    playerauctions is holding my money i typed in my disturbemnt email wrong and they wont even reply to my emails i send.. could you change it for me and give me my money?

    Hey! I have been a loyal and frequent customer of playerauctions for years but recently I was denied placing an order with paypal. ven after going through a paypal verification and signing your payment authorization successfully, your compliance team told me I had reached a "maximum purchase limit" for my paypal account. Therefore forcing me to pursue a different payment method like bank transfer which is inconvenient and could take up to 2 business days. Paypal is easy and gives some safety to the consumer which makes using your platform appealing. Could you please send me your terms that show Paypal customers have these payment caps? How long is this cap for? Can I never buy from playerauctions again? I've purchased with you guys only with Paypal since June 2014 and my only interest is to continue doing business with playerauctions. Its an awful customer experience.

    Hello there. I'm very sorry about this but let me try to explain. A purchase limit is imposed on accounts when a particular buyer has spent a lot on orders in a single month. This is a security precaution done by our team in order to prevent possible reclamation and/or chargeback cases because with that amount, it will be hard to contain cases with overly high amounts of money involved. The team keeps an eye on a certain level of expense which is still in their control. I understand that this could be frustrating for you as a buyer, but please note that we actually lose out on earnings by doing this, but it's also important for us to impose this as a security precaution. Come January, you will be able to buy again since the lockout for you is during December only. Sorry about this. Hope you have a happy new year! :)

    Please double check the earlier mails of our agents. Submissions usually require the authorization form plus the pictures of your ID and selfie holding the ID << you might have forgotten to include the two. An agent is on standby right now and if you could check what you have missed then send it now, I can have it taken cared of. Just message me here your order ID. Happy new year to you! :)

    I'm having a problem with PA. I have sold many things on playerauctions but this time the disbursements aren't going through. It's giving me the "Now being processed" and "Queued for immediate processing". This issue is happening on multiple disbursements that were scheduled to be delivered at the same time. Any feedback is welcomed and appreciated.

    What a horrible experience im having with player auctions indeed. I go to buy 5 accounts, Pay for them. Then I see that one of my accounts are in "pending" I'm very confused as to what this is. then I see I just need to sign some documents. I follow all the instructions and a swear to god that person emailing me was trolling me. He sent me the same email 4 times in a row asking me to do the wrong thing. I'm like ok fine whatever, 2 days later we get over that hump. Then hes like I JUST NEED TO CALL YOU but it has to be linked to your account. I'm like ok no problem. I changed my cellphone months ago with a new number so I go again to resolution and ask them what i need to change my number. They were like Send all your info and im like ok perfect! I send it right away within 10 mins . They never replied to me again. And a couple days have passed since that, I just notice that 3 of my orders didnt even give me the products i wanted. one gave a user and pass but never changed the email. And the other 2 just didnt give me anything at all. So i go to refund it. THEY GIVE ME A PARTIAL REFUND LOL taking away $8 from me after giving me nothing. And they still never replied to my phone number change so I canceled the remaining orders. I learned alot of what to do to make sure I get my orders properly like PM the seller before hand. but to be honest there should not be a learning curve and player auctions shouldn't be taking free money from you after just wasting your time. I also apologized to the poor seller because he had to wait for nothing when someone else could have bought the product off of him. IS this how you treat your customers player auctions? charging them for wasting there time?



    so here is what i need from Player Auctions.

    Full refund on the 2 accounts that I did not receive.
    and full refund on the 1 account that was pending delivery.

    I will use the service again in fact right away, but carefully and make sure to message sellers before purchase.

    @Wortel:
    Hi there. We use Amazon's SMS service and it sends the PIN globally, and it doesn't have any checks being performed if the number you have is the same as the address you provided on PA --- meaning, your setup should work fine; different number location and different PA address. If you're still not getting the PIN, please try contacting your provider and ask them if Amazon SMS services isn't blocked. If it's still not getting through, kindly check if you have other numbers although that would be impractical to ask. :(

    I was able to get an agent to reply to your email yesterday. I will continue to assist with this; For now, please follow through with the email and if you have concerns after that, let me know so I can help and prioritize your case again. I am terribly sorry as well for the difficult process you experienced with the payment/verification. Since we have to manually do that to authenticate the process, some delays and confusion are bound to happen --- this is no excuse, I know, but I'll make sure to bring this up to upper management so it can be dealt with. I'll make it up to you by offering any help I can until we can arrive to a good compromise/conclusion for you on this.

    Did I just get scammed? the seller gave me only a password and I have no ability to change the password because he never activated my email to the account. Now im stuck with a password that is only made by him. I explained this and player auctions gave him all the money? what is this? now ill be forced to reverse payment with my credit card and explain I got scammed by player auctions if I dont get my money back. They have $200 of my money now. This is so messed up. I Also resent emails with my info and they didnt reply again. Here is proof.

    Hello @intothedark, can I have the order ID for this? If you'd like to keep it private, you can PM it to me but there should be no issues posting it publicly. I'll check on it.

    The ideal scenario for that would be to dispute the order, and as long as you'r responding before 24-48 hours is up (dependent on the notice of our staff in the email sent to you), then the dispute shouldn't expire. The seller's payment will be held and he will be obliged to either refund you or provide a working account. If that didn't happen and the dispute got closed, it could only mean that during the dispute A) he provided solid evidence that he was able to provide you a working account or B) you didn't reply for a period of 24-48 hours, causing the dispute to get closed.

    For now, please let me check the order details once I have the order ID.

    So I bought 50m osrs gp, never got the money. Twitter PA says my order was "stucked". Have to use paypal to get my money back. Now today, I try to buy a firecape, half way through PA suspends my account. So as of right now I'm out of $65 and no one will reply to my twitter messages, facebook messages or emails. I do not understand.

    Hello @PlayerAuctions I was wondering if you could assist me with dispute case #5983. I purchased an account, seller recovered, and is reselling the account on PA again. The dispute case has all the links and info. For some reason though, it says that “Partial review is with tomsandrelis demands” or something like that. It looks like the dispute has ended with no reply from seller. If you could clear this up for me, that would be great. I was also wondering, do I get refunded with store credit or in the original payment method I purchased with?

    Hi there, Sneaky. I consulted with the team and I'm really sorry to say that the case has been closed in the seller's favor. The team said the evidence sent was insufficient to mark the seller as responsible for the reclamation. Cases like these are final with the team, but if you think there is a mistake, could you please send me a PM containing the evidences you sent to our team? If I find any mistake in their mediation, I will find a resolution for you, however I cannot mediate on any new submissions to me; meaning, the one I will be reviewing should only be the evidences you sent to the team - nothing more, nothing less. [Edit/Addition] In the evidence we review, it needs to mention or to establish that the account was reclaimed or recovered by the seller.

    @osslothz:
    Hi there. Unfortunately, if the dispute has already ended, no further disputes may be filed for it. As a seller, I recommend reclaiming the account from your end using the recovery information you have; you are free to do that since your buyer can't use it anyway, being on a different platform and all.

    So i just recently bought a Overwatch account with this site and the information was changed within 2 hours. I tried to log in the site but it says my password is wrong so i get a temp password. But when i try to use the temp password to change my password it locks me out again. I also can't access half the site when i manage to get in i just see a bunch of 404 errors so i can't dispute the case. For example i can't access the mailbox or the orders and neither can i try to contact the seller they all load to 404 error pages. But of course the rest of the site works perfectly fine...
