Hello, so my story is I sold an account on PA with 120m on it (ironman). I kept chatting with the dude I sold the account to. He told me he transfered all of the accounts wealth to his main (which is none of my business, but this will make sense later on). I told him that he can do whatever he wants, but after some time he claimed that the accounts email adress got changed. After we tried to sort this out, i messaged jagex and told the the account was hijacked and provided them some info that I was the owner of the account. (keep in mind my disbursment is still on it's way while this is happening). Some time passes and he messages me with the same thing - the accounts email adress got changed again to the same one that it was changed to previously. We try to sort this out, but he messages PA that I recovered the account and now my payment is on "beeing processed". So what I think happened is he transfered all the cash and then tried to fake that the account got recovered, so he gets his money back +120m from my account.
What are the chances of me winning this case, and if I don't (He has 28 reviews and I have none, because this was my fisrt time dealing with PA), will somebody refund me for the 120m that I lost?

 

Getting suspended as SOON as you purchase an account sucks . . .
I spent 250 bucks and then bought the insurance for about 20 for a total of $279 and paid through Paypal. As soon as it confirmed I got suspended. And now I'm sitting here with funds pending in my account and no account to play on. This is pretty rank. I've been sitting in silence from the customer support for an hour or so now and while the wait is alright, it's really frustrating.

What do I do? Can PlayerAuctions help me?

This is my first experience with Playerauctions and I've been really wanting to see why their service is so good. It seems secure but I don't know why they suspended me. I could really use some help.

 

Just don't use PA I got scammed over for a total over $275 I even bought the insurance but they don't they shit.

are you kidding me? their is no button, it is removed. i have had this issue in the past, after about a month the "button" goes away. and i have to go through this nightmare of a process.

almost feels like they don't EVER pay out insurance. Whats going on with player auctions? it takes them months to email me back.

like i payed 700$ for this account, i have 1 year insurance. the "button" is not their anymore and this has happens in the past, it seems to go away after a month. it's like they are trying to wait for my insurance to run out.....
