    Hi there. Yes, the remaining options you can see work for you; we've made the system show the user what currently works for them. Anything that doesn't is automatically not viewable in the disbursement screen.

    The fees from Skrill will be removed once you change disbursement accounts; the new ones will be applied.

    Thanks for validating that, it took me by surprise too since as per my knowledge it's also 1k.

    ACH disbursements are for US banks only, it can't work with EU. However, many users from Turkey and UK have come forward and told me they use EU banks, make it go through Transferwise (which converts the account into USD) and use that on ACH. I can't claim any first-hand experience assessment, but according to them it works. Please check on it as it could be a good option for you. << tagging @gogoshica here as well.

    I feel a bit uncomfortable putting my bank information there.The Skrill method was nice because it wasn't done so directly

    I truly understand, on a personal note, that's how I'd prefer mine to, to be behind a payment portal/gateway.

    I'm very sorry but I'd rather say that it won't be back. Our history with payment providers always end up being permanent, like with PayPal and Payoneer. Of course, there is always a possibility for it to be back. It was a policy/management update with them for EU users and they're still operating for the US on our site, so it's not totally far off from happening but again, I'm really sorry I can give a definite answer for this.

    Delays for all disbursement methods suddenly went up by several days.
    ACH previously was 1-2 days, now it's 6-8 days, Wire Transfer was 1 day, now it's 2-4 days, and so on. Why is this happening? Waiting for 2 weeks for a disbursement seems excessive, especially compared to your competition, which is much faster.

    From time to time they sometimes go off the usual schedule but it should be temporary. We are notified with a major internal announcement in case it will be happening for a long but for this one, it isn't. The finance team has been swamped with work, finding new payment portals for the site. Really sorry it has affected this. It should even out after a week or two.

    You guys have been on a downward spiral for months. Shards are worth 25 gp each, not 24 each. How can you run a site for this long and not understand basic fundamentals of a max cash stack smh

    The max cash stack wasn't the only issue with Searchy's case. If you saw the thread, I never engaged Searchy publicly and I talked to him privately along with another Sythe officer/higher up. I'm not in the business of trying to shame anyone publicly (note: "trying" because I might be doing it without me knowing; I would not do it readily) here in Sythe, nor would I attempt to in case I am wrong with what I want to say nor if I am unconsciously doing it — I talked to the Sythe officer and Searchy amicably. We did not agree on things but it was a civil discussion.

    Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not going to engage you with these scathing remarks which for me aren't mostly true. Mostly. The 24 gp, yes, we have our reasons. If you have more scathing remarks go ahead, it's a free world. But if it's a case about other people, then I'm only going to talk to those people.

    Now if you have a PA order or ticket concern, then go ahead and let me know. This is mainly a PA concern thread. I would be happy to check on things for you.

    I’m not here to shame anybody, but your stance on shards is a concern and any rs3 gold seller would agree that you’re wrong.

    You're not. Did I say you were shaming somebody? I said I'm not in the business of shaming anybody because that's what I MIGHT do if I reply on the thread to defend what we do. Searchy was already having a bad time with the incident and I don't want to further stress/infuriate the person.

    I'm not insulting you with the next statement, Dreamy, but you did not know what fully happened. There were several layers to that incident. For one, for the sake of not being too vague, we have sections for items AND for currency. Take of it what you will but we have the items section for a reason. Shards should be sold there. Gold under currency. This way, we can approach delivery processes and dispute handling in a distinctive manner. Gold cannot be carried in big amounts? I know, but that's how it is. After the incident, we didn't restrict Searchy in any way; we allowed Searchy to trade shards + gold moving forward and from here on he can make the buyer agree on the value of the shards for as long as he makes a disclaimer before the trade that "hey the rest of the money comes in shard, go sell it to get the full gold value" — the reason being that he is protected from disputes from buyers who say "I want gold and gold is what I'm getting" because objectively, the buyer is within his right. Shards are accepted as currency? That's a subjective approach to this and objectively and in terms of binary/black and white values, shards are shards, gold is gold. We have items and we have currency sections.

