    @ElGravis:
    Our team's decision on this is final; the buyer won the case because you never recovered back the account for him when he lost access to it. Either the game company found a security issue and locked it or you recovered the account yourself. Since the buyer is now refunded, you may now fully reclaim the account. We have released his refund now.

    Oh my god, it's becoming more hilarious and ridiculous at the same time now :) It was right there in those pieces of evidence i provided.

    You don't even understand how it works. There is a step, which require me to access the buyer email if i want to change the email of the account back to mine. I don't even know his email password so how can i do that? how can i recover the account myself if i don't know his email password from the start?

    You can try make your self a Guild Wars 2 account and try to change its email to something else then you will understand all of this! Thank you

    What if he lied? He did not lose access to the account, he just want the account and also his money back? Providing he didn't upload any evidence? how can you and your team decide without those evidence from buyer?

    @ElGravis:
    Defy question? No. In the first place, you have been making mocking statements in your first post by implying we support scammers. You wanted to ask for help from a human being (not a robot, just to be clear) by opening your statement with a mocking remark, then when I answer back, you question why my answer is such. But regardless, we're only going to make this long, the short answer is no, we don't support scammers of course.

    If the email was indeed changed by GW2, my rhetoric is that why is the buyer complaining he lost access to it, and why did you not assist in getting back the account for him? I'm not asking this to be sarcastic or anything, but because this is the idea our agent banked on, because we always need sellers to assist buyers. You should recover the account by contacting GW2 and providing them the recovery information. The fact that you can't (or won't) recover it means the account is not in a recoverable state and this means the account should not be sold at PlayerAuctions. As per your question: "what if he lied, what if he did not lose the account?", then recovering the account for him is a good opportunity for you to prove that, that the account was still accessible and he was at fault. You did not assist your buyer in your order, so I'm afraid the decision is made in favor of the buyer.

    I really tried to help with this but I'm afraid our team's decision supersedes mine on this matter. As I've said, the decision is final. You should recover back the account so you can re-sell it.

    If I use Wire Transfer for withdrawal, will any conversion fee apply? Also, if I use the ACH transfer to send money to my Payoneer account via the Global Payment service provided by Payoneer, will there be any issues?

    You should double check your receiving bank to see if they charge you wire transfer fees, almost guaranteed they do. It might not be worth it to do a wire transfer.

    As for your ACH transfer to your Payoneer, please consult them first about it; I don't see any problem with this as long as ACH is the one from our end, just not Payoneer directly. As for conversion fees, you may check the table here, but I don't think this applies to you guys:
    What are the fees to sell?

    Is anyone else on PA having disbursement issues? For the past three days no disbursements have been sent out, this was after switching to ACH...

    Im not sure how can i do a 100% refund for this one, and continue to sell my accounts without being banned on playerauctions.

    You are free to dispute this back if you believe the dispute was filed wrongly against you. But if you think the account was compromised and that you are at fault and would like to refund the buyer, you may reply back to the dispute via the ticket or via the dispute form at PlayerAuctions.     It seems that it is fixed as i see right now, but the other problem that i ran in is that all my orders are closed right now due to penalty 26.99 Dollars.

    I Still have one payment awaiting for me which id is - 7143494

    I would like to clear the negative balance out from this order [ 7143494 ] And release the rest of its money as possible.

    Yes, wire transfer is not worth it + some banks charge extra for it apart from the $25 you will have to pay to receive your money. There should be better methods to receive payments because the existing methods are cutting quite deep into our pocket + they are not very convenient. I would have chosen Skrill, however, Skrill is both expensive and has very poor exchange fees.

    Exactly why i didn’t choose Skrill either. I ended up making a TransferWise account to get a US bank account, I think that might be better on the fees compared to Skrill.

    If this doesn’t work out, I may need to shift my shop to another place, seems like sellers aren’t really valued here when they suddenly remove payment methods with a few days notice without a care for what they earn from collecting fees from our sales, and without providing a functional replacement. Their ACH transfers have been down ever since it was announced, and no acknowledgement from support.PlayerAuctions.com that this issue is being worked on, you know what they said instead?

    “Please note that the processing period on your disbursement/s depends on the payment method. For ACH Transafer, your disbursement would usually be processed by PA on the next business day. However, it might take 5-7 business days for the payment to be processed by Dwolla system after PA sent your disbursement. Kindly extend your patience before the disbursement reflects in your receiving account.”

    He literally did not read my support ticket or even acknowledge the issue at hand, especially considering it’s happening to others as well, so not sure why he didn’t connect the dots either? I’m a software developer myself, so I find it hard to believe that they couldn’t get ACH disbursements for over a week! In our line of work, this issue would be an escalated production issue that would have needed to be resolved ASAP within 24hours as it impacts the integrity of the website. This is the PayPal to Payoneer fiasco all over again... the PlayerAuctions dev didn’t learn from this...

    You will definitely get it, of course. As long as your disbursement is set to one of our new options, you will get it. Not to send it would be ethically and lawfully wrong, it's just that the department is experiencing delays right now and I'm escalating this as much as I need to. I am sorry again.
