    Hello PlayerAuctions, I have a refund issued to me, that is stuck on processing. I have waited for a day now, double what the refund should have taken. My username is DARTHGLADIUS, if you could assist me in receiving my refund then that wold be great.

    Hi there. Sorry for the hassle, but the reason you weren't able to view the site content is because your account was suspended due to having a duplicate account with us. I checked with the respective department and the account is now unsuspended, and the other account was the one suspended in its place; you should be able to login again. For order 3438810, I have no resent the game account details to your email and if it's not working, you may go to Orders under My Account and select order 3438810; From there, click on the Dispute button so your seller will be informed and the case will be tracked at PlayerAuctions.

    Hello there, I also got your PM. Sorry about the delay, I was able to get acknowledgement from our finance department that your refund will be processed today, and you will have the refund in about 6-7 hours from the time of this message. I really apologize for the added wait, but rest assured that it will get to you as I've already checked your order and it has no disputes on it.

    Hi again, John. Thanks for the input; I've been getting similar reports on our ticketing system. I am really sorry about this. The new layout aims to simplify and make the process easier but UX/user experience is sometimes a tricky process. I'll let the tech team know about this along with the reports I've submitted this month.

    Hello PA can you guys help with this Order ID 3443596 still stuck on verifying payment even after i completed the signnow verification form from compliance team which i recieved on my email, its been more than 3hrs now. Honestly im quite disappointed and bad experience with this case as i bought 2 times before no issue like this and process were instant and smooth. Can i have good experience please with your website so that i can continue using your website to buy otherwise i'm sorry to say i'm gonna leave playerauction for good because you guys not welcoming me and its become hassle now, thanks please reply me asap!

In the meantime, please check your email to make sure you didn't miss an email from the team. As part of our process, we send buyers a form to fill up in order to prevent possible fraud/scam in the transactions happening at PA.     Account Owner Information-3443596 Has Been Completed, This is the email i mentioned that i done fill up but my order still on verifying payment. It was from [email protected]

    I have checked the email payment option there is another email from compliance6 but i cant open the signnow document on hotmail but no problem on gmail before, please help.

    Nvm i able to open it and fill in everything on the form, hope the process will be fast and next buy no more hassle like this.

    @PlayerAuctions I messaged you with sufficient evidence. I have no idea how this happened when it’s quite clear the seller recovered. If you want I can provide a GIF/video of me logging in with the account details and getting a wrong password email. Then going to recovery page and seeing a different email then the one I setup. That shouldn’t be necessary although I can provide it. Please do let me know what you can do for me, thank you.

    Edit: managed to get buyer to close the dispute but ur system is still bugged.

    Your dispute system is telling me different things depending on where I visit.

    Here when I click the dispute it says its awaiting the other parties response and that I can escalate it in 16 hours:

    but here on the order it says I have to respond or the dispute will be automatically closed in the buyers faver.

    This dispute system seems broken and is telling me different things can you please look into this dispute and handle it for us? I've attatched delivery proof which should help PA but I'm afraid the dispute might auto close because the timer on the order is still saying we have to respond and is counting down even though I already did respond.

    Please advise as I don't want to lose 165m 07 which was delivered to the buyer.

    I've clearly responded to it and in the dispute center it says its awaiting the other parties response but its telling me something completely different on the order.

    Hi again, Gani. Terribly sorry about this. It got held up a bit because apparently, the payer is a different person other than you and the team required for him to submit the necessary documents. Glad to hear it's sorted out now.

    I'm very sorry but from my end it says the dispute has ended. Could you try sending the screenshot that you were able to file a dispute on time to [email protected]? Our team will check if there was a big with the disputing. I'm really sorry, this shouldn't be happening.

    @osslothz:
    I checked that order ID, and it seems to be an incorrect one as that is already completed. I checked your username and I found two possible order IDs:
    3442512 and 3436140 - Your buyers for both has just placed the order and hasn't started the payment process yet
    3444347 - Your buyer already cancelled the order

    Waiting for an update
    Don't worry the payer is my cousin not stranger and he just lend his paypal to me if ever need to buy online.Anyway are this thing gonna continue processing? or its already done? cause we been waiting for an update, keep checking on playerauction still verifying payment..

    Edit: So what happen now more waiting time? i still see no progress or any update till now, not good experience for me after 2 times buy from your website then this thing happen and its took so much time to resolve..I don't think i'm gonna buy again if this case gonna repeat in future.. I'm expecting newcomer get a nice welcome so that we would continue stay but i guess not..

    i guess PA is out on Saturday and Sunday huh? Should have sorted it out completely after waste our time on completing documents and now have to wait until Monday. I have to register here and write to your support team but the problem still no solution not to mention being held so long. I'm really kinda give up after going all through this but get nothing in return, too much security but too little remedy for a simple case. Next time include what is the relationship of the payer and buyer if they not same name on your document its could be families or parent or cousin like my case.

    Edit : I was new with PA bought twice its was fast and smooth process with the system and i'm quite amazed and happy that time thinking that i have found a new website that i can rely on buy stuff i need but turn out it's only temporary happiness. i'm sorry to say i'm not happy now.

    So after contacting PA on FB they have told me that compliance team cannot process the payment because they failed to verify the paypal name but in reality its just a short name of the real name provided in document and photo given. To whom its concern i hope you guys improve this problem and make it more stress free as we doing all this failed process and get nothing in return. Making us worry and wasting time to provide what you guys want but still cannot process it, you guys must be lacking professional. I won't forgive this kind of mistakes from you guys even how many times you guys gonna apologize because we are being serious and honest to do business but what you guys did was hurting us and send us away. I don't want to apologize either because the problem was not me but you. Like i said before was automatic process but now manual process so bad and was hoping its gone through but NO. Our money also still with you even you mailed us to cancelled the order because of your mistake should have returned in ASAP not few days more..

    I'm terribly sorry for the ordeal with the cancelled payment and the wait you experienced for the refund. I understand that the verification and the consequent wait for the refund when it gets cancelled can be stressful, but we do our utmost to have those processed in the fastest and best possible way. That said, we're very sorry if there are additional processes in-between and the reason for that is because we're following protocols that aim to make the transaction secure (asking for your info, documents, pics, etc.). We are also bound by an obligation to collect these information so that if a fraud ever takes place, we are armed to inform the authorities about it --- should they ever need it from us.

    We didn't mean to make you feel unwelcome as a new member, and to make up for it, I would be ready to assist you with your next order and expedite it as best as I can in case you decide to use our services again. Just give me a heads up through PM and send me the order ID and a detail of your request/issue so I can help you with it.
