    @PlayerAuctions Close the order, keeps hanging on "pending payment" - 6066436

    These stuck orders where they keep hanging on "Verifying payment" and "Pending Payment" starts become annoying.

    Last 3 months or so i have to deal with these stucks every single time i upload something to sell . literally 1 out of 5 acc's i sell will ALWAYS fuck up and will get stuck at some point.

    This website is so broken..i can't understand how can the company rake such a high taxes BUT have no real support people that actually takes care of things.

    Some guy claims i provided fake info and disputes me:

    Me = 3+ years on PA with 300+ 100% positive feedback selling NON stop and paying 100$-250$ in TAX every month.
    Scammer - registered on a PA 1 month ago with no sales or orders done.
    Guess who wins the claim without actually proving anything but saying "i got bad info, i want money back"..of course the guy with no reputation looking sketchy as fuck... and PA tells me "there is no evidence that you DID NOT do that" LOL
    When i ask "Did HE HAD ANY EVIDENCE?" - they start to bend conversation back to "you got no evidence" : D pathetic.

    PA is broken and it's really...is only good for filling the empty space while you planing of making your own shop.

    I would say all the sellers should boycott the fuck out of this website for being such bad at dealing with problems while charging so much tax.

    Having an issue with payments failing.

    I have contacted my bank, there are no blocks on my credit card and there is plenty of available balance.

    Order: 6072808

    I have tried with different cards and different sellers. Same issue. Yet a week ago, everything was working fine.

    This means the account was already sold on PA and may not be sold again. Kindy find another account to sell since the site can no longer accept that. Rest assured though, this won't impact your stature at PA. Just please don't try to force sell that on the site, and you may no longer provide it as an account replacement for other orders too.

    Thanks for explaining the issue in great detail. The email you used was connected to a different account. I have now raised this to the supervisor of the team in charge of this process, and they will be sending you a reply to your ticket (431420). Sorry for the confusion this has caused.

    I sent a reply on ticket 437051 about this, order 6045206 was the one where Skrill was used as payment. I'm sorry you had to eventually cancel this. I will be sending a reply on the ticket once our finance team is able to check the refund process.

    On order 6066436, your buyer hasn't started the payment process yet. This is not the usual payment failed process that happens on declined payments/orders. He needs to setup the payment account on the order and go through with it.

    Your post is more of you sharing your experience so I won't be trying to contradict it. Let me know if you need anything else.

    Hi there. Were you able to check if the name on your payment account and PlayerAuctions account matches? Just wanted to make sure, although I'm positive that this already matches. I'm sorry but I will be told the same, that the payments are being denied due to security reasons and if it really continues, my only suggestion is to use cryptocurrency. It's readily allowed by our system since that no longer requires verification. And you may continue buying from @Wizard Shop once you set up a cryptocurrency account, he takes great care of his buyers.

    Why? Buyer returned this account (for no reason). The dispute is closed and there are no problems.

    I'm really sorry, I know you may have good intentions, but as a way to safeguard offers and for quality assurance efforts for users, we no longer allow returned accounts. Regardless of the dispute outcome, as long as it was once sold, it's no longer allowed on the site. You may try directly selling it to somebody outside of PlayerAuctions, but it can no longer be resold on the site.

    Thanks for reporting this, Makongas13. I briefly checked and I did indeed see the buyer kept on asking for Discord deals. I'm positive he will be banned, I'll bring it up to our team now.

    Can you tell me what the order ID is where you friend had an order with him? I may not be able to do anything but at least I can keep tabs on it.

    I have been having nothing but problems with Playerauctions for the last at least year and it's getting INCREDIBLY WORSE as the days go by! I'm NOT getting notifications, which results in orders getting cancelled, which costs me money, WHICH I END UP PAYING and they continue to HIDE MY OFFERS for a WEEK now because of their own gross negligence!

    I WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM PLAYERAUCTIONS AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU HAVE NOT USED THEIR WEBSITE BEFORE, REFRAIN FROM DOING SO AS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR BUYERS AT ALL, AND THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR FAITHFUL SELLERS EVEN LESS! BE WARNED. PLAYERAUCTIONS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID!

    This was the last straw!

    Good luck getting them to do anything for you. I have submitted multiple tickets in the last 2 weeks to get them to help me out, and about a week since I gave them money to help me out with the problem and since then have just left my ticket open and have been ignoring any message past that. Seriously do your best and get OFF THAT SITE ASAP! They will continue to cost you money and they will ghost you without a single message to explain why. I've been selling with them for over 2 years and it's been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS since day 1 and it's gotten PROGRESSIVELY WORSE in that time. Won't be long before someone sues them and nukes that website or it just shut's down period. Try ANY other sales website first, take my advice or lose money!

    Please login to PlayerAuctions and go to your Dashboard. Under Offers, click on Active Offers. In that page, there is a drop down box to the upper right labeled "Listing Status". You can check all offers you have there and you can view all details. You may even restore to Active status some of the offers if they're not expired yet. If this doesn't address the issue, kindly write me your PA username so I can check. For now, kindly check the steps above as that may have answers to your current issue.

    Hi there PA Guru, I was hoping you would provide me with more assistance? After you intervened last time, someone finally responded in the support thread #431420 the same day.

    They asked for photos of my Drivers' License, and then they asked for a PDF copy of a recent utility bill. Each time they requested documents, I responded within two HOURS. It has now been over 5 days since they've responded, and they're refusing to provide any updates again.

    They literally requested enough information from me in order to steal my identity, and then they disappeared. I'm sure it's a coincidence, but it doesn't fill me with confidence that I gave them everything they wanted within two hours of them asking for it, and now it's been five days with ZERO UPDATE. They literally only had to open a PDF, look at the name and address for confirmation of my account, and then close the PDF to unsuspend the account. That does NOT take 5 days to complete. They're delaying for some other reason, and it's causing hardship here.

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can you help me to make them show some empathy here? They're literally causing hardship in my family. A bunch of us are unemployed due to the pandemic... and we're scrounging as many dollars as we have access to without going to social assistance. I know that's not their responsibility (it is mine for sure), but the fact that they're willingly squatting on my dollars is their responsibility, and they should fix it.

    I believe PlayerAuctions is facing a site-wide issue with their email service. None of my buyers seem to be receiving any email notification from PlayerAuctions. Nor am I.

    I just received a dispute from a buyer of an offer that was supposed to be instantly delivered by PlayerAuctions. The reason he picked in the dispute is "Seller did not deliver/Seller delivered late" even though the delivery was set to "Instant". Moreover, he is accusing me of being a scammer. I'm trying to resolve the issue with him. I'm afraid he might leave a negative feedback when it is all settled which is a bigger worry to me than the money I might lose from it.

    Dispute ID is 6147967. Hopefully, you will be able to do something about it. Thank you.
