    PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

    Still can't sell on PlayerAuctions.
    System tells "You have reached the maximum number of item offers in your selected market. Sellers can only create one item offer in one market. Please modify or close your existing item offer in this market, or select another market to continue."
    But i have no active or hidden or reserved for sale offers.

    I'm very sorry but I'm just passing along what our risk management team told me. Due to security reasons, we cannot dispense information about why and how payments are declined. Even if I wanted to, it's beyond my security level. If you'd like to get in touch with them, the email is [email protected] but I will have to warn you that they will pretty much tell you the same. I'm sorry, payments declined on accounts should not really be able to pay and we are offering GoCoin only as an alternative. As a final note, PlayerAuctions reserve the right to decline payments --- it's the company's prerogative and no charges will ever be incurred with this.

    Could you try again? One of our staff spotted a "Reserved" offer that was supposed to be closed. It was open again when I checked, and I've now cancelled it. Please try again and let me know via PM if it's still not working. Really sorry for the continued hassle on this.

    The disbursement account these were supposed to be sent to had an error, resulting in PA cancelling the payment. I just received another disbursement today but these two were not included, was wondering when they'll be sent

    I'm waiting for disbursements since the 2.1.19
    Since I'm powerseller my payments are usually handled within 24 hours.
    Now 40+ orders and a 4 digit amount are still on "Pending Payment"

    Hey there, sorry for the hassle with this. If you were able to receive payments already, it means your PayPal account is ready to accept payments, and the payment log for these two were most likely created when your PayPal account needed verification, causing the payment to bounce back to us. I have now released the payment. Just to be doubly sure, kindly contact PayPal from your end via any means and ask for them to have your payment account be verified. Sorry again for the hassle.

    Greetings, too! I was able to see your ticket, and I have now escalated it to the respective department for processing. Rest assured that there are no issues with your account or payments, they're all intact, it's just that a delay happened in our logs and given your Power Seller status, this should have not happened - I am really sorry about it.     I secure the account to the buyers email literally right infront of your mediation team, yet I still lose? I'm literally handing out free accounts right now

    I'm just wondering if anyone reads these disputes, or do you guys just use a pattern where you go buyer/seller/buyer/seller

    And what do I do about this previous one

    I just purchased another account and it was banned 3 days later for RWT. I opened a dispute with evidence that it was not on my end, how long does the seller have to reply?

    Any idea what other information I can provide? I only logged into the account once to check out the stats, bank, and other information to see if it was all correct. I then didn't log into it for 3 days until I got the emails about the email and password change to find out the account was disabled for RWT. I know this isn't on my end because I only logged in and didn't move from the location where it was sold to me, nor did I say anything in-game chat.

    Also, what if he never replies? If I provide enough information and he doesn't reply, is it still refunded?

    Recently i am facing some problems with playerauctions.

    I am a well known seller on maplestory brand been selling for the last 2 years and i am a power seller rank i brought alot of clients during the past years and i am well known by my clients as a good helper and transparent person
    The risk managment team found me sharing some discord info to clients and told me i had to pay a huge fine because of it. As i encourage good risk managment team i must say that the info was shared only to help the client to make a purchase on playerauctions as my previouse infractions all the times was to help my clients use playerauctions that isen't as easy as it looks like. Never was my intention to scam or ever take clients out of the website, because i gain stars and reviews on the website every time i make a sell wich is important for me also is very secure method to make sells.

    I have no complain on website so far but i am very concern with the support team, that refuses to help me, no matter how many proofs i show even after days trying to talk to humans,i had no responses so far, only service desk robots that don't read my messages at all. So i decided to pay the fine, to stop losing time And now i am facing a new problem, after paid 600$ fine, what i personaly think is an extortion, they are asking complementar 16.50$ because of taxes they have to pay to paypal, the fine stablish was 600$ why they asking for more money? i am feeling scamed/extorted this amount of money is really huge and abusive and they keep pushing it up.

    I lost all my trust on playerauction because of this treatment i am having from the Riskmanagment team, they treating me like garbage, taking hours to answer, and i was supost to have a personal support because i am a Power Seller, and all i had is this robots harassing me, i've also had to remove all my investment on the website because i feel super insecure, some crazy riskmanager will ban me with no excuse like i was suspended some days ago.

