    I'm afraid we cannot bypass this process due to security reasons. If an account was able to buy before, that doesn't guarantee that the account's payments will be declined in the future. I'm sorry that it's affecting your sales, but you will have find or wait for other buyers for this.

    runescape account - buyer is trying to make a false dispute trying to scam me .
    hi playerauctions , this guy has made his playerauctions account not too long ago and has no reviews after checking it . he came up to me wanting to buy an account but he asked me to do further questing on it before buying it , so then i refused to do so as i am putting myself at risk of wasting time, ruining the account, and the he could run and never buy it .
    in the time arguing he was saying weird things like" we are armanians all we have is word and you should trust me and quest the account and then i will buy it" and things like " i own car dealership and i have thousands of dollars to spend" , this was very suspicious to me and i asked him to buy the account first or never message me again .
    so after arguing he accepted to buy it with a higher price since i am finishing some quests for him , and he also asked me to put 40m on the account and he will pay more and i did that , and i always give my buyers a 5m-15m reward of osrs gp when they give me a positive feedback , so he asked me to give him 5m in advance and he will leave a feedback for sure .
    so then he went and bought the account but never confirmed delivery , and he was saying things like i could scam him etc... even though i gave him the money and 5m in advance .
    after wasting 2 days questing for his account i messaged him that i finished the account , and after that he never replied to my messages he opened a dispute case trying to scam me for the money and the account .
    -he said the info he got were wrong and they were right , you can check our messages on playerauctions and i will post screenshots.
    -the guy made his playerauctions account not too long ago and he has no feedbag, he never purchased anything .
    -the guy wanted me to work on a account which he didn't even pay for yet , putting me at risk , and saying he is armanian and they are trustworthy and he owns a dealership and he has thousands of dollars.
    -he did not confirm delivery as he got the account with 40m(+5m).
    -i reward every feedback with 5m-15m osrs gp and he asked if i could put it on the account in advance i did that, and he scammed it.
    -the account has no email set to it , and after he bought it i have no further access to the account so that i can not change the password.
    -the account is relatively cheap compared to my other orders ad i have no intention to scam or do something wrong as i am working hard and trying to help myself with money as a university student .
    -i have given away more than 200m osrs as reward to the buyers for all of my playerauctions feedback , to make my business grow faster.
    * i have sold more than 4k usd on playerauctions and traded around 5k on sythe and no complaints at all , legendary seller 100% on PA
    *this is an obvious fraud and it was planned , the guy has a new PA account, the guy was talking in a very very weird way, and i even asked him not to buy from me because it felt very suspicious but in the end he convinced me he wants it .

    **all of our conversation on PA message system :

    - the buyer is asking me to do further work on an account before buying it , and saying he is armanian and he owns a car dealership and has thousands of dollars ( this was very weird why would he talk he is armanian ):

    - the buyer is checking the account after he bought it , he logged on it and he bought a bond with the 45m i put on the account , and i was waiting for him to log back out so i can do the things he wanted to be finished : Screenshot - 98d95c90878618a8d688bd8ff7b96dd3 - Gyazo

    - here the buyer wanted me to finish before 17th january (at 5pm LA time) so he can get the account finished without confirming the delivery and trying to scam :

    - here after i messaged him that i finished working on the account and asked him if he could confirm and give a positive feedback, he then saw the message because on my sent messages there was no green dot near his name which means he saw the messages and ignored them , he didn't even reply to me and i sent him multiple messages and never replied :

    *** now this is what he said in the dispute :
    I paid the seller to do some quests for me before I got the account and I tried logging in and it wouldn't allow me! I put in the password given to me multiple times on the website and I am unable to log in. I don't know if he changed it or what the problem is but this has me very worried since I paid $268 for the account. Please I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible. All of a sudden the password doesn't work and I can't log in. I don't want to lose my $268.

    * first of all if someone has a problem he should always contact the seller and he never contacted me , instead he chose to never reply on my messages , and secondly all the screenshots prove that this is an obvious fraud of someone purchasing an account and then trying to charge back the money .

    please player auctions help me out : i lost the account , i lost 45m that i put on the account , and now the buyer is trying to make a dispute trying to scam , i have a perfect history on sythe and PA all positive feedback .

    Hello, I am unable to register on your website due to my geographic location. Just getting instantly denied after trying to verify registration with phone.

    this person seems to be experienced with how the website works , yet he has a new Playerauctions account trying to buy my account then making a false dispute i also sold him 40m gold on the account and did further questing on the account and again he seems very experienced with the website and has a new account on Playerauctions , this guy is very suspicious and probably has many other Playerauctions accounts trying to scam people !!!

    and in the last picture( check it out ) the same person made another Playerauctions account somehow and is trying to scam me for another account , please don't let him run away with the account and the money , this guy was planning everything !!!

    ive been trying to pay with paypal for the past two days for orders and every-time it fails my card gets charged ive tested the paypal account else where and it works i also used my card and i was charged and didnt get refunded been using your website for two years now hope this issue gets resolved.

    Hey PA, So I've been buying items or accounts from your website for quite a while! Never had any issues. It's been great really.

    Until today..

    So I purchased a 07 Runescape main account from the website and purchased the account insurance from PA.
    I've been playing on the account for the past week. When today at work I tried to log into OSRS from my phone. It says the account is locked due to suspicion of being stolen. I tried to recover it and saw the email was changed back to the sellers email. The same email as the login for the account. I then recieve an email from the seller requesting the last password I used to log into the account on my email I provided for him to use as the recovery email on the account. I tell him that I will not send him anything unless he requests it through the PA messaging system. I then send him a message through PA and he stops responding to emails. I tell him that I will be filing a dispute through PA if he does not respond through the PA messaging system and that I would be requesting the use of my account insurance I purchased to recover my losses.

    I don't understand , how you chose to give the dispute to this scammer buyer's favour , this guy literally committed a fraud and is playing on the account that i sold him right now ... This is just not fair ,he makes a new PA account , he buys an osrs account , does not confirm , makes a dispute , gets the account and his money back , what the hell is this can you please explain to me ? I guess everyone can abuse the system and get themselves some free stuff then or what ? Please give me an explanation !!!

    I remember this scammer said he will contact his credit card company and get his money back by making a chargeback, did he do that and made a charge back so you don't have his money and made him win automatically or what exactly happened ? Please explain , the email support can't understand english and can't be asked to contact them but you seem a reliable person please give me an explanation of what exactly happened , thank you .

    Hey there. Your account might have been flagged this time, so your payments will now be declined. I advise going through your account information to make sure they're accurate and consistent with the info on your payment account. Try purchasing again but if it doesn't work, I'm afraid your only option at this point would be to use GoCoin.

    The evidence I provided is all I have available. Obviously I cant access the account to get you more. You guys provide an insurance policy that requires outlandish requirements. "Contact Jagex and ask them if the original owner recovered the account" and then any conversations outside PA such as him messaging the recovery email I provided him for the account, are not able to be used as evidence. So I mean essentially I dispute it with the credit card company and get back the total amount I paid or I dispute it with you guys and you resolve it returning the money I paid for the account only. Making money off the insurance and the fees and recovering the other money from the seller. If you shut my account down on Player Auctions after 400+ transactions over a single dispute it's PA that loses money in the end. There's plenty of other venues available to purchase from. Like the one we are talking on now.

    i did go and fix everything is accurate payment went through then a day after i cant order again at this point after 2 years of using pa im gonna go use a different site because this is pretty dumb and i never even had a negative review on the site
