    Hi,

    Lately all of my completed orders are showing up under Reserved instead of under Available funds. How come I am no longer receiving the funds under ‘Available’ immediately like before? Seems like something changed very recently.

    I'm sorry but as per checking with our team, there was no evidence provided from your end that the ban was due to the buyer and not you; no assistance was given to your buyer.

    We also have a growing amount of reports against you from different buyers and this is used to consider the conclusion for some of your cases, especially in instances when you did not provide evidence/assistance.

    If you have anything further to add to your case, please email our team immediately. Otherwise, if your goal is to sound off, I understand and respect that and this is the only bit I can provide.

    Im not quite sure about the transaction id because i can't login to my skrill account due to suspended account, so i have to wait 72 hours.

    Can you check if the payment went throw ?

    My friend that did this payment no longer has a active password to the account, the ammount that we paid was 15 dollars.

    Are you guys fucking with us or something ? You put this huge penalty for canceled order and now expect us to wait 4 weeks for it to be solved after the payment is done ?

    Hello Makongas, I'm sorry that this is taking some time. This was first communicated with us last Friday but it's hardly 4 weeks. The reason your ticket got stalled is because our team needed to find your Skrill payment to us and for that, we need the Skrill payment transaction ID/number. Skrill payments are not automatically connected to your PlayerAuctions account; our accounts have hundreds of transactions on a daily basis and we need transaction IDs to find the one you made specifically.

    I am now handling ticket 1152835 where I escalated the matter to our finance team, we will find your payment using the email address you provided that was on the Skrill account you used to pay.

    Also, your account was never suspended with us, I checked and there is no suspension history.

    In any case, I will get back to you about this as soon as I can.

    Hello, i just want to show how scammy this website is -

    Buyer bought the account for 250 USD FROM ME, and details did not matched, so he opened a dispute.
    After a dispute he asked for 25 euros refund instead of 250 so i got left with 235 USD AFTER SELL, we both agreed.

    I PMED TO A ONE OF THE SUPPORT AGENTS SO THEY COULD FIX THIS BEFORE ITS TO LATE AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK IF IT GOING TO MY SIDE - [​IMG]

    Later on i escalated a dispute, so i could get my money faster, and guess what ?
    PlayerAuctions support refunded the buyer with 250 USD full ammount and left me with nothing.

    I would like to report this and want it to get fixed as soon as possible

    Hi Makongas. Actually, it's in the order where we found a scam pattern. I'm sorry if this isn't the decision you wanted, but when this order was escalated to us, our team discovered you were reselling the account — regardless of the fact that you and the buyer agreed to a refund of only 25 USD, the order had to be closed as a full refund to protect him/her.

    I'm sorry, this decision is irreversible. You may recover the account back now but it may no longer be resold on the site.

    With the sincerest respect to all PA representatives,

    I have tried to register an account on your site. I tried 2 times and both accounts were immediately terminated.

    I assume this is either due to my China IP address or VPN IP address and your fraud prevention system falsely flagged the accounts.

    Please can one of your support agents reach out about this? I am somewhat of a digital nomad so do not have an endless amount of phone numbers etc to use to sign up. It would be great if you could remove the termination from one of my accounts I made, so I can trade on your platform.

    Hi Liam, thank you for the kind sentiments.

    That indeed explains why the account is being denied — our system declines accounts found to be behind a VPN service and we also do not allow VOIP numbers. We can only accept native IP addresses with actual mobile numbers.

    I'm very sorry that this affects your preference for privacy negatively, but this is something we cannot waive as native IP and mobile numbers are an integral part of our user activation in ensuring we stick to our policy of 1 account = 1 user/household. If this continues to be difficult for you, it may be best for you to try other website options for the time being.

    I Have been trying to withdraw my money since last week and im getting no response @PlayerAuctions so far you're withholding over $4k of my money and nobody is replying to my emails.
