    This is getting difficult to track, there are now two more orders stuck in addition to the one that I reported last night:

    Order# 6997322

    Is it possible to get an ETA on when this can be resolved?

    Hi @Zirak. I'm so sorry about this. There is no official ETA for the fix but if I had to guess, it would be this coming week. I have now resent all order emails. I'm sorry for the hassle but please see about setting up offers as manual delivery for now. I'll send a message again to all involved teams.

    I truly understand and I can imagine, 50 offers is already a huge inconvenience. I'm really sorry but it is what it is for now. I can definitely take part in resolving orders whenever I can but not in that scale, and rest assured, my reports for this are actually on-going and non-stop. I actually took time out of my personal vacation back in January 1 morning to send a company-wide email about this (take note, it's not my first report, it was actually to bring it up again for a 2nd or 3rd time).

    what is this ? buyer open a dispute on me because he made a wrong order and he using my account since 2 days ? please cancel the dispute .. in reason byuer said : made a wrong order. so why shall i be responsible for his wrong order and he used my account for 2 days .. how can i be sure that he did not baned it or did with my account.i wont take the account back since there was no problem from my side.

    @Zirak:
    Hi again, Zirak. Got some good news today and I hope it has an effect starting today. I was told the issue is already fixed. There may be some orders still affected by this, particularly orders that happened or were already placed before yesterday's fix (about 16-20 hours ago before this message), but orders placed today should no longer be affected. Can you please let me know in the following days if you spot the issue to be gone?

    @Catchman:
    This is indeed not acceptable, especially if there's proof he was able to login or change any of the credentials. He should not have logged it in if the purchase was made by mistake. Please show a screenshot of the login in the dispute thread. There should also be an option to not accept the dispute. Never accept it if it goes against the truth for you or what you want, we never force anybody to accept dispute decisions.

    the buyer escalated Dispute #114314.There was no problem in account from my side so why shall i refund him for mistake he did ? please tell to Player auction seller dont accept refund since there was no problem in account.

    Hi again, Catchman. I'm sorry but we can't intervene with disputes until it's escalated, so buyers and sellers have to converse there and accept/decline settlements. You should be able to decline the settlement proposal by the buyer, can you please check and do that? Let me know how it goes.

    Hello, I accidentally pressed the button *cancel all offers* instead of *cancel selected offers*. Perhaps there is a way to return everything automatically without adding each account by hand. Since the site does not have separate filters for sold and canceled / reserved offers, I will have to spend days recovering these offers and most likely will not be able to do everything perfectly. Perhaps you can undo this action? So please if can help me you can just cancel the action or message me if you need any additional information. I sent my email to quick communication in PM. Thank you in advance.

    Happy to report I haven’t seen any new issues like this anymore. Thanks for being proactive in getting this resolved internally.

    I would also like to like to bring up another extremely critical issue that I experience which stalls my accounts from being sold to customers. There are always orders which get stuck in Verifying Payment, which locks down my offer to orders stuck in limbo such as these. In the past I’ve had orders which were stuck for 19+ days, this means that I am unable to relist this offer to other potential buyers who can purchase this account swiftly with no payment issues. The only resolution for these stuck orders were for me to open a ticket on your support website, this is extremely frustrating to do, as it means I have to constantly search for orders which have status stuck as Verifying Payment, and then reach out to your support team to handle them. As per your support team you have a system already that deals with these types of orders, but it doesn’t appear to work for orders like these... as they only get cancelled when I bring them up in a ticket.

    Its gotten to the point that my customers have been constantly asking me to sell these accounts outside of your website (G2G, direct PayPal transaction, etc), if you do not believe me, you can scan through all of my on-site messages.

    Can I please get a resolution on this? I don’t want the “solution” to be the seller (myself) reaching out to your support team on an ad-Hoc basis to get these orders manually cancelled. I don’t cancel the orders myself, as you are well aware it impacts my credibility for my store as it drops the number of successful orders, despite the issue not being my fault.

    Hey Guys, So I have submitted my payment verification on order #7046987. I have sent in all the requested documentation. I have also uploaded it to customer service. I keep gettinf emails back stating "Good News there is a Change in your order." But there is not change.

    This is quite frustrating because I have followed the stops, and I see sellers upset that people arent' fulfilling the verification. MY money has been taken, but I have no product, and nobody to call to get thsi fixed.

    This policy needs to be revamped.

    Let me know what else I can do to get this solved asap. I need the order within the next hour or so.

    You're very welcome, thank you for the acknowledgment.

    I'm really sorry, I would be upfront with you if there is an existing fix or solution to the stalling caused by payment verification, but as it stands, you would need to indeed contact us to have the orders canceled. The reason we can't automate this is because the process is dependent on the buyer's decision to continue with this or not. The only countermeasure to this is that if they become unresponsive for a period of 72 hours, we can then cancel the order so the offer gets freed up and can be posted again.

    I can definitely help with this, just send me the list of order IDs and if they meet the 72 hour mark, I will definitely cancel them for you. I realize I am only repeating the scenario you're trying to avoid, but we have raised this matter several times and as of the moment there are no other methods although they have already considered this for future developments/improvements. My apologies on this, Zirak.

    The "good news, there is a change" notification is about the ticket, most likely, not the order. That said, your payment verification is happening on ticket 599628; please check that one, our team still needs the documents mentioned there. I'm truly sorry but this is a necessary process at PlayerAuctions.

    If it's not one thing it's ANOTHER. Seriously getting sick and tired of being a nuisance on this thread due to the people in charge of PA's website/coding are completely incapable of doing their job. Every week it's something new, if not sooner and today I can't even click messages or attempt to message back any of my customers, which in turn causes them to never EVER return for my services as they assume it has something to do with me. Chances are I'm going to have cancelled orders and tons of penalty fees which I'll try to dispute and lose, causing me to PAY YOU GUYS to fix your ****ing problem of a website, AGAIN! I've lost at least a thousand dollars because of errors on this website in the 2-3 years I've been active. When will this website finally give a **** about the people responsible for your getting paid? Gross.

    This website is EXTREMELY buggy so get used to it. They do everything they can to make the site appear appealing and flashy but it's NOT capable of performing even the simplest of tasks like being able to reach my messages instead of getting thrown into a landing page over and over.
