    i've been trying to complete a purchase for 5 hours with no resolution, No i'm recieving no response. Its ridiculous.

    New beautiful website but still no sounds for sellers when an order has been made.

    One of my employees missed an order today because the email regarding the new order didn't even show for 2+ hours,(we rely on the email notifications since we keep delivery set to 2 hours).

    Not a big deal and I don't want anything done about it but PLS PRIORTIZE SOUNDS FOR SELLERS FOR NEW ORDERS(Like a ringing that doesn't go away until they visit the order or switch back and look at playerauctions), I've been begging for this feature to come to Playerauctions, its single handily the most annoying aspect of playerauctions I've encountered so far.

    Besides that still a solid website I use for the occasional sales.

    Hey there, Divine. Thanks for letting me know what you think of the new site. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about your suggestion on the sound/push notification system. Unfortunately, we couldn't include it in the latest update today, but we'll do our best to have that on the next one. I realize it's really going to help sellers like you who watch the site in real time. Thanks again for the inputs. :)

    My experience:

    I'm very disappointed with the service of PlayerAuctions.

    Yesterday I registered (for the first time in my life) with my original Facebook-Account. I bought an account and paid instantly with Paypal. I was not able to access my Inbox. It was stating "404 - Page not found" - also on my "Orders"-Site.

    After getting in contact with PlayerAuctions they stated that my account has been suspended for "Policy" reasons. Yes, thats it.

    As of now I received the Steam Account login. However I could not change the email since I can not get in contact with the seller.

    I answered PlayerAuctions to explain the exact reason of my suspending since I can proof every single information I made during the registration process so there should be no reason for my suspending whatsoever.

    Im really cut up of the poor service with vage answers from the supporter team. I can not understand how they can tell someone that his account was suspended when contacting them in a purchase matter and not even explain what is going to happen with the trade (Will I get the account anyway since the trade was made before they suspended it? Will I get a refund? Do I have to escalate this to Paypal?). Im waiting a bit for an answer. If its not acceptable I will have to revoke my money from Paypal.

    Notwithstanding the above, since this is my professional subject, I can not imagine there is any jurisdiction which allows companys to cut off consumer laws completly by a Policy Agreement. Especially not with a vage formulation like they stated without any transparency.

    Summarising I can tell that the service is obscure and the processes incomprehensible. As of my experience PlayerAuctions does not seem to be a serios & reliable service firm.

    One more thing I wanted to say.

    In my opinion its an impudence to state suspensions as binding and final in the first communication. Information could be corrected. Mistakes could have been made - Yes, even by PlayerAuctions.

    Only making it easy to say "Can't do anything about it since it was binding and final as stated". Wow..

    I keep trying to reply to site messages and it keeps just refreshing the page and not sending the response, its getting extremely frustrating as I'm missing orders, sitting here with a 200m 07 order and cant even message the buyer because its not sending, just refreshes w/o sending, can see his messages but past 3-4 messages I've tried sending aren't sending.

    I also keep getting signed out everytime I refresh on the same browser - This is driving me flipping insane.


    Edit: 6 attempts later it FINALLY SENT ONE MESSAGE.

    This new layout needs more testing before the public uses it.


    Edit 2: Okay, the thing where every refresh logs me out has made playerauctions unusable as a seller, I disabled all my offers immediately, this is ridiculous to have to relogin every 5 minutes(literally).

    I'm very sorry about the suspension process and how it has affected your order. Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to get the game account, unless you are able to buy it again from the same seller using a different or reinstated account. Your money will be refunded due to the suspension of the account. If you'd like, I can look into this if you could PM me your username so I could give you the reason why your account was suspended. Alternatively, please check your email; our team might have given you the exact reason already. If you'd like to confirm the status of your money, please PM me the order ID so I can give you feedback about it. Again, my sincerest apologies for this difficulty.

    Got your PM and replied to it. I'm currently getting an agent to work on this request; they're working on a queue but I'm requesting for your number change to be prioritized. I will PM you ASAP once I get them to work on this. Sorry to keep you waiting.

    I'm terribly sorry about this. Rest assured that this was fully tested as we have a testing website/environment for this major update, but just the same I will forward your complaints regarding the new site so our tech can fix it. I sincerely apologize for the hassle; it really shouldn't be doing that. Thanks for sharing your inputs, this will be valuable for the tech team.

    For me, this means they straight up closed it instead of answering.

    Now tell me this isnt ridiculous...

    I'm stuck in "verifying payment" part. I have sent every single document needed now They said to give a time to call to verify with you.     You're right; the system sends the email out if the ticket was closed. Our staff's reasoning is probably because the account got suspended. I really apologize about this, and I will notify their management so that this could be avoided in the future. I have replied to your PM and I'm now asking the respective department about it so I can give you feedback. In the meantime, kindly send the email I asked if you have time so we can see about checking the reported offense if it's substantiated.

    Hey there. I'm very sorry for the late processing of you payment. I checked and the order has processed normally. I really apologize for the late processing; I know it's no excuse but the staff is working on a long list of orders at the moment due to being a December. I'll let them know about it so they can hopefully catch up on the next ones much faster.
