    desejar seguir o caminho legal para receber seu dinheiro de volta, caso sinta que o deve. Você não precisa de um advogado para representá-lo, e a PlayerAuctions tem que pagar a maior parte das taxas porque você é um consumidor. O custo é de US$ 225, mas a PlayerAuctions precisa desembolsar pelo menos US$ 600+ apenas para iniciar o processo, sem incluir honorários advocatícios e custos adicionais de arbitragem.

    Acredito que as ações da PlayerAuctions foram incorretas e tive que recorrer à apresentação de disputas semelhantes.     First, you are going to want to fill out this Consumer Demand for Arbitration PDF https://www.adr.org/sites/default/files/Consumer_Demand_for_Arbitration_Form_3.pdf

    Then you are going to need to file a claim with the AAA. you can do that here Simple File this will cost $225

    After that it is up to PlayerAuctions to defend their actions with the AAA. PlayerAuctions will have to pay a $675 fee to start the case. More if they choose not to settle early because there are multiple payment "stages" with the AAA. Also they need to pay their lawyer, very expensive. Will cost more than the $1000 you are owed.

    If you need any further assistance please feel post your questions and progress here. PlayerAuctions refuses to lift my suspension and therefore has given up any power they have over me to prevent me from helping people like you. I would even be willing to help give official statements in your arbitration case should you need it.

    since PA do not active on epicnpc anymore i will repsot here


    I was a big seller on that site for years, but then near 3 years ago they changed policy and now they not allow users from Ukraine to sell or buy.
    I decided to post this feedback everywhere, for more attention to the problem, and also made 1-star reviews on many sites like trustpilot and similar

    Support says its because of some "government restrictions" but do not want to specify.
    I have a law degree and ability to find any legal information in any country, and appears they lied about it. Looks like Playerauctions just do not like Ukrainians in general, this is the only explanation everyone can conclude.
    Too bad, because this is not acceptable for any big company to threat Ukrainians like that without any good reason.
    I will publish this feedback everywhere, to let people aware of this gross injustice.

    because there is no regulations or laws in the country of PA registration(USA) that obliges PA to limit Ukraine. At the same time you allow users from russia to buy and sell at PA, so you support war criminals, terrorists, rapists and murderers indirectly by allow them to receive money from taxes of russian PA sellers. And at the same time you ignoring sanctions against russia. I am gathering more evidences now and already in contact with other Ukrainians, who want to resolve this as quickly as possible, so we decided to open a public group lawsuit in USA and already found a lawyer in our name, who already in process of investigation of all legislation violations made by Playerauctions

    Let me know if you need me to provide additional statements and be a witness or whatever is needed during your arbitration. I can personally attest to PlayerAuctions poor customer service and unfair/potentially illegal practices.


    I think it would be important to know that the USA is trying to pass laws that would make foreign owned business like PlayerAuctions and TikTok sell their assets to an American company. Perhaps you should bring this to the attention of higher authorities.

    I plan to help as many people file for arbitration as i can find until you lift my suspension. Assuming they have valid disputes of course, but I suppose thats for the arbitrator to decide on a case by case basis. I will let everybody know my opinions of your business, and how you treated me, because what are you going to do ban me again? I have a good reputation on many websites not just Sythe. What a coincidence that yours is the only one I am banned on. I plan to use my good reputation to publicly shame your actions and help others file for arbitration to dispute their disagreements with you. I also plan on exposing how your payment processing failed people for years resulting in stuck transactions.

    You have the option to lift my suspension and admit that maybe your actions were excessive and I would happily return to business as usual but since you adamantly want to enforce your nonsensical ban. Negatively affecting my business. I am going to make it my personal goal to help as many people as possible who disagree with your decisions bring their complaints to Arbitration, and I will not only help them every step along the way. But I will make sure to publicly express my disgust with your company's actions towards me, and them, at every opportunity as I help them wherever I find their complaints. Thankfully I have a good reputation everywhere but your website so that will be easy.

    Your suspension of my account from your platform has not silenced me. It has only encouraged me to take my complaints away from our private e-mail conversations into both public forums and private litigation. Because what are you going to do ban me again?

    If you decide to change your decision about my suspension I would be happy to abstain from publicly commenting and helping others with their issues. Otherwise I look forward to wasting my free time roasting your company on public forums such as Sythe and EpicNPC, Steam, etc, and aiding others in their litigation.

    Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.
