    i asked for the gmail account and he give it but now im stuck that the gmail is locked and went back to him. Its late for us both so we settled we'd discuss it tomorrow. but if its possible to lock it tell i can get the gmail setup to my info not his? you can see this all in our emails and at point one of his messages fault like a threat.

    Thanks for the order ID. I was able to check your chatlog and don't worry, I didn't find anything wrong so far and he didn't seem like he was making any threats. However, don't worry, upon payment completion, buyers have 72 hours before the order closes. DO NOT confirm the order yet from the order page to ensure your seller resolves this for you by tomorrow. If not, you may then decide if you still want to cancel the order. I will check back here the same time tomorrow to assist with this.

    Again, do not confirm the order if you're not feeling it. Let the seller resolve everything and do not agree to any demands from him that you should confirm the order.

    so now i have the original email but just due to how google works i think he has time to still recover it. but i feel like the seller is being deceitful as i asked for previous names of the account he said it just had 1 then later i said it had a name change and now i found the 3rd name change and alot of email changes.

    and it looks like hes recovered this original gmail before. could i just dispute this and he gets the account back and i get my money back? or could you have a look at the message history and give me your opinion?

    Hi again, Zero. It looks like you resolved the issue with your seller; I saw it in the chatlog. Glad to know it's ok now.

    My opinion on this should not have any bearing because we are a middleman, so decisions will still be up to you. That said, since you ask, I think you found a good seller since he was transparent in the chatlog and offered to speak to you even after the order concludes. I checked his history and he's had only 1 dispute, which he properly resolved to the buyer's satisfaction.

    This is all I can give you. Rest assured, you did get after-sale protection so you are entitled to get assistance and refund (if your case is proven) from our team.

    Btw, a just a final word/tip for any orders you make in the future. Your conversation happened on offer ID 173861951; it should have happened on offer ID 173532294 - this is the exact offer you bought from. So at PlayerAuctions, there are two transaction IDs: one for the offer (9 digits) which is the one you browse when trying to buy something, and a corresponding order ID created from that offer when you make a purchase (7 digits). Our system tracks conversation for both, but it's always best to discuss the transaction on the correct offer or order. This makes any of your concerns easier to track, because it's possible for some users to have multiple orders placed on the same seller. If that is the case, and they converse on a different offer ID, our team may associate any concerns you may bring up on THAT offer ID where you and the seller are talking. So to that, in case you order again, please ensure you engage the seller on the same offer ID or order ID by going to the exact order you have with him (order page) and clicking on the chat icon from there — this ensures all conversation happens within the same order and your complaints later on would be easier to peg.

    Sorry for the long post and I hope that makes sense.

    Today I have had an account I purchased back in April 2020 recovered by the seller. I have also several other accounts I purchased from that same seller at around the same time. I tried to contact the seller on Player Auctions site but it has come to my notice that their account does not exist anymore? The sellers name is "johnsellosrs". They recovered one of the accounts they sold me and changed my registered email address so I must conclude that only the account creator (johnsellosrs) could do this using the exact time/date and geographical information on the recovery form etc etc. Very sad as I'm now worried all the other accounts I purchased from this seller (seven in total) will now be recovered by him. Is there anything I can do?. :(

    Edit: The order Id of the recovered account is 5995333

    Hi,

    It’s been a while since I’ve had disbursement related issues (thankfully), however it seems like I’m experiencing issues with receiving disbursements lately.

    None of my ACH disbursements have gone out since February 3rd. I have orders sitting at 9+business days of when the order was confirmed by buyer. Such as order# 8518243 (Jan 27th). Would you be able to advise when we can see ACH disbursements going out again?

    Hello again Zirak, been a long while. I'm thankful for that, too. :)

    I'm sorry, there was a bank/wire transfer maintenance from January 31 to February 4. This has ended but if you've withdrawn your funds during these days, the process will not go through and you will need to withdraw again anytime from February 5 and onwards.

    Apologies about this but rest assured, the system is back to its regular schedule. Please check if the funds aren't withdrawn yet, then please withdraw them if you can so they can be processed as per the normal schedule.

    Let me know if you have other questions about this.
