    Yeah that worried me a bit, everywhere i searched online Skrill seems to have negative reviews about locking funds..so if i were to change my distribution to that and PA sent 1,000$+ into it..would be a bit worried they would insta lock. Would you suggest going with Payoneer then? only downside i see is it seems the only way to withdraw the money is through your bank or their own personal card that cost 30$/year? I've applied to Payoneer 2 days ago so still awaiting them to verify my account so i can start selling on PA again.

    Not too much of an issue, but least once this is done should be finished with this mess. Luckily PA helped me recover my phone number to change the disbursement method, and only took like 4 hours tops. Really is a shame without PayPal but it happens.

    Most of the questions I had were answered just now as a payoneer payment came through for the pending disbursement sales, as well as the others that werent in the disbursement phase yet and were stuck. All looks handled, I have sent another PM with a new question pertaining to these disbursement accounts going forward, thanks

    Is the PlayerAuctions and Paypal situation permanent or temporary? Like is it possible Paypal will be able to be used again in a few weeks/months or will Paypal never be able to be used again?

    Would it be possible to keep PayPal disabled for buyers but allow it for seller's disbursements? If the issue has something to do with buyers using PayPal rather than sellers just getting money? Just doesn't make sense. Thanks!

    Payoneer is fine, but they locked my account twice asking for verification/source of my funds. When I showed it to them, they removed the limit. I guess I will have to verify again when I cross the 10k limit. Skrill, on the other hand, gave me a lot of headache when they locked my account. I had to call them to verify my identity and release the limit. With that said, even if Payoneer charges $30 per year, you can calculate that the disbursement fees is actually collectively lower than it is/was for Skrill/PayPal.

    Nah, it is never coming back. It had to happen at some point given the insane number of disputes PA had been receiving on PayPal due to fraud sellers/buyers.

    Really sorry guys but PayPal is disabled both for buyers and sellers, and we were told to inform everyone that it's gone permanently at this point.

    Any kind of identity: Passport/driving license/national ID. For source of funds, I simply showed them by PA store, and they said, it is acceptable for now.

    Hello PlayerAuctions,

    Please see below for a summary of sequence of events that have transpired thus far:

    Last PayPal Disbursement Received - June 18th, 2019, 4:24 AM

    No Disbursements sent by PlayerAuctions on June 19th, 2019 - PlayerAuctions PayPal issue. Disbursement option could not be changed due to website issues.

    No Disbursements sent by PlayerAuctions on June 20th, 2019 - PlayerAuctions PayPal issue. Disbursement option could not be changed due to website issues.

    No Disbursements sent by PlayerAuctions on June 21th, 2019 - PlayerAuctions PayPal issue. Disbursement option could not be changed due to website issues.

    No Disbursements sent by PlayerAuctions on June 24th, 2019 - PlayerAuctions PayPal issue. Disbursement option could not be changed due to website issues. The following evening Tina responded saying the option can be changed. I was then able to update the disbursement option.

    Last Skrill Disbursement Received - June 25th, 2019, 3:36 AM - Attempted to switch disbursements since Skrill fees are extremely high, site said there were pending disbursements so it would not allow me to switch the disbursement type to Payoneer. Only about 50 orders were disbursed instead of the entire 100+ queued orders

    No Disbursements sent by PlayerAuctions on June 26th, 2019 - PlayerAuctions website issue.. Contacted Tina and said they will be re-added to the disbursement queue.. this did not happen. I also mentioned that I am unable to change my disbursement method since it is stuck with the status "We couldn't change your information because we are currently disbursing your orders. Please try again in a few hours.". This message makes no sense, since I have not received any disbursements since then to my Skrill, nor does the site allow me to update the option to Payoneer.


    No Disbursements sent by PlayerAuctions on June 27th, 2019 - - Tina Mentioned that Finance had stopped disbursements so I could change the payment option. I attempted again to change my disbursement option and STILL could not update it, and was presented with the same "We couldn't change your information because we are currently disbursing your orders. Please try again in a few hours." message.

    Of over 100+ orders queued, with several thousand dollars worth of completed orders spanning over a week, I have only received one small batch of disbursements which occurred on Tuesday.
    Nothing received since then, and the site will absolutely not allow me to change my disbursement methods, even though Tina stated that I should be able to change it now.

    I've sold over 3000 accounts on your website in the span of two years, and your site has made tens of thousands of dollars from all of the accounts I've sold from fees alone. This lack of support is unacceptable. It is very frustrating to communicate to support and expect only one correspondence per day, as the entire day the support is unavailable until I am asleep. This limits me to "5" correspondence (one correspndence per business day) for the week until the weekend! I will be removing all of my active offers (over 650) from PlayerAuctions until these payment disbursement issues are rectified.

    I've had an excellent relationship with my buyers and PlayerAuction as a whole while I'd been selling accounts from August 2017 until early June... being stranded with no money for my account sales for nearly two weeks is not the type of support I expect to see. I do not want to leave PlayerAuctions and start selling on other competitor sites, as I've established a great reputation on this site, but if I can't sell accounts and receive funds for it, then what am I to do?

    Please look into this issue and help expedite it, the ticket # is 255254.

    Tina was finally able to assist in stopping disbursements so that I could change my payment type. I responded immediately after her response to resume disbursements but I’ve heard nothing back from her. Would it be possible to resume the queued orders for disbursement so that I could get it in tonight’s batch before the weekend?

I'm sorry I can't guarantee anything but rest assured that I will keep tabs on this to hopefully get your payment to you before the weekend hits — this is something I can relate with you so I'll do what I can.

    I'm truly sorry, Search. I've discussed this with the team and they stand by their policy that the delivery time is factored into that, that sellers should anticipate the completion of the payment verification. You can always ask [email protected] to review the negative feedback for removal, and if you are able to make a statement to the buyer that the order should be canceled because you're logging out or about to sleep, they may consider removing the review.

    If anyone was wondering on wether to choose Skrill or Payoneer I can try to help

    If you are not from the USA, the total fee to receive, convert to your currency (automatically done by Skrill) and withdraw is ~11% (even if you are in the USA it's still like 8%) I saw someone claiming their customer support is garbage but I can contest to that, I always received a response within 24 hours and they were extremely helpful.

    Payoneer on the other hand offers extremely competetive exchange rates as well as much faster withdrawals. The total fee to receive is $3 USD per transaction, so you can receive $1000 and the fee will still only be $3. It is very easy to use and is far better then Paypal ever was. There is honestly no reason to choose Paypal or Skril over Payoneer is you are from Europe/Canada/USA where I assume the majority of sellers are from.

    Thanks for the info between Skrill and Payoneer. I was approved for Skrill within 24 hours, but after looking at the fees and nearly all reviews being 1 star..switched to Payoneer. Sadly it's been near 3 days now and they've yet to approve me..waiting on it so i can finally continue selling on PlayerAuctions.

    Are you only able to withdraw money on Payoneer through your bank or through a Payoneer mastercard? That's the only downside i see, rather get it transferred to my debit card, but not that big of an issue. Hopefully they approve my account soon..so much waiting.

    Just to clarify, is the approval you're referring to, on Payoneer or at PlayerAuctions? If it's at PlayerAuctions, let me know what your username is on the site so I can ask our agents to do something about it.
