    I will check with our team, Zirak. As far as I know, there are no issues on the site right now.

    Are you using VPN or proxy? That is prohibited and you may be using a restricted IP right now.

    It's on my residential internet (no proxies), and just recently started happening. It happens when I am listing offers... and because of the volume of listings I have, it seems to redirect me to that page...

    Sorry, I am only getting back to you just now, but in the next 2 hours after I reported this last week, our IT team said you should try again and it should work. If you haven't yet, please try again this time. They fixed something from their end. Apologies for the hassle this has caused.

    You will be required to dispute the order and sent proof about what happened. I'm sorry but I'm going to say upfront that this is a difficult process.

    I suggest checking Sythe users who are also PlayerAuctions users. The majority of the folk here who are on PA too have really good reputation and activity.

    Hi there, I'm Mayra from the Chicks Gold team.

    We have some concerns in regards to our account listings. A few weeks ago, Pa removed our Fortnite offers from the accounts section, and we received a message from your team that we were infringing Epic Games' copyright rules and that we had to contact the legal team for more information. The concern is that we have been trying to get them through emails and calls, but there's no response back, and we also saw that other sellers are using the same method we were doing, which is using Imgur to show pictures of the skins and items. So, that makes us think we're being treated very differently compared to everyone else.

    This issue also happened with Clash of Clans, and we haven't received an answer on what we have to remove to list our offers again.

    Please, if you can, clarify the situation and the possibilities to solve this.

    I appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hi Chicks team. I apologize but legal matters are off hands to me. You probably used a licensed image from one of Epic's games, they usually send a takedown request/notice to our legal about it. I will follow it up through their assistant/secretary since I do not have direct contact; super sorry but that's all about I can do.

    Yeah, our concern is that we were using the same images as any other sellers. So well, if you're able to find any information or have any other way to contact them, let us know please; that would be helpful.

    Hi there. It should be fine, other Google payments are going through. Perhaps the failure is with us and not with your account, it's possible it's being declined due to one of our policies. Can you post the order ID so I can check then get back to you about it?

    Hi @PlayerAuctions, I've been getting this error page constantly now whenever I try to list my offers, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating to keep my listings up to date... would you be able to look into this?

    We had internal server errors, the other one was Error 500. I'm very sorry for the hassle; this should be already fixed. Please let me know if it's still happening.

    Probably one of the worst sites to sell an account on. Some guy was tired of his purchase so made up some bullshit claim and now he gets a refund. So we can purchase an account, when we're done with it just make a dispute and get every dollar refunded? Stay away from this site as a seller

    Not to mention you lose about 50% from fees on this site of your listing price

    Hi Spyro. Fees have always been concise and transparent; you may check here:

    It's simply impossible to reach 50%.

    As for your dispute, we can only accept concrete/conclusive evidence and if your buyer was able to win the dispute, it means either he/she was able to send the correct evidence or you did not assist him; we require sellers to assist buyers during disputes. You may have most likely ignored the dispute, thinking the order was already delivered fully and you had no further obligations, and if the seller becomes unresponsive/uncooperative, we may close the case in favor of the buyer.

    I apologize if I'm trying to brand you as such, but I'm merely explaining our rationale when it comes to deciding on cases.

    Please post the order ID so I can have it checked; if there's something wrong, perhaps we can do something.