    As for the 24gp value, that's what's shown in the Wiki page conversion meter in Searchy's screenshot sent to us, so the agent just followed that. And do note, we take precedence in this because of our stated terms (item 8.1: User Agreement | PlayerAuctions)

    The shards are a concern? You bet they are. Because a group of RS sellers wants to supersede our decision process with a case where the buyer already canceled the order and is on his way to get a refund. We accepted Searchy's dispute to reopen the order and allow him to complete the order. Against our stance that shards are item and gold is currency (with regards to categories at PA), we allowed shards and in fact our staff was the one who converted them. Please note item 8.1 in our terms again, our staff's decision supersedes things. I hate to be rude but if the agent wants it to be 20gp then it's 20gp, but of course, we haven't sunk that low. We tried to consummate the process and it's 24gp on the conversion slider on Searchy's screenshot link. The agent assumed that was the current value.

    I wanted to try not making this about Searchy and it's not but for the sake of simplifying the explanation of how we do things, I had to briefly discuss that. I hope Searchy doesn't mind.

    I'm not sure why you are so concerned about the value of the shards when we have allowed Searchy or other sellers to discuss shard values for currency orders as long as the buyer agrees. We are basically disregarding our currency and item segregation to try to meet what sellers want for this matter alone, and despite all discussion, it is still our site, no? I mean is this still not enough or perhaps you're just unaware of this development? (Serious question, I'm not being cynical, condescending, nor snarky about that). If you're only finding out, then I hope it isn't a concern anymore.

    All while being called unqualified and being hammered that the service is going downward. And the service is not going downhill, ridiculous. The opposite in fact — but you won't believe me, anyway, since I represent the company so I'm not going to talk about this further.

    Finally, shards traded as gold, we know. It happens in other games, too, where gold is strictly not just the digits and commodities are used to compensate it. I'm not too fond of these condescensions about "basic fundamentals of max cash stack" because that is not the point here and the point is the simple shard and gold distinction that buyers or any buyer for that matter, if they wish, can dispute shards as not gold and that puts both the seller and PA in a compromised spot where decisions have to be made. We can't say "ah because shards are traded as gold anyway". Who made that rule? Can you show me proof? What are the item and gold segregations are for, anyway? I could go on and on but I would just be beating a dead horse.

    I wanted to stress in my earlier reply that I would like to be here to take care of concerns instead, moving forward. With all sincerity, I would like to put this to rest. My final take on this is that:

    - We listened to Searchy and despite disagreements, agreed to meet halfway
    - We adjusted and made structure-breaking decisions to allow the shards
    - Agreed with a lasting solution that shards can be traded as long as the seller makes the buyers agree to ultimately protect themselves and to give PA a reason to decline buyer complaints that defy this prerogative

    If you believe we are still unqualified, then I'm sorry to disappoint. I would probably not make any further dents with my explanations and perhaps we should just all go to sleep. If I made a point, then thank you for at least understanding.

    I don’t even know Searchy, I just disagreed (and still do) and wanted to hear what you had to say. Shards have a guaranteed price, it’s like a store refusing to accept a $1 bill for an item that costs 99c. It’s your site though, I know it makes bank I’m not questioning that, but sometimes as a business owner whether you think you’re right or wrong why would you let $15 escalate so far is beyond me. Appreciate the explanation, I’ll leave it at that.

    As I've said, "I wanted to try not making this about Searchy", but context is needed because you clearly saw the case from Searchy's thread.

    You can sell shards as currency, as long as you clearly notify the buyer what he's getting. I hope that answers that.

    We don't have one, that's why we're leaving it with the sellers provided they inform the buyer before transfer via the on-site messenger; for example "I'll be transferring the rest of the order via shards and I'll treat them at 25GP each, ok?" and if the buyer complies via chat too, then it should be good.

    Hi Xlib. Thanks for the notice. I checked, ticket 887367 where the verification request was sent remains unreplied to. I checked any other possible emails from the buyer but there were none. I will resend the email verification request again so the buyer is notified; if you could, please inform him as well that he needs to open the ticket and reply there.

    Hey there. Possible, yes, but you need to file a dispute for this. Go to the order page then click on dispute, then for good measure email [email protected] about this. If you can't file the dispute, emailing our team also works.

    Can you send me the order ID for this? I can check and if your seller is set to receive his/her disbursement, I can freeze it for now.
