    Hello again. So far I can see in the thread that you're making efforts to consummate the transaction properly, and I hope you can see the transaction through to its end. If Sythe forums decides the suspension of your forum account in case something odd is found, we use this as consideration in suspending you at PA depending on several factors - we hope you understand.

    We hope you can sort out the issue with the buyer amicably, but I trust and have a feeling that you will. :)

    Hey Playerauctions, I’m having serious troubles buying anything from you. My username is Huffman001, and I’ve tried multiple times to purchase several of your OSRS accounts. However, everytime I go to pay, it says “Failed Payment” through PayPal. My friend checked out just a day earlier and it went smoothly. Even he tried to purchase the account I wanted today with no luck. I called PayPal (45 minute wait) to check if it was their end, and they said it was approved, but denied by your end. Any ideas? I’m not going to use GoCoin or Skrillz. I have a credit or debit card along with a very active PayPal account. Let me know. Thanks

    I tried to purchase the same OSRS account on my friends Playerauctions account and he used his PayPal, and yet again, it didn’t work. He purchased an account from you (he’s currently using) just a single day before me and it worked great for him. Then he tried to buy mine (completely through his same payment method and account as befor, not connected to me), and same response as me. Any thoughts?

    Hello @PlayerAuctions, I was supposed to get my payment for order #4400053 on Friday but didn't get it and it's now 'Queued for immediate processing'. Am I right in thinking that it was too close to the weekend and it will paid on Monday? I'm not panicking but I just want to be sure that everything's good on my side since I really need the payment this week. Name is BoardOSRS. Thanks!

    Hey there, Board. Thanks for providing the details about your concern, and sorry that this caused you some concern. I was able to check and yes, it did indeed fall on the later part of a Friday so it didn't make the payment cut on that day. It will be paid this Monday. Another reason that the payment was late is because the buyer did not confirm on his order, and the order just closed last December 12 due to that.

    I trust the account order will close successfully after this and that no reclamations will happen, Board. :)

    I sent funds using GoCoin. For some reason the invoice link that you sent me never acknowledged that the wallet received any funds.
    I sent the Litecoin well before the 12 minutes were up.

    A quick update. I actually linked the wrong blockcypher url.

    I figured out the issue with this purchase.
    It seems that blockcypher is treating this like an invalid wallet address.

    It is looking like it has moved since I last looked.

    I don't actually think this is a player auctions issue.

    Final update. I received an update from Coin Payments. It seems that the small secondary ltc transfer did indeed fix the problem. I was informed in a poorly written email that they could either refund me directly or forward the payment to your merchant account.
    I requested to be refunded directly, although it is possible that you may have to do so after they conclude whatever BS internal review they mentioned. (they still won’t admit their boo boo) I’ll quote them on this, “It took an unusual amount of time to confirm”.
    I’m over it.
    I get it.
    sorry i got side tracked.
    I would like to request that if you do end up processing a refund, you will grant me the full transaction value of the cryptocurrency; rather than the USD amount minus applicable transaction fees.

    Hey there, I'm glad to hear Coin Payments was able to take care and acknowledge your issue. While we wait for this to have any developments, could you reply back with your BTC address in case we need to process a refund? Just want to have that in advance in case we need to process it. I'm positive Coin Payments can handle this properly but I just want to be sure.

    Hi Richard, I just realized you guys were on this website

    Quick rundown: the buyer is claiming the account information is not working. Originally he told me he never received it even though the delivery is instant, then he claims the account info was incorrect. I went to check and the Gmail + Epic passwords were changed. I hope this case can be thoroughly investigated. If you look at the other disputes against me, you can see that I have resolved all of them without needing to go to manual arbitration, proving that i'm here solely for legitimate business.

    This is weird, the buyer is claiming he received someone different to what he purchased, but I checked and everything is correct. Is there any way you can take a look at it yourself and log in to the Fortnite account? He has not changed the password yet. I do expect this case to be resolved without the need of arbitration but i'm just posting here as a precaution.

    Sorry if i'm just wasting time, but should I post any disputes I receive against me in the future on here?

    Hello,

    It's me again with the same problem. I tried to use 4 different browers, but this problem still persists. I tried at different times of day with no luck.

    However, it used to work to relist old offers and I would sell goods this way, but now my offers don't show up at all. I can't sell stuff at all and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the above problem.

    Hey I purchased a Runescape account in Feb 2018 for $140 from a seller called Mupphins - who now i cannot find anywhere on PA. I also paid for the insurance as well.

    Order ID is 3518369 and dispute ID is 10002.

    The seller advertised the account having no previous bans.

    As soon as i purchased the account, I realised that the account had been banned before. Furthermore, the seller provided me with the login email's password, however did not provide me with the required details to be able to change the password on the original email. He also did not provide me with any details to be able to recover the account (all of the original details).

    During the grace period that I have after purchase to inspect the account, the seller lodged a dispute (this was so that I was not able to lodge a dispute, or leave any negative feedback because that option is then taken away from me).

    Anyway, the dispute was resolved in the Seller's favour...

    I played the account for almost a month, I purchased RS Gold and trained the account a lot.

    About a month after purchase, the account was recovered.

    I tried to contact PA to get a refund of the purchase money. I ALSO PURCHASED INSURANCE. PA said to me that they need evidence that the account was recovered - the evidence required was a message from Jagex saying that the account has been recovered by the original owner... This evidence is almost impossible to obtain.

    PA also asked me to get a message from Jagex off twitter saying that it was recovered by the owner.

    PA never asked Mupphins to recover the account for me since he is the seller with all of the original details..

    I now have lost in excess of $200 (including the RS Gold I purchased as well on the account).

    What can I now do? Why did I pay for insurance to receive no support??

    Good luck. I'm in the hole for the same amount and the same reason - consider your money gone to the scam machine.
