    Why are you guys employing imbeciles? Literally lost a dispute because your support agent doesn't know what a platinum token is

    Platinum token is a form of in-game currency, you guys have a website about in-game items but don't know shit about them? A few months ago I also lost a dispute because I paid a customer spirit shards instead of cash (the order was 4b+, not even possible to do it all in cash). What a joke lmao

    Hi,

    Why was dispute# 115366 closed favouring the buyer? The buyer has changed the account details already and the reason for his dispute was invalidated by the evidence I provided from the game publisher. Now I am out of an account as well as the funds for this order??? Did your team not properly review all of the evidence? This is ridiculous, I thought there would be fairness in dispute resolution.

    I have now frozen your seller's refund so you can dispute this back. Please get in touch via [email protected] about this. Unfortunately, dispute is really one territory in PA that I can't help with, but at the very least I can hold refunds if they're still not sent.

    In the future, please send me the order IDs instead. I would have to ask what the order ID is for a particular dispute ID because I have no access to those due to protocol reasons — sorry about that.

    Just to clarify you meant to say buyers refund correct? I am the seller in which the buyer bought the account from and disputed.

    In any case, I appreciate the swift response, I will send out an email tomorrow morning have to sleep for work, good night!

    Crap, sorry I meant buyer's refund; nothing wrong with the process I did, it was the buyer's refund that I froze. Just poor wording and thought process on my part. Sorry for the confusion. And yes, you may take your time on it this weekend, at the very least the funds are on hold so you'll have a chance to dispute it back. Good night as well Zirak! Have a good weekend.

    Thank you for doing that. And don't worry, it will be thoroughly checked. Whenever I halt frozen processes like these, my name is shown in our tool; our team knows I don't do that unless I really have to, so they always check these and may even come back to me to ask to talk to the user from my side. I will need to ask you to wait on this though, it can't be done fast but the important thing is, the funds are frozen and you're safe with that.

    Let me know if there's anything else I can check for you, Zirak.

    Hi Catchman. This one is not stuck yet, the buyer is still going through verification and he has not become unresponsive yet so we'll need to keep it open for now, but let me know after 1 day if nothing happens.

    Also, could you start sending these requests as PM instead? I'm afraid this is now regular and might make the topic thread longer and harder for me to backtrack. We can keep a single PM thread where you can keep sending order IDs like these for me to check. Thanks in advance, Catchman!

    Hi @jeslow and @Catchman. The payment authorization is still being authorized from Coinbase's end. Please contact them about it. I've tried to manually verify this from our end but it isn't an issue from ours. Sorry for the mishap about this.

    @jeslow: I'll PM you the transaction ID that needs to be verified by Coinbase. Thanks in advance. Please also ensure you are inputting the exact amount. If it's over or under even by a little, the payment will fail.

    I just did another audit of orders stuck in verifying payment status like last time, and there appears to be 17 orders stuck like this... Are you able to follow up on this in regards to when this issue will be permanently resolved? And can these orders please be cancelled on your end like last time?

    Hi Zirak, I've now canceled all the orders. Like the one of the gentlemen above, can I also request this to be sent as PM instead? It may become regular and I'd like to be able to focus on it.

    Also, not really substantial but at least a development towards the right direction; I was told this issue was acknowledged by our team last week. They've fully identified what's causing this and a fix will be made. However, there is no ETA but 3 teams are already requesting this to be followed-up since all are involved with it. Really sorry again, I'll do what I can to hammer on this.

    For now, send me the order IDs via PM and I'll work on it. Also, if it's alright and not too much to ask, could you list down the order IDs without the dates? Just the order IDs in a plain list. It's possible you might be copying this in this manner and if so, it's alright, but if you can plainly list it, it will greatly improve my process in going down the orders quickly. Thanks in advance!

    Are you guys Playerauctions really favor scammer?
    I have no idea why i lost this Dispute #116083 ( order 7097313 )
    The buyer just file a dispute, and said the account was reclaimed, id and password was changed or something then bang, he received his refund. I lost my account and my fund.

    He can't even provide a single piece of evidence about how the account was reclaimed while i do provide evidence prove that i am not responsible for his lost because the account was fully delivered. Basically i can't reclaim the account even if i want. He must have lied or something.

    This is ridiculous, please tell me "The PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee" is not a joke.
    Did "The PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee" properly review carefully all of the evidence?

    I have frozen your buyer's refund so I can bring this up with our team. You are posting screenshots with confidential information; please remove them. Regardless of any dispute decision, it's not right to disrupt the privacy of people and you are posting the user's email here. Please remove it for integrity's sake.

    If you think we are, why are you still asking for help? Of course, we don't favor scammers.

    Your screenshot above says that you requested the company to change the email. But there's no screenshot that they agreed to it. Further, you could have changed back the email to something else after you changed the buyer's email. If that happened (note: IF THAT HAPPENED), of course you'll only show that you transferred the email to the buyer's control. This is what the dispute is about, because your buyer claims the ID and password was changed. The fact that he's able to login before and not anymore means something happened. Your email change is necessary for buyers to agree and sellers may still recover the account after that.

    For now, I'll ask the team to check on this and if there's anything wrong with the buyer's claim, we can definitely reverse the refund and give you a disbursement. But if the buyer was able to prove anything, then the decision stays.

    I also recommend talking to the buyer via our on-site messenger to try resolving this with him. If you are able to get the buyer to accept the account, we can reverse the decision. He/She will need to confirm on the on-site messenger.
