    My payments have been stuck on queue on Payoneer for 3 days now. Nothing sent yet. Even payments from last week have not been fully sent yet.

    Hi! Is the overview on "Payment Settings" coming back?

    On the previous User interface it was a very good overview which orders will be/about to be disbursed, now there is no option to do that unless going through the orders one by one. I'd highly recommend to bring this function back into the website as it will also improve the user experience!

    Hey there, Wesley. Yes, we are aiming to bring that back. We're sorry it had to be removed as it was integrated with our PayPal payment system, but our tech was already notified and we're planning to have this for both Skrill and Payoneer, although things could greatly change/variate at this point. Thanks for the input Wesley, I'll be sure to pass it on here.

    thanks alot for helping me , one last thing , i had my last payments settings on "pause" , but sadly after the change i lost the options to continue/pause my payments , now it's stuck on pause .

    can you please help me to fix this too , for the payooner fees i want to stack my payments for like 100$ each , and i really need that option to be back for me .
    i have made a ticket for that NO:264053.

    Hello again, Bigmarlin. I checked on your account to verify, and I can see that it's on Payoneer now.

    The pause you see in your account page has to be manually initiated/done by our team. You would need to contact [email protected] and ask for your payments to be held; you need to include the order IDs for that. Our team will hold the payment and release it when you want it, and this is so the $3 fee can be extended across many orders. Unfortunately, there is no option to pause payments on your end. This was possible when payments are on PayPal, but along with the removal of PayPal, the feature for pausing disbursements was also taken out. Sorry for the hassle with this.

    thanks alot , new orders does not go into pause anymore , but i have alot of old orders that stuck in pause mentioned in my ticket .

    also i have like 5 old orders that still have paypal payment , that's a bug or something .

    i did write every order id that have a problem on my ticket : 264053

    @PlayerAuctions Hi, I'm able to change my disbursement account now, I change it to Skrill. Some of status of my payments say completed before I changed my payment method, but I didn't receive anything, it was my PayPal account. What should I do??

    Hello again, Mua. It's possible that some of your payments were sent to your PayPal; This happens if the payments are already with PayPal and/or on transit already, but was held by either their end or ours. We can no longer send new payments to PayPal due to its disabling, but all new payments are automatically changed to your new disbursement method.

    For me to be able to double check this, could you please PM me the order IDs — the ones that say completed? I'll check them for you.

    Hi Mua. I checked on all these orders last week (sorry for the late reply) and they were indeed sent through PayPal. These are leftovers that were held before PayPal was completely removed on the site, and unfortunately this doesn't mean PayPal will be back. We will still need users to use Skrill or Payonner.

    If there's anything else about this, just let me know.

    For ticket 261722, I already sent a follow up request last week. I'm afraid they cannot close this yet because they're still waiting for the other user's response and confirmation on something.

    Issue: I purchased an account from playerauctions with full insurance and from a seem to be legitimate seller with 491 feedback and 99% success rate. I purchase this account around January of 2019 and was ecstatic and having a great time until the account was recovered by the seller by "mistake" and I opened a dispute and we worked it out and I considered his information to be correct and to be a mistake by accident. He said he still had the account in the database and forgot to take it off which made this error occur and oh boy... silly me for believing him. The dispute fell through because I got it back and thought it was all good. Now, just two days ago he did it again. I have no authority to log into the account which I bought and put hours and hundreds of dollars into to make even better than it was prior of the date of which I bought it and now I cannot dispute it as well because the previous one fell through due to my ill-attending to it because I got my account back and totally forgot to check back up on it. I'm stuck and honestly - hurt. The $200 I paid for this account is just a minor consequence but rather time and exponential amount compared to what I bought it for that I had put into it. I was 200 xp off from 99 strength too. Such regrets and hoping you can help me figure out this issue. I want no business with this account anymore. Second time it has been recovered. Absolute shame.

    Hello, RoPhish. Thank you for explaining the issue in great detail. I was able to check your order ID and case, and I found out that the reason this order is already closed is because the dispute opportunity is already used up. Orders/Cases can only be fully disputed once, and after that we can no longer reopen any disputes for that order. The reason for this is to provide sellers finality when it comes to their sales, as disputes cause all of their disbursements to be frozen until a dispute can be settled. Without this, disputes could go on and could give users a hellish experience on our site, getting stalled all of the time.

    Really sorry, RoPhish. I understand you are distressed about the whole ordeal but as much as I'd like to, policy dictates we can no longer reopen your case.