    Hello again. For the other kinds of evidences, I'm sorry but you will have to talk to our team, since staff like us have no access to disputes due to security and protocol reasons. Since they are the one who has information on what kinds of evidences you have already sent, they can inform you what you may need to send.

    As for your seller, if the evidences you sent are enough and he/she didn't reply back in 72 hours, the case will be closed in your favor.

The warning for the off-site transaction and sharing of personal information is already stated in the on-site messenger: https://i.imgur.com/KM9tedn.jpg << regardless of the intent for sharing personal information, it is a bannable offense at PA and can only be lifted with the fines. This is the reason why we make an umbrella term/statement that any information shared counts as an offense - with no particular mention of any reason.

    I'm afraid we cannot by pass this fee - thank you for sorting it out. The additional fee you mentioned may most likely be incurred due to orders that were undelivered. If an order is undelivered, the delivery guarantee expires, and a fee is imposed. I cannot make any promises on this, but you may contact [email protected] and ask if the fees can be taken out since you already paid for the fine. You will need to send them your username and the fee you spoke of so they can check their record. Please make sure you contact them using the email address on your PA account. Hope this info helps.

    Yea i understand this, in this case the client asked the info because he wanted to ask a bunch of questions so he needed instant messaging system to do so because email is really annoying when you are trying to negociate, ive been having alot of trouble with this in the past years, and playerauctions lacks in good chat systems, like i said the intention wasn't get him offsite for trading and only for chatting.
    Makes me sad that i need to use archaic methos to chat with clients, specially i that i sell services and not WoW gold or easy to explain stuff...

    I would like to in a near future try to talk with someone to help me solve this problem with chatting, i am a service provider so would be very good for me having a better chat method, be whitelisted or you guys provide me a secure way to chat with clients.

    The extra fee looks like that "Paypal" charging fees and they want the "Full" amaunt, but i must say that when i recive payments i also pay fees, so adding extra fee looks unfair for me.

    I will try to send a message to suport but most times they treat me like garbage so i doubt i will find an answer for that, i feel really happy that you actualy read what ive said, is the first person to do that.

    @YoungWey: I'm sorry if you're having trouble using our on-site messenger, but the reason we have that is to (1) provide all users a means to communicate directly and (2) for us to provide support and protection, since chats that happen on the on-site messenger are recorded.

    As for needing to talk to a staff, while I'm not part of the main support team, I can still provide assistance with orders here; You can always send me PM - I'm here on Sythe every Mondays to Fridays.

    The extra fees are most likely penalty fees from undelivered orders. I don't know of any additional charges from PayPal, but if you think this is the case, please contact them to be sure about it. When you email [email protected], the team there may also inform you about this.

    If 72 hours is up, you may need to inform our team, since cases are manually closed. For your evidence, you can ask them directly in the thread if it's sufficient. It's usually not commented on, on the premise that any evidence sent by one user can by trumped by the other user at a later time, which is why cases have to be deliberated on periodically. As I've said though, when 72 hours is up with no replies from the seller, you win the case provided everything you've sent so far is already sufficient.

    One advice I can also tell you is to keep on checking on your case, since the same could be said with your seller. If he replies, and you don't for 72 hours, it could also close in his favor.

    Apologies for the vagueness, but I hope these info help. :)

    Hey there, King. We have a security system on the site that detects and flags accounts for security risks and issues, such as mismatched, inaccurate, or inconsistent information. When this happens, payments are declined - rest assured that there should be no charges for this, and if there's a deduction, PayPal will automatically refund the amount in 24+ hours or less. At this point the only other option would be to pay via GoCoin. Sorry for the hassle but we cannot bypass this process.

    Hi , this is just insane what the hell is going on with playerauctions and why is it doing so , 9 out of 10 god damn buyer's payment is a failed payment and i keep losing opportunities to sell , already lost over 2500 dollars opportunities ,and buyers after making their payments fail every time they just give up and never come back this was never like this , it used to be smooth now your website is forcing everyone to use gocoin and it is complicated for most of them and they probably won't do it because it takes time and fees also i think the website is over-reacting and over-exaggerating on the flagged payments thing because i had had buyers with several review from not too long ago , and still their payment fails , please fix your problems i am making less profit and also you ....sorry if my language is harsh but this is frustrating

    So switch platforms? Every seller gets failed payments, not just specifically you.
    PA is a business run by people who want to make money, why would they risk taking fraudulent payments? Do you realize how many scammers there are in the virtual goods market
