    I know. That is totally unacceptable. Should have let us know at least 1 month ahead about the Payoneer removal.

    Have you received your disbursement yet? Transferwise seems to be better than Payoneer as far as exchange rates and fees are concerned. However, there could be hidden fees. Like if you withdraw/send money from your Transferwise account to your local bank, are there any extra fees involved? Another thing: did you open a business account or a personal account to receive payment?

    What the actual fuck is this website,


    Sold a a maxed pure for $550 with inferno, after buyer confirmed delivery he disputed it for reasons that are impossible such as changing the login e-mail & e-mail linkin to different websites.

    I get a e-mail not even a website notification that I have to reply within 2 days, I reply to it + contact buyer (who never contacted me or replied back to me) with no response I send a e-mail myself and it just gets merged and gets no response for another 5 days just to get a e-mail back i'm $55 in debt and suspended for poor management

    Your order # 7143972 has been terminated due to negligence, poor quality of service, or substandard management resulting in a refund being sent to the buyer. Therefore, a charge will be issued in the amount of $55.00. As of now, your total balance is $55.00.

    No response from PA, no respons from buyer, account is ruined by buyer & recovery information was given.


    Absolutely ridiculous @PlayerAuctions never seen something so unprofessional and scummy

    there is definitly issues with ACH US account in payoneer if money comes from player auction in it.i will have to move to tranferwise too.

    Fake login yet the buyer confirmed delivery and is able to play on it Lmao? You also don't return the account + took the money and suspended without any information regarding this or even bothered to reply, also you did it after I sold my account instead of doing it during your verification process?

    "Undeniably you" biggest bullshit i've ever heard considering I was told about your website 2 months ago by a co-worker. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional responses i've ever seen, you didn't even bother to elaborate your accusations and took the money and account. Have atleast the decency to assist both parties.

    @PlayerAuctions, please ask the relevant team to consider more options for disbursement. None of the current ones are convenient. Skrill was once until they imposed the extra 2% charge.

    May I ask, what is up with these disbursement methods, Richard? None of them are worth using. Not even Payoneer was, it was simply the best poison of the bunch now not even that is there anymore, and without warning or explanation on why it's gone. PA already take a hefty cut from sales, now in order to be disbursed we have to pay more.

    Please either bring back Payoneer, or add a substitute that has a comparison to it. Skrill is not it either, 4% fee to disburse through them is insane when lopped on top of PA's fee as well. Not living in USA really diminishes the options too. Please look into this, PA is by far in it's worst iteration for disbursements since I came to it 10 years ago.

    I have only received two days worth (on Tuesday and yesterday) nothing today, it seems even though the withdrawal was triggered last week... the funds will not be sent anymore until the Chinese New Years ends, which doesn’t make sense since it should already be in the processing status with the funds being transmitted to Dwolla as of last week. This leads me to assume that PA is artificially holding onto the funds for 5-7 business days and then sends it over to Dwolla for processing...? That is unless Dwolla also celebrates Chinese New Years.

    I would have expected only new withdrawals triggered as of yesterday to be impacted with no disbursements being triggered, but this batch was triggered last week which I didn’t receive today..

    I believe this delay has to do with the sudden huge volume of disbursements they are having to send through Dwolla. I hope it will come back to normal in a few weeks. So, I presume you have received disbursements to your Transferwise account. How's their service been so far?

    It’s alright, the conversion rate is a lot better than Payoneer, and I use interac etransfer to transfer the funds within a few hours to my bank account once it’s reached my TransferWise account. It was about $2 for about $900 CAD for etransfer fee, and about another $2 USD for the actual conversion fee from USD To CAD. Overall I think it’s not bad. Though the time it takes for me to receive my disbursements is too long for my tastes. I’m waiting for all my queued disbursements to go through so I can switch to Skrill... I’ve already adjusted the prices of the accounts I sell by a 4% + 50c markup, which I expect will drive the overall sales volume down (which would also impacting how much PlayerAuctions would profit off of me).

