    Hello, I cannot view your website anymore. I haven't been around websites like these in a while. I can view the website on my phone but I cannot view it on either of my computers at home.
    Also, when I attempt to create a new account on my phone it says "This number is already in use."

    Can I have a way of contacting somebody that can help me with this issues? I cant view the website so maybe an email address etc.. Thanks :)

    Hi,

    Your playerguardian is the biggest scam and scammed me out of $1000+.
    Account as recovered back and I bought protection and you needed proof from JAGEX that the account was stolen. However, knowingly, jagex does not provide that type of proof. So my case has got closed. All my chat logs will be published on sythe to prove the scam within your company.

    Now, my protection has since been inactive but I applied for the refund of the account when it was hacked in October when I did have the protection but your scam made it impossible to work with.

    Hey there, sorry about any inconveniences. I checked and there are no suspensions or negative balances on your account. Kindly try from a different browser or set your current one to incognito/private mode. If it continues to give that error, please email [email protected] about it so they have a notification in case a delivery guarantee expires.

    Hello again. I'm very sorry, this seems like a rare bug. Please email support@playerauctions and provide screenshots that you were able to make the delivery, since they will most likely ask you about it in a mediation case. They will also email the buyer and if he confirms, then we can release the payment to you. Really sorry about this.

    @Leonidas I:
    Sorry for what happened, Leonidas. We ask for the correspondence from Jagex because it's the most surefire way our team can establish that the account was reclaimed, but we also look into other evidences such as chatlogs and in-game screenshots depending on how it can be established. Could you please send me a PM and include your username and order ID so I can check on this? Thanks in advance.

    Hey there, Mei. Yup, you can go to orders under My Account at the website while logged in. Search for the correct order ID and on the order page, there should be a cancel button.

    Please note:
    If you are the buyer and you cancelled before the seller's delivery guarantee expired, then you will be given a small fee which will be deducted from your refund. If the delivery guarantee has expired already, then you are free to refund without any fees.

    Hello,

    As I’ve explained to the people from The helpcentre, it won’t let me change disbursement accounts as when I try to do it, it says my current one is not right.

    I have tried multiple times and it keeps saying that “current disbursement account does not match”.

    The PayPal I had before is 110% correct and I have the statements in PayPal to prove it.

    Im trying to change it to a new PayPal as I want to be able to sell and buy freely and use it for tax purposes.

    In the latest dispute over an account I incorrectly listed, the buyer was reimbursed and agreed to return the account but the account has still not been returned to me after I contacted him. This person is still in control of the account that he asked for full reimbursement for

    Old disbursement method/email (PayPal, MoneyBookers, etc.):
    New disbursement method/email (PayPal, MoneyBookers, etc.):

    Reason:
    Phone number and availability:
    Order IDs that you want to be paid with the new method/email:

    Sorry but I'm gonna have to ask you to go through this process since we need to verify that it's actually you initiating the request, and to prevent the possibility of somebody else trying to hijack your money/payments.

    Could you please PM me the order ID for this? The username usually doesn't suffice, like in your case, you have already amassed a few orders over some period of time. For now, you may continue contacting him using the on-site messenger but if you're currently in a dispute with this, your best bet is to ask him the account on the actual dispute process so your claim would be recorded.

Also, please make sure this is the email associated with your PlayerAuctions account to make the request valid (that is for us to validate that the request is coming from you). Please give us a bit of time; They're working on a queue but I'll ask them to prioritize this one.

I've checked with the team, and they said that since we have updated the website to allow users to manually change disbursement methods on their own, it could be that you have been trying to input an incorrect disbursement email on your current disbursement. Please double check and make sure the email you are using on the current disbursement form/field is the right one on your account. If you are absolutely sure about this, could you please PM me what your email is on the current disbursement, what you'd like for it to be the new one, and a screenshot of the error? Sorry for the continued hassle, I'm going to bring this up to the team so we could resolve this for you ASAP. Thanks in advance, Waleed.

    seems your not bothered about letting people get scammed

    i brought an account, got insurance account got banned for botting shortly after id started playing it...i messaged seller and opened a dispute...i managed to appeal the ban and it got quashed so the dispute closed. then few days later it got locked and could not recover it, i messaged the seller he asked me for the password to unlock it, gave it him and he hasnt responded since. Emailed player auctions and they just said theres nothing they can do because i closed the dispute before they wont reopen it. they wont do anything against the seller either. Theyre happy to just let it happen.

I will check with the team if there was evidence sent that the game account was botted by the seller and if it is, I will definitely see what I can do. If not that, at least I will try to communicate with your seller to resolve the issue.
