    I have an issue that I have been trying to resolve for 4 days now.

    I bought an account at the beginning of December. On Christmas day (yes, he recovered his account on a holiday), the seller recovered the account. When he was contacted, he apologized and said it was an accident. I had filed a dispute and when the password and email had been reset to my own, the dispute was closed. Fastforward 5 more days to New Years Day (another holiday), he recovers the account again. Only this time, he has blocked me on PlayerAuctions and I cannot file a dispute anymore. I have reached out to PlayerAuctions via email and have not gotten any replies yet about getting a refund or anything.

    I purchased the account for $90, paid for insurance, and also put many hours and more of my own money (including membership) into the account. It still had 68 days of membership left.

    What do I do?

    @MATRASUS:
    Hey there. I was able to check on the order and it seems the reason the order didn't went through is because your buyer's payment was declined. This usually happens when a buyer's account is flagged for security reasons. I'm very sorry for the hassle but you will need to find a different buyer. As for issues with your offer, I cannot see anything from my end. Your account is not restricted in any way, either.

    Hello there. I'm very sorry that this is causing you to lose opportunities on sales. Our system detects issues, inaccuracies, and consistencies on accounts, and when an account gets flagged for such, the payment is declined in order to keep the trading community on the site safe. I'm very sorry but you will have to wait or find a buyer with a working payment method. Let me know if you have any other issues or concerns.

Please email [email protected] your order ID for this, your username, as well as any screenshots or proof that you have, that shows your seller reclaiming the account. It's imperative that you do this ASAP, so if your seller's payment isn't sent yet, our team can put a hold to it and you will have more leverage over the case. Let me know how it goes (I will be back on Monday since I'm not here on Saturdays and Sundays).

    I have already done so, the day it happened. I haven't gotten a reply yet. It was sent on December 31st and I knew it was a holiday so I wasnt too worried but now it's been 3 business days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) without a reply.

    How long does it take for the sellers payment to be sent? Cause it's been almost a month since this was purchased.

    Just to set your expectations, I can safely say that payment for this has most likely been made. However, you may still dispute this of course. Can you give me the ticket number and/or order ID so I can check? I may not be able to change the progress at this point but being able to see it, I can at least give you feedback about it.

    Very annoyed I lost dispute 53855

    Epic emails can be changed very 90 days, not sure how you guys expect me to change that before then? Curious to how I would honestly do this considering I don't work there lol.

    Clearly states that accounts come with full access to the email, it's literally a throwaway @Yandex email... The buyer would be able to change the email once the limit was up. I even emailed this to the mediation team and yet I still lose.

    Hope the buyer enjoys the free account he stole from me along with the refund

    Any reason why all of my orders are being denied suddenly? Kept having issues with paypal, so I used credit card, and it was still coming up with the same error. The money is being taken out and refunded numerous times so I don't see what the issue could be? No response from help yet either.

    The buyer received and changed all the information but he opened a dispute, It makes me take longer to have my money. All the proof is in the dispute and he didn't answer. could you close the case, please? I'm annoyed

    you said they have flagged accounts , but how come a buyer fails to buyer payment failed and then he went o another buyer and it worked . Order #: 4432320 (buyer id is
    Uhuhitsbigpimpi ) , but after a day i checked his account feedback and i saw he bought an account from another seller ? i have so many failed orders please tell me what is the issue

    And there is no way to check/change why I am flagged, even after previous purchases with 0 issues?
    Why the fuck would I use GoCoin, going to lose a ton of money on fees and shit, and it's the only form of payment where I can't get a refund from, which is the reason I think you are asking people to use it..
