damage: This buyer is likely a competitor. Because of this unverified negative feedback, I am unable to receive any new orders for a whole month.

My Demand:
I have followed every rule, yet I am being punished while the scammer is being protected by your silence. I request you to:

• Immediately remove the negative feedback for Order #[23a39c16-f60d-458e-89b9-44ac067352ec].
• Take action against the buyer for extortion and fraud.

I expect a response from a human manager, not an automated bot. My livelihood on this platform depends on this resolution.

Request to Remove False & Extortion-Based Negative Feedback

First of all, I am extremely tired and mentally exhausted. For the past three months, I have not received any real solution. Live support is not listening and keeps sending the same copied replies without properly reviewing my case. That is why I am explaining everything clearly here.

According to Eldorado’s own rules, feedback can be removed in certain situations. In my case, two rules fully apply:

Extortion / Blackmail
The buyer changed feedback to negative and demanded money to remove it.

The buyer came 42 days after the order was completed, edited the feedback to negative, and accused me of stealing 300M.
He provided no proof of any theft.

Because support did not help me, I was forced to pay him 300M just to get the feedback removed.
After receiving 300M, he then demanded another 137M.
I paid 150M more (total 450M) all purchased through Eldorado with proof.

After that, he stopped replying and did not remove the feedback, because he wanted even more money.

This is clear extortion.

Unfulfilled Mutual Agreement
He agreed to remove the feedback after payment but did not do it.

Our chat clearly shows he agreed to remove the feedback after receiving the coins.
He received the coins.
He did not remove the feedback.
He also stopped responding.

His Feedback Is False
He wrote:

“I had a rough experience… They logged into my account on three different devices… After I showed proof they returned 300M… Still down 137M.”

This is all false:

• The job was only $1 Gridmaster event (temporary league mode).
• The order was completed.
• He left positive feedback and left.
• 42 days later he came back with false accusations.
• His account was Ironman, so he cannot use Grand Exchange yet he claimed GE losses (which is impossible).
• He never provided any proof of hacking.
• I still paid him 450M just to resolve this.

My Seller History
I have 600+ positive feedbacks.
I handle billions of GP safely.
This is my livelihood.
I have never scammed anyone.

I made no mistake, yet I paid a huge amount just to end this problem and still the buyer kept the negative feedback.

Final Request
Please review:
• Our full chat
• The payment proof
• The Ironman account evidence
• The timeline (42 days later extortion)

This feedback was obtained by blackmail and broken agreement.
It violates Eldorado rules.

If the feedback cannot be removed, then please clearly explain why no rule violation is being applied, even though I have proof and the buyer has none

I respectfully request that this false negative feedback be removed. Please!!!

We were recently contacted by one of their buyers who: Purchased an account Had it recovered within 2 weeks Lost ~4B GP as a result

To make matters worse, we have already attempted to contact Eldorado’s support team, and they explicitly stated they will not take action against someone simply using the same name.

 

We would like to inform you, that after a thorough investigation our Team has decided the most optimal path for this issues resolution.
