    Hi Josh,

    Thank you for contacting us, and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Please note that it is stated on our website that we offer insurance packages that protects our Buyers against rare events of account being reclaimed or suspended due to the previous owner, but PlayerAuctions only accepts conversations/chat logs evidence using our PA onsite messaging system. - If the evidence is sufficient enough, we will refund the Buyer with market credit equal to the amount that he/she have insured.

    We'd recommend that you get in touch with Jagex Support via twitter and ask them what happened to your game account. But do not inform them that you bought the game account, instead it was stolen or hacked from you.

    Hey I'm having serious trouble with someone who purchased my account months ago, he's claiming that he doesn't have the account etc and then had the nerve to be honest to me via Skype, so now he's 'trying' to contact support to tell them to close the case but apparently they're not interested in doing so, the only replies I get from him is via Skype, on PA it's just me constantly talking to myself. I have provided evidence etc in the PA email whether it being a skype conversation or the only PA conversation of me just talking to myself. It has been over a week since I heard about the case and no one is getting back to me, I have many pending payments which have been stopped in the process and it is affecting me. Could you please check into this?, it will be very much appreciated.

    Update. This company is a 100% fraud. 3 months later I have still not received my payment. I was told by Mario that my account got suspended due to some "technical error"(lol ok) and that my payments would be released on feb 6th. Feb 6th customer service claims my payment will be released in 1-2 business days. Feb 8th. Customer service says my payment is processing and will be given within he day. Feb 9th No payment. Customer service says my account has been suspended yet again, "for the same reason it was before". Mind you, I have no logged in to my account since December 12th(when I sold my account.) since then, my account has been suspended, for forgetting I had a preexisting account and attempting to start a new one. It got Unspended two months later. Then my account gets locked due to a technical error. Gets unlocked. Then my account gets suspended again, for the same reason it got suspended for in December. (Which is a fraudulent reason). My account has been hilariously "locked" or suspended every single time my payment was supposed to be sent. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

    We found a solution (Will give another account, if order gets confirmed)
    But his account is somehow banned from PA. His username is Almoe. I was in the live support already too for him.
    Because of this he cannot confirm the order.

    @PlayerAuctions this is regarding Order #: 2608383 , I was refunded last night and right away I was really excited I finally got refunded after being stressed over this. I got refunded with a $150 code and right away I went to go buy some gp, not realizing in my excitement that it was a one-time use I used $65 for gp when I should have used it all. The seller was relatively new so I wanted to take all the precautions after being caught in this horrible situation that caused me to have to go through the process of getting a refund. So I decided to try him out first with a lower amount it went fine and he gave me the gp. So I went back to him to use the rest of the coupon and it said invalid coupon, at that moment I realized I messed up. I went back to the e-mail and read that it states it's a one-time use. I'm really sorry for this and it's all my fault. I know you guys will have no gain in this only loss. However could you please send me another code for the rest that I could use to buy gp. I'm really sorry about this...........

    I know you guys are capable of creating another coupon. It doesn't even need to be the whole $85 just $50 is all I need. I admit I made a mistake because I didn't read the one word on the bottom of the e-mail that states it's a one-time use. I spent day and night contacting support being stressed out about getting scammed and then I finally got refunded. I've put lots of time getting the evidence that was necessary for the appeal. Then contacting support everyday and e-mailing you guys. I realize you guys are a business but I know if you guys want to you guys can create another coupon no problem. I'm going to use it to buy gp as well so not a risky transaction like account buying. I've been with you guys for 3 years now and sent at least 20 more customers to you guys who have had good experiences. Obviously I should have read the whole e-mail thoroughly including the bottom and not hurried to use the coupon that's my mistake but I know if you guys want to you guys can correct my error. Please help me out.

    When I skimmed through it I confused that line for "keep in mind this code can be used within the next 60 days, and any remaining balance is non-refundable" and I just hurried to checkout then with the code. I was also thinking because you guys said I get "market credit" that it would be some sort of balance that I could use when I wanted. I had no realization it was a one time use code until after the fact. When you're so excited after having put in so much time to finally get this refund it's easy to miss out on one word.

    Yeah it looks like this guy deserves a second chance here. Making a profit off of mistakes like this is an unscrupulous business practice.

    If mrpker802 can prove that he paid a seller $65 with a one time use $150 token, he should be due a token for the difference.
