    So you’re telling me I got scammed? He even told you guys he accidentally recovered it the first time. How is that my fault? This is legitimate bogus? I opened it up for a valid reason and now he gets away with my $200 and you steal my $20 insurance? Really?

    1. Scammer Profile: @PlayerAuctions

      Desc. of Issue: I purchased an account from playerauctions with full insurance and from a seem to be legitimate seller with 491 feedback and 99% success rate. I purchase this account around January of 2019 and was ecstatic and having a great time until the account was recovered by the seller by "mistake" and I opened a dispute and we worked it out and I considered his information to be correct and to be a mistake by accident. He said he still had the account in the database and forgot to take it off which made this error occur and oh boy... silly me for believing him. The dispute fell through because I got it back and thought it was all good. Now, just two days ago he did it again. I have no authority to log into the account which I bought and put hours and hundreds of dollars into to make even better than it was prior of the date of which I bought it and now I cannot dispute it as well because the previous one fell through due to my ill-attending to it because I got my account back and totally forgot to check back up on it. I'm stuck and honestly - hurt. The $200 I paid for this account is just a minor consequence but rather time and exponential amount compared to what I bought it for that I had put into it. I was 200 xp off from 99 strength too. Such regrets and hoping you can help me figure out this issue. I want no business with this account anymore. Second time it has been recovered. Absolute shame.

      What I believe is going on?: I believe this seller with 491 positive feedback is using it as a tactic to recover accounts. He sells these accounts and knows how to manipulate the customer by bending around PA's rules because you can "only dispute once" and you're shit outta' luck. He definitely knows this... I can sense it and he just played me (for all my time and effort put into this account and my bank which was hundreds of dollars) and PlayerAuction's terms. This is absolutely unfair and I cannot imagine how this in any way is logical or has even occurred. I am baffled beyond belief. PlayerAuction's is responsible for paying me back for the "insurance" I purchased from them for this sole kind of reason. They're just as bad as the seller on their site in this case.

    hello @PlayerAuctions , I am able to sell account and then recover the account and then say I recover it by mistake and give the account back and then months later I recover the account and keep it since the costumer can't file another dispute?

    Hello again. It's not just the dispute opportunity window but as per checking, the team also received insufficient evidence. Had it been enough, the seller would be banned even if we couldn't already provide a refund. I checked with the team again and this is the case. You can send these evidences to [email protected] to make an appeal to get the seller suspended, and the team handling that account will review your submission.

    You can't. If the reporting user is able to prove that you were reclaiming accounts, even if his dispute opportunity is already used up, you can get banned and the value of the transaction will be deducted from your pending disbursements.

    Hello again PlayerAuctions support, hope things are going well on your end!

    Today within the span of a few hours, I had two seperate emails for two seperate orders (will provide order #'s below for reference) stating that the buyer has been suspended from PA, so I need to upload delivery evidence.

    Order numbers are #4984309, and #5025522

    With these orders both are near the end of the order (one is for $395, other is $166.50), and so I know how to proceed forward best with these two orders, which of the following 2 scenarios is PlayerAuctions wanting:

    Scenario 1: I continue the orders until completion (given the suspensions weren't for chargebacks, and the customer doesn't change password) and then upload the completed delivery evidence

    Scenario 2: I cease both orders, and upload their current status with a brief description of the % of the full order this is with reasoning, and wait for a partial payout on both orders and they are completed.

    One thought that comes to mind is these customers have been suspended for chargebacks or scamming, so I have already photographed the status of both accounts just incase the passwords get randomly changed during the order - and have also ceased the power leveling for now. If scenario 1 is what you advise however, and the suspensions weren't due to anything along the lines of scamming/fraud, I will continue the orders until completion (both orders are pretty close to the end) and then just upload the delivery information then.

    For some background information, each order has about 7 days until it is completed.

    I had a very reputable service provider get me 92-99 strength and range, he confirmed delivery and I got the account two days ago. I tried to log in today and I was permanently banned for botting. What do I do in this situation? I left feedback saying everything was fine which it was, but now my account is gone because he spent two weeks botting on it for the service, even though it explicitly stated it was by hand. I have put over hundreds of hours into this account and it is now gone, do I have any recourse in this situation?

    Hello again, Rune. Thanks for the detailed explanation.

