    Oh! I'm talking about the long process it takes to get approved on Payoneer, not PlayerAuctions :). I did have to change phone number on PA so that i was able to switch my disbursement method but PA was fantastic with response time, only took 3 hours to get everything sorted. Lot of stuff going on with Paypal being removed but support on PlayerAuctions has been great during it all.

    It appears, having an approved (non-PayPal) disbursement method does not change much either.
    I'm getting my payments via skrill since years. As a powerseller I'm entitled to 24hours processing.
    This entire week I received one single payment.
    I have a daily volume of over 1k$ in sales and the open amounts sum up fast and high.

    I see myself forced to put all my activities on the platform on hold for now until I can rely on my payments again.. This is sadly not acceptable.

    Alright, thanks for the clarification. I thought I'd butt in to ask if there's anything I can do.

    As discussed earlier, I have already notified our finance department. Our system and all the staff is having a bit of a hard time sorting out the issues and this is affecting our response time - I am sincerely sorry for the trouble on your part.

    Wow that is great to now, I paid a lot in fees this time so I will keep this in mind when I sell in the future. Guess I will be making one now! :)

    Hello, today i did a try of a purchase. The number ID is #5016228. I've payed via Neteller and got my money out, but in playerauctions.com shows that the Orther has been closed. Please i need a solution.

    I was suppose to be paid out yesterday. Checked in and today it's still saying "Queued for immediate processing" Any idea?

    On Saturdays and Sundays they generally do not pay. What has not been paid a few hours ago will not be paid until at least Monday.

    The customer never received the account info even though it was listed as instant delivery. Please give the customer his login info and fix the bug that isn't providing customers with their accounts instantly.

    Hi @PlayerAuctions, PayPal was removed from Disbursement Method. I tried to change it to Skrill but it's not working. I clicked on Skrill but nothing showed up for me to change. Can you help me? my username is tinhhai123

    Hi playerauctions, just wanted to follow up on an ongoing dispute i have with a buyer. He confirmed delivery of the account i sold already but now is disputing that the account isnt as described and is trying to get a refund.

    Anyway, the issue we are having is that i cannot accept the refund at this point since the buyer has full access to the account now and so me and the buyer cannot come to a mutual agreement.

    As of today, the dispute has been stuck at the “escalating” status for about 2 days now, so i would just like to follow up on this since i was informed that this was supposed to be escalated to PA staff after 24 hours.

    Hello,

    I would like to move to Payoneer from Skrill effective immediately. Please hold all of my current disbursements. In order to minimize the Payoneer fees, I would like to be disbursed just once every week. Is that possible? I have PM'ed you my username. Please check and respond asap. Thank you.

    P.S. If it is not possible to send disbursement just once every week, there won't be much difference in Payoneer and Skrill disbursement fees.

    I know what the fees are, but I'm not clear which is going to be applicable in my case. My Payoneer has always been in USD although I'm not from the US.

    Anyone else getting the issue "Current Disbursement Account doesn’t match" when switching to Payoneer or Skrill?

    Seems i can't switch my disbursement method due to PayPal being removed? not entirely sure on that.

    I Opened up a dispute, which hasn't had any response in over a month now. 246584 is the ticket ID. Accounts I bought were banned and the selling page stated replacements/refund would be given if banned within that time period. They were, he gave me a replacement for one of the accounts, when I went to him about the other two he blocked me and didn't respond.

    I'm sorry but for order 4999699, this has already been decided in favor of your buyer. The reason for that is because he was able to prove that you were not able to allow him to change the email address on the account, a necessary process for buyers to take control of the account. Anyway, I'm really sorry for the erratic scheduling. We're having issues normalizing the sked back to it's usual form but we should be able to starting this week.
