PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

6436474 order got terminated, and I did not receive any notification about it even though they said that an email has been sent to my inbox. Also, the buyer has changed all the account details. Since it was set to "Instant Delivery", I do not have any evidence except to show that the account details no longer work.

 

Also, I think PlayerAuctions has to strengthen their customer support A LOT. Except for contacting you, there are literally no ways for me to get faster customer support. Furthermore, I have noticed that messages sent by buyers/sellers on PlayerAuctions are no longer shown in email inbox. It just shows a notification that I have received a message, but it no longer shows what message I have received.

 

Hi @Neopanama. Order 6436474 was terminated because your buyer was suspended; this usually puts PA in a blind spot to find out if the order was delivered or not because they user would be unable to confirm his end due to the account being locked. Since this is via automatic delivery, you can simply state what you posted here in the form at PA for verifying your end.

As for messages on the site, before writing the reply I checked with our web team and they informed me the messages are working fine. This is going to sound silly and you may have most likely tried it already, but have you refreshed the page already? Or if possible, try accessing it from a different browser? If it keeps up, please take a screenshot of the notification and the inbox state and send it to me via PM. I'll report it to our team.

Yes, there is nothing still. Also, I have more orders stuck at verification. This is extremely frustrating. Please check my profile and cancel them. I believe buyers are not properly receiving any emails from PlayerAuctions. I have to say it: the IT team has to be changed.

 

I'm sorry for the frustration with this. I'll bring it up with the web team now and find out what's causing it if they can inform me ASAP about this.

 

Could you please let me know when dispute 104869 will close? It says it will be closed automatically within 72 hours, and it has been almost 96 hours.

I have had 500 taken off my card and my bank has blocked all transactions with this website. I understand this will be refunded but I will not be able to make anymore purchases through that.

I'm afraid PayPal is no longer offered at PlayerAuctions since August 2019. Other payment means you may use are Skrill, Payoneer, Dwolla (if you're from the US), cryptocurrency, debit cards, or other credit cards you may have. Please note that the payment account should have the same name as your PlayerAuctions real name info.

Hello Michael. I checked on the username you provided and you have 3 pending disbursements from us. The disbursements are scheduled for an August 8 release. However, we do not release disbursements during weekends, so usually, any disbursements that are scheduled during Friday to Sunday are released the following week, from Monday to Wednesday. I don't see any disputes on these orders so you should be good to go this week.

Hi Michael. To clarify, PlayerAuctions does not process payments/disbrusements during weekends, so your disbursements can only be transferred from Monday to Wednesday this coming week.

The reason for this is because banking has a concept of "business day" processing: funds can only be processed during Mondays to Fridays and this is to coincide with how most banking institutions are only open during Mondays to Fridays.

It can be anytime from Monday to Wednesday, since "business days" only count Mondays to Fridays. Since the processing time is 1-3 days, and your disbursements were scheduled August 8, then it means August 10/Monday is just 1 day, so the processing time range is until Wednesday.

To put it simply, your 3 disbursements for the 3 orders can be processed on either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and no definite date can be given as of now. Sorry for the confusion again and I hope this explains it, Michael.

Hi again, @MichaelBis. The reason I mention 1-3 business days is to set expectations. I cannot promise these payments as being completed in just a single day, so I inform customers as much as possible to expect payments in 3 days time, because even if it's written "Immediately" in there, technically there is no date range commitment, and the "Immediately" there means "as soon as possible". It never meant to say "1 day" in there. I hope this explains it.

 

PlayerAuctions seems to be having issues with Skrill this week. Could you let us know when it will be fixed?
