    I tend not to agree. First of all the only recoveries on world of warcraft accounts are email and secret/question answer. Secondly if PA read the messages on my inbox the buyer first said that he lost the details. Thirdly the buyer said he contacted a GM from warcraft in his own name which is absolutely ridiculous as the name on account which he could see is totally different of which I suppose even the GM checks. I never mentioned in my listing that I was the original owner and never said same to buyer. Sold several warcraft accounts on PA and outside of PA and never had a single problem. The only evidence the buyer provided was a screenshot of an email which everyone can produce and which shows the buyer using his own name and not that listed on the account. Moreover, when I asked the buyer in the dispute to submit the email change if account is recovered he never did this. Sorry but cannot accept this even though I trust PA and need an RS3 account. I just will look elsewhere so sorry for this.

    I understand. However, it will still be easy for the buyer to dispute this anyway because it was indeed a 2nd hand account. That said, our ticket channel remains open if you want to further dispute this, just send an email to [email protected]. I would have to set your expectations though that this can be a meticulous process and could take several days; I will be here to helo with follow ups if needed.     Never mind, I’m dumb, for some reason Skrill restricted my account and just had to provide updated address info, I think it should be fine, hopefully it gets disbursed tomorrow night.

    Ah yes, sorry for the confusion. On top of the reason you gave, Skrill accounts can also get non-verified at times. They require users to re-verify and when this happens, we have to resend you the disbursement. Thanks for clarifying and I do hope you get them soon, Zirak.

    So I paid for an order with my credit card. They asked me for ID and image of myself with my ID as well as my credit card with last 4 digits showing. I sent all of this. Now they are asking me for the credit card statement showing the payment coming out. Thing is my credit card statement will not show the charge for a couple of days. It shows my available credit adjustment after the payment but does not show the charge to player auctions. Anyone ever had this issue with PA if so how did you handle it just wait a couple days for your credit card statement to update to get your order? or just cancel the order and wait on the money to return to your credit card within 5-7 business days?

    And im almost sure if I cancel my order they're going to attach some sort of cancellation fee so ill have to pay for their incompetence.

    Hi Blue. We've had instances where the charge doesn't appear on the online bank statement yet and for the previous payments before that had this, I was told they just asked for the same online bank statement that doesn't show the charge yet, and the buyer may simply state it hasn't appeared yet.

    I saw you sent me a PM about this; I will check on that in a bit.

    Hi Crazy. Order 8018050 was sold with 30 days after-sale protection. This is set up during offer creation, you can select from 7, 15, and 30 days. It will extend the disbursement date by the amount of days set there. You need to put no in that selection so buyers can just use the standard after-sale protection on the site which disburses you in the standard 3+ days (or the relevant quickest duration for the disbursement option).

    Hello PA. Good afternoon.
    Has been 1 month 5 days since I've sold an account to my customer. All good, until I tried to check my profile one of these last days and says account doesn't exist. I've sent emails and got no repplies. My account doesn't longer exist in PA website, and when I contacted someone in discord they said I manually deleted my account.

    About 3 days ago someone with my discord name started pretending to be me and nearly scammed some of my former clients.
    I'm trying to ensure everyone is OK, one client in particular is not responding and I've tried to make sure they safe, after realizing this I deleted all personal info in our client-customer convos, but I'm afraid something may happen now, I don't have idea what's going on. I also had a bank refund request that I managed to address for the amount the account was sold. In case I'm attempting of being scammed what can we do? in case there's a third party involved and somehow my client may have got scammed by someone else what can we do to address this? and how do I recover my PA account?

    I'm very sorry, but accounts involved in unauthorized access are usually permanently closed already. Depending on circumstances, you may open a new account but that new account will need verification.

    Can you send me the PlayerAuctions username via PM? I can check and have it investigated on by our staff for any possible unauthorized logins that may have happened.

    i just got my withdrawal cancelled but fees taken saying my skrill information is wrong. It has been the same for 10-12 years, please double check and send my money asap

    this was the email:
    Dear :CrazyPipe,

    We have encountered a problem while processing your balance withdrawal request.

    The possible reasons for this vary across different disbursement methods. Please find your chosen method below for more information.

    Wire Transfer and Bluesnap Wire Transfer:

    • Bank accound name is incorrect or incomplete.
    • SWIFT code is incorrect or is not the one of the beneficiary bank.
    • Bank account number/IBAN is incorrect or bank account is unavailable to receive USD via wire transfer.

    Please take the following actions within 24 HOURS:
    1) Double check your bank account information and status with your bank.
    2) Update the bank account information and withdraw the balance again.

    Important:
    Be aware that processing fees have already been charged by the bank and intermediary bank(s) at this stage.
    If the bank account information is not updated correctly within the next 24 HOURS, the disbursement will fail and charged disbursement fees will not be returned.
    PS: If you switch to another disbursement method, previously paid disbursement fees will not be returned and further fees will be charged by the new service provider.
    Skrill/Neteller:

    • You haven't signed up for an account yet with Skrill/Neteller.
    • You provided PlayerAuctions with a payment email address that hasn’t yet been added to your Skrill/Neteller account.
    • You haven't verify your email or phone on Skrill/Neteller.
    Bank Transfer:

    Most common reason is: Your bank account has been closed or you have incorrectly entered the bank account information.

    ACH Transfer (Dwolla):

    Most common reason is: Your bank account has been closed or you have incorrectly entered the bank account/routing number.

    How can I get my disbursement?

    Your balance has been put back into Available queue. Once you have identified the issue with your account, update your disbursement account if necessary and try to withdraw the balance again.
