    Hello Crazy, I'm sorry for the late reply. I have now notified a senior agent from the support team so they can have a look again at the dispute. I relayed your feedback about the buyer already receiving the recovery info several times; as per checking, he claims he was never given any of that and it's possible the claim was false. Please allow the team some time to sort this out; I've already asked them to check thoroughly and make a decision on it ASAP.

    their response was: after 24 days of you sending us the evidence we will send it to the buyer and ask him - they will ask the buyer who is ignoring me after i sent all the info, imagine how long it will take for it to be resolved

    I tried to widrawhing my money for 3 times now, and all i get is money coming back to my balance.

    Is there any way to move money from playerauctions, to my choosen payment method ?

    I asked about it and the reason was in the dispute/email thread, your provision of the recovery info to the buyer wasn't shown before, so due to policy reasons, we still have to show him.

    Hey there, it seems this is happening because your Moneybookers account has become non-verified. Please contact Skrill and try to find out what went wrong, you may need to re-verify your account. The disbursement release should be automatic on the next day once you get the account verified again.

    Hi! He just refund me the amount of penalty that was wronged charged, but now i have 11$ in penalties and don't know how to withdraw it or send it to balance, i reply him in the ticket but i believe you can help me too!

    Hello again. The $11 balance is different from your disbursement and unfortunately you cannot withdraw this. That balance is for settling dispute fees or late deliveries. It's normally set at 0 and when you get penalized for late deliveries or for having order disputes, the site charges you a fee that you should pay so your offers can be shown again (they get hidden when a dispute arises). Since you have $11 there, it will act as a backup and any fees you incur in the future will be deducted from there. This was the explanation our agent Zack told you in ticket 465398.

    Hi there! This is a card veto process for us to verify that you are able to be charged by our site. We have charged your credit card a small amount, usually from $1 to $3 but there can be some cents as well. You need to input the exact amount that was charged to you to be able to verify that and it needs to be in USD currency. If you're using a different currency like pound, AUD, etc. kindly refer to your bank's page for the USD conversion.

    In case you decide to abandon this or cancel, the small charge will of course be refunded back to you in full. This only happens once for direct credit card payments. Send me a PM if you have other questions.

    I have screenshots of everything from order id saying that you guys have the money via email([email protected]), where I was confident enough to go through with it as you said you have it money with playerGuardian. He went on to my account took everything and here I am with nothing to show for it.

    Hi there, Cameron. I received your complaint about this some time ago from a different site. I wrote to you that unfortunately, this is not an official PlayerAuctions order. A random user scammed you by asking you to send the details to him directly, he pretended to be a system message informing you that the order was placed.

    The number you provided: 151163309, is a 9-digit offer ID. When an officially placed order is launched, a 7-digit order ID is created and posted in the "Orders" section of your Dashboard while logged in at PlayerAuctions. A corresponding email is then sent to you on your registered PlayerAuctions email address. The email contains the order ID and the status of your buyer's payment.

    I'm sorry but we cannot help you with this since the intended process for transactions on the site was not followed. Kindly recover the game account now using your recovery information for it.

    I saw an account that I would like to have purchased. I took some time because it was too good to believe and eventually I decided to purchase. After the long process of verifying ID with sending screenshots (which I didn't mind, but there was no up front information about this) back and forth it took over an hour for the purchasing process, but what have you. Everything is confirmed in the event log this was done.

    Then I was guaranteed the 20min delivery. this of course was not met and now I was starting to get worried. I had checked my bank account and the money was already debited from the account, so I was already in too far. After the 20min was over the website then gave me a flag saying that the transaction was cancelled due to security reasons related to the seller. Now I'm really starting to panic. I saw there is a dispute open, so I followed the information there, but I have yet to hear back and it's been over 24 hours. No information has been changed or updated. I'm really worried I've gotten scammed from.

    The worst part is, this person is selling the same exact account again, right now on playerauctions.com for with the same exact post with a different account username. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, but now I'm out a decent amount of money with no acknowledgment from any customer service, zenhelpdesk, email@noreply.

    Hello Cristian, I am already in touch with you about this and I'm already keeping tabs on the matter.

    Rest assured that the verification documents you sent are treated confidentially and is never shared outside of PA. I am also sorry that the 20-minute delivery lapsed, this was in part due to the verification process and also with your seller whose delivery guarantee has already expired, hence why the whole order is now in a dispute process. This aims to protect your money since we need to verify from the seller if he was able to deliver. If he's unable to do this, you will of course get a full refund.

    Kindly continue communicating on the dispute thread, and if it lapses for some time and there is no response from the seller, an "escalate" button will appear which you may click to let our staff decide on the outcome.

    Thank you for taking the time to reply to me. It's really unfortunate to have to wait this long and be out money, but I should let the process work itself out. I'm glad that all of these checks are in place to ensure everything is "working as intended" :)

    i need your urgent help.My seller ID is R9290 and my
    account was suspended today and i was fined $150 for doing offsite
    trading.I want to tell you that for some days many byuers were
    conatcting me on player auction that they pay in player auction but
    payment is stucked in verification for many many days so from one
    buyer i asked mail so i can foward it to player auction to see where
    is the problem but before i could contact player auction today my
    account got suspended.I can asure you i never did any off site
    trading.Please help me and unban my account.I asure you i will not
    break the rules again but also fix your payment system because buyers
    are stucked at payment verification.
