I have already reported the incident so they could look into this, but your disbursement is fine and the email is an isolated issue (which they will look into and fix - thanks for reporting it again).

    Hello. My name is Gabriel and a very unpleasant situation happened to me.
    I recently started selling on PlayerAuctions and, at the first moment of registration, I had problems registering my bank details. You guys supported me and it got fixed.

    I made three sales during this period and everything went smoothly. I was about to receive the money from the first sale between yesterday and today.

    Yesterday, after I made the third sale, my account was suspended for no reason. I did NOT provide any external data, I just gave the necessary support to the buyer who was in doubt.

    I contacted support and they said my account has been permanently suspended and they won't come back with the decision. I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY REASON AS TO WHAT I DID TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

    I am not receiving any money from my sales and I am also being harmed by wasting my time trying to resolve this uncomfortable situation.

    I ask you to please look at my situation. What is happening to me is a mistake.
    I'm an honest guy and I've been working with Runescape for years and I've never had a problem like this that left me so upset and frustrated.

    If the situation is not resolved, instead of becoming a PlayerAuctions sales partner, I will have to file a lawsuit with my lawyer. I really didn't want that to happen as I had a lot of plans to sell on PlayerAuctions. But I really don't know why this injustice is with me.

    Thank you very much for your attention in advance and I hope that my problem is solved. I didn't mean to harm anyone and I'm very sorry that this is wrongly happening to me.
    Really my intention is only to sell on the platform and without causing any inconvenience, but i'm feeling completely wronged by this situation

    I am really VERY disappointed. I did not do it. I'm saying you have to listen to those who are being wronged UNFAIRLY. You can look at my documentation, look at the inbox of the messages I talked to the last buyer I helped because I was IN DOUBT about buying.
    I'm sorry, but if this isn't resolved I'm being accused of something I didn't do. It does NOT make sense for me to be punished for a very poorly done "analysis".

    This is the first account I opened on playerauction, how would I have two accounts?? I made three successful sales without any complaints, I gave support in order to start growing on the platform and make more sales. I even said in the ticket that if necessary I will send my documentation to you. Dude, you guys HAVE to look at this better. I really am being wronged.


    And now? How do you prove that I'm doing this? How am I to prove but my man's word that I didn't do this?
    Man, this is so absurd I can't even believe it's happening to me.


    I was happy, about to receive my first sale and I had the disappointment of having everything blocked. Now I don't receive the 3 accounts I sold and I'm totally injured by something I didn't do?

    Dude, I'm asking you please, I don't want confusion. See and analyze my situation, I'm MAN enough and I wouldn't be wasting my time here if I wasn't feeling totally wronged.


    The first thing I did before opening an account with you was reading the contract terms. How would I not know that you CANNOT open two accounts?
    This is so wrong man.
    Being accused of something you didn't do and being hurt for it is frustrating.

    I made a sale on playeractions, delivered the gold and the buyer gave the gold to someone else claiming it was me (rsn is not the same)but the rsn is not the same and in my ad it says that we don't ask for gold backand yet you gave the case in his favor

    Hello Obadias. I'm very sorry but I cannot reverse the decision for this. The buyer was able to prove he was asked to trade back gold during the time of your trade — it appeared the gold was being taken back and later, the transaction being purported to not have been initiated by you as the seller, but the timing of the event supports the buyer's claim.