    Since you have made partial delivery, it would be best to complete the order, then let our team know that you have fully completed the order. If you already delivered it partially, then back out of the order, there are two negative repercussions. (1) You won't get paid, and (2), since you already partially delivered it, chances are the account is already exposed/compromised, so you may not be able to recover it completely.

    Regardless of their offense, for now it would be best to complete the order since it's possible that their offenses are as minor as having a duplicate account at PA, and they would still want the goods they ordered from you. In fact, regardless of the offense they are still eligible to receive the goods from you.

    When that's done, inform our team that you completed the order, mention that it's 100% complete, then state that you would like to get payment for it. Hope this answers your concern, and if there's anything else, just let me know, Rune.

You need to email [email protected] if you haven't yet using your PlayerAuctions registered email address, then mention what happened and if possible, include screenshots that prove the seller was at fault. I'd like to properly set your expectations for this — winning disputes like these rely heavily on evidence that you send, it needs to incriminate the seller as the one at fault. You should also have insurance for the order; without that, we cannot give you any refund. Let me know if you have further questions.

    Hello there, Froggy. By theory, any number from any country should work. It's the intended design and I know it because I have dealth with customers/people from different places, and all of the numbers work. However, we still encounter problems with other people who cannot receive PIN codes when changing their email. If this happens, we would have to ask you to contact us directly so the number can be changed manually by confirming some details with you. That said, I would urge you to try changing it when you can, then PM me if it doesn't work so I can help you out.

    It was a power leveling order so there was not insurance available on the order. The title stated all services were to be done by hand however used 3rd party software and he got my account permanently banned. The order lasted from July 1st to July 19th and he was botting my account for more than 10 hours a day during that time period. The day after I confirmed delivery July 20th my account was banned forever. I have video evidence that may help. In the end I lost $100 for the service and a $400 account. Even a full refund of the serives costs isn't going to refund the value of the account. Do I even bother submitting a dispute?

    I see, that sounds terrible and this changes things. I would urge you to send it, I can't promise anything about the refund, but I will definitely ask our team to investigate this. I would of course push for a refund or anything that I can but as I've said, I'm sorry I can't make any guarantees. At the very least, this seller could get banned and it would be better than nothing.

    You will get a ticket number once you send the evidence. Kindly send me that through PM so I can track your case and ask the staff to prioritize this.

    Hi, PlayerAuctions.
    I have a lot of orders with Payment Failed status after Paypal remove. Even if somebody paid somehow their payment will be failed. (example: order ids 5092007, 5059678). So with "new rules" everyone should provide ID or something to buy 5$ Account? Should i suggest to buyers to pay with GoCoin or theres ID verification too?

    Page refreshing problem (when i try to create or edit my orders or when i try to send a message) will never be fixed i think. Problem exists for more than 2.5+ years.

    "Why was the transaction failed? I paid for the account, the BTC payment was sent. Either give me a full refund, or give me the account. It's ridiculous that it takes 12 hours for you to respond to a simple email.

    Still no response even sent pms, I guess reputation doesn't matter? Since you do not respond I have no choice but to charge back. 25 days since opening case gave all the proof, so you make up contact Runescape directly when you know thats impossible.

    Hello again, Red. I'm sorry for the hassle with the page refresh. Our tech team made vast improvements to the site's coding and loading/server-wise performances and this has drastically decreased across the board; that said, there are still isolated cases with other users and I'm sorry that your system is still affected. We're still doing continuous improvements to this, and I'm positive one day this will be ironed out for the batch of users like you.

    For orders 5092007 and 5059678, there are a myriad of reasons, and one of them could be most likely due to the buyer having erroneous or incorrect account information. For security reasons, our team cannot divulge information as to which account info was flagged. Kindly ask your buyer to double check his information and make sure they're using an active and long-standing email address. This payment decline is actually being done for your protection, since the payment could be constituted as fraud if it was made with inaccurate information; moreover, the buyer could potentially chargeback the payment. Of course, the opposite could be true — it may turn out to be a legit payment, but due to security flags being raised, it's hard to tell so we err on the side of caution.

    As for order 5098340, I will be reporting this to our finance team; BTC payments should not be declined and it's possible there's a reason these orders were decline as such. Terribly sorry about this, Red.

    Over 30 "Payment failed" in the past 5 days. At least one should go through, but none does. I've not even hit half the sales I used to usually make when PayPal was available. Is anything being done about it? Some legit buyers cannot buy anymore due to this payment security system which seems a bit too sensitive at this point.