    Though all of this is bringing me to a realization on how much of a control services like PlayerAuctions have in switching disbursement methods at any time, which can either be beneficial to us or royally screw us over (which has been happening a lot lately). I’ve also had a lot of customers ask me if I am selling on other platforms or directly... So I am seriously considering to switch platforms after being with PlayerAuctions for 3.5 years with over 15k successful orders with 99.4% positive feedback... 12% +$1 is an extremely high fee as it is... the amount of money I’ve lost in fees alone I probably could have hired a professional web designer to build me a professional site for the fraction of the cost... lol..

    I would think this would drive away potential sellers and buyers from the site over the long run.

    Hello guys, I won't be addressing a specific person since the topic is mutual so far. Rest assured that even with this style of reply, I am carefully reading all messages.

    Funds withdrawn before the CNY warning until February 17 are still being processed, albeit slow. Neopanama is right that the delays are due to the sudden and massive volume happening at PA right now. Our finance team is doing what they can and I'm hammering my reports and feedback so rest assured, they are completely aware of the difficulties with this new scheme. We have a skeletal force and rest assured, I will ask them to process any leftover disbursements from before the CNY notice was placed.

    As for other new disbursement options, please don't worry, this has been a CONSTANT report from me as I know this will mitigate the present concerns to a considerable extent. So far I have no updates on this, but I will continue to communicate this.

    Again, my sincerest apologies. Anything else I can take care outside of this, please let me know via PM. You know me guys, I will do what I can.

    HI PA,

    I have an open case on the PA support system but it has gone no where. Very disappointed, so bringing it here.

    Account was purchased 4 years ago so no insurance on it, however the fact you said you took action against the seller but he continues to sell despite not helping at all is a joke. The seller should be made responsible for this and refund me the current value of the account or get the account back for me/ build me an account.

    Amount scammed: An account
    Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: n/a
    Proof that it's their Discord: n/a
    Explanation of the trade:
    Purchased an account back in 2016 on PA from seller Kiefer2011. Account at the time was a low levelled account worth $23.

    I have since turned this account into a almost maxed zerker, playing it slowly.

    The account has recently been hijacked and the email changed from mine.



    How they scammed:
    I have sent multiple messages to Keifer over PA where they have refused to help me saying the OSRS division no longer exists and they can't do anything.

    I went to Player auctions support to ask (obviously any insurance is now void because of the time) the account is obviously worth a lot more than what I paid for it at the time, since its now a maxed zerker.

    PA have confirmed I am no longer the owner after submitting evidence that the appeals I have submitted have been denied.

    Today, I woke up to a response from @PlayerAuctions about the situation:

    They confirmed that action has been taken on the seller despite him still trading, and that I should use a more trusted seller, Keifer has 29000+ orders on PA and is one of there biggest chinese sellers.

    It is so annoying that because they are a 'big' seller they can get away with things like this. The account if I tried to purchase would be in the region of $400-500. So very frustrating that I have lost my account.

    I have attached photos of the account below as I had screenshot stats beforehand.

    I have also shown chat logs from PA website confirming Keifer will not help.

    Hi again, Obby. I would normally ask for the order ID since I didn't see any in your post, but reading this, I can confirm with you that unfortunately I cannot be of help with what happened. We provide assistance in deliberating cases and communicating with your seller but we cannot impose bans or any force the seller to provide refunds or replacements mainly because the order does not have insurance. Sellers can only be sanction if there is insurance and moreover, this case has lapsed for more than a year. I'm afraid this is what our team will also tell me and I'm only going to repeat their message here.

    If you decide to purchase again, always ask for the recovery details signifying that the seller was the first owner and that you can cancel the order or dispute it during the 72-hour inspection period if the recovery information isn't enough. There are also RS account offers that do not have emails attached to them, greatly decreasing the risk of being recovered.

    I'm sorry again, I empathize with you but my role with this is limited since it's already closed, and the support team exclusively creates these decisions.
