PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

I haven't got the email though! That's the whole issue here haha. I have got the email when i made the player auction acc and all the support ticket emails fine but no verification emails. Ive checked junk mail etc etc. It was definitely sent to the email account linked to my player auction account???

 

I am un-suspended although, you still owe me $3.89

PlayerAuctions, you owed me $36.20 for failure of delivery of my second order . You refunded me $32.31 on the transaction that was my first order. You probably are unable to refund my second order through paypal because of the paypal dispute that you won because you provided proof of delivery to paypal see email qoute

There are two orders, the first order I was refunded $3.89 USD by the Seller (makesecond) for failure to deliver the last 20k of my first 400k order.

The second order for 400k was not delivered at all and is where this dispute arises from.

My questions are this:

Why do you allow the seller to continue selling on your site if your aware the seller is highly likely to scam?

Why do you allow sellers to continue to use third parties that are clearly using cracked or hacked accounts to sell stolen virtual goods?

 

It is taking FOREVER for them to verify my payment. I sent everything to them that they asked for, and they haven't responded to my emails.

 

Cancelled my order this is ridiculous. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. The only way to talk to someone is on some other websites forum? And that takes a day to get a reply anyway?!? Your support ticket system is a joke. All i wanted to do was buy an account and you couldnt manage to send me the friggin verification email.

We have processed the additional refund you mentioned. I'm really sorry I missed that one from last week. I sent you a PM which contains the transaction ID.

We don't, if it's proven that he's actually scamming. We have suspended a lot of accounts this year compared to 2016 and what most people don't see is that we also get a lot of complaints from the seller's side of the fence, due to being suspended for "no reason at all".

It's not impossible, but it can be hard. I always tell our customers that we have this in place in order to validate customer claims, and this is the best way to go about it to avoid having the idea that anyone can easily claim this or that --- and with an evidence system in place, we can establish that a claim actually took place.

We never do, unless it's totally invalid but that rarely happens anyway.

We do follow the procedures, and we always have. We aren't also never biased with sellers and/or buyers, and you if you look at both sides of the fences, we also get asked a lot by sellers on why we are biased with buyer refunds, causing sellers a lot of grief with regards to their game account sales being already exposed and at risk of being hacked.

I don't have the exact numbers, but as I've mentioned earlier, the SiteJabber reviews/cases we have are constantly resolved and the majority of the reviews there are NEVER revised once resolved. I strongly suggest you to go over the first few pages and read my replies, and how cases are being resolved, and that nobody bothers to revise their reviews --- you will get a good representation of my sentiment that resolved cases never get their reviews revised. Your review is actually a good example; while it may not be fully resolved for you, given the time you've invested, the review is never taken out or revised for a higher star count --- something I can truly understand. And while I do send out "resolution requests" (an automated one-click SJ system to ask the reviewer to revise their content), I never go BEYOND that and if the reviewer doesn't do anything, then the review stays.

We never do, and even though our security checks have improved massively through the years, it can feel like an uphill battle sometimes because methods employed by less noble sellers are getting crueler by the day, for lack of a better word. But what I can tell you is that, as I've said, our team is still able to find out about them on a daily basis and a lot of transactions get refunded or cancelled due to this.

Hope this answers your questions, @da1bomb15. I'm sorry again for the ordeal that you had to go through and we can never give you back your time, but at least with the unsuspension and the refund, we hope it at least assuages your grief over what happened. I have notified the management and the team about this and we will charge this incident to experience.

It could have been a fault with either our server or yours, but we had orders processed last week at this stage and I'm sure our mail server is fully up and running. Really sorry. DEAR PLAYERAUCTIONS, SO 30 MINUTES AGO, SOMEONE PURCHASED MY IRONMAN ACCOUNT. THE USERNAME WAS WRONG (MADE TYPO), AND I WOKE UP AND FOUND A DISPUTE. SO I DID PROVIDE THEM REAL USERNAME AND PASSWORD! AFTER I GAVE HIM THE PASSWORD, HE LOGGED IN AND DROPPED ALL MY TRADEABLES AND UNTRADEABLES! I WOULD NOT LIKE THIS GUY TO BE REFUNDED AT ALL! Hello Runas. I checked on our logs and the dispute has already started. Just to set your expectations, our team will have to ask you to provide screenshots as evidence for your case. If you could submit screenshots of the account in its unaltered state before it was sent over to us for checking or to the buyer, that would be great; please send them as attachments to the ticket thread.

I checked the refund log and there is no pending refund yet, so you still have enough time to dispute this with the team. Did he delete the untradeables by any chance? Since he couldn't drop those.

Could you send me the exact evidences you sent for your case? I'd like to check on it so I can at least try to do something from my end. Unfortunately they're now on a separate system that I don't have access to that's why I have to ask you straight up for it.

It's not that the contact you have with the seller on the site messenger was removed on purpose. It's automatically closed/taken out once the order dispute ends. Really sorry for the confusion.
