Meanwhile, regarding your account being suspended, it shows that 'paypal Unauthorized Claim' in our system, to re-activate your account, you may want to contact PayPal or double check the payment details.

It's possible my issue may have been resolved. I am reaching out to walmart to recover my credit card lol because I discarded after they fucked me. But if he fixed my issue then he will get a review on that. Not sure why it couldnt be done then, i will work with walmart to recover the credit card, then confirm my 171 dollars was returned

You did in 1 day, what your colleagues could not do in 2 months of me messaging them every single day, and a year of my money not being returned to me.

But your company, the chat support, whoever you have working there. They are the most unprofessional pieces of work I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Like On a scale of 1-10 in terms of support, I get better support from MEMBERS of Sythe than I do from a big ass company like PA. You are a good employee, you put effort, you did your job and you solved my issue. the same cannot be said for your co-workers who put 0 effort into this. This is a black market business, your fuckups can cost people their money, time and accounts. Please give feedback to your employees.

Between us I understand, you probably deal with a shit load of scammers everyday. So does 99% of Sythe, and they are business men that are not even dealing with a company as vast as yours when it comes to games supporting ect. I understand the scammer list is huge. but holy god brother I feel like i walked into willy wonka and the chocolate factory and the umpa lumpas were replaced by brazilian midgets playing a video game in english

Great thread! I previously reached out to you guys on twitter, but I'll post it here as well.

In Order#2583549 I delivered 70m Osrs gold to the buyer, and it was confirmed.
3 days later PA put my disbursement on hold because the buyers account was hi-jacked. It's been three months now of back and forth with the mediation team.

My response: I delivered the gold in full and safely to the buyer directly. If his account got hacked, he needs to contact the person that sold him the account, and the latest response I received was, "your buyer claims that the gold was revoked".

(UPDATE: Received a response on this order already.)And for Order#2710027, how do I prevent fraudulent seller evidence on orders like this one - Are you able to check the sellers profile for any red flags? What other steps can I take to protect myself to prove whether or not I actually received the product?

seems player auctions has removed their live chat, they have ignored my emails for almost 2months now.
