    Really sorry about that. We did indeed receive reports, it seems the site was unable to hold the load and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience that followed.     I was going through some previous orders and realized that the power leveling orders from last month that Were being done during the "period of confusion" lol, are completed however the payments are on hold and have been on hold for a month or so. Ill put the order numbers below.

    Hello again, @RuneMetrix. :)

    I checked on all 3 orders: 5993490, 5992287, 5987625 — I'm sorry but it looks like the buyers for all 3 orders issued a dispute during the period. The orders were put on hold around April 20, then around April 23 they all issued disputes and were able to ask for a refund. :( Was your staff able to take care of those disputes during that time? The period does not have anything to do with dispute decisions (they will not be closed automatically because of "that") so it's most likely that our system was unable to receive replies from you or your staff. I will check again with our team about this.

    As for order 5999851, this will still go. I'm now asking our staff what the hold up is for this.

    Yep, so those first three power leveling orders you mentioned in regards to disputes, those were active at the time of the suspension and the system automatically opened disputes on them due to the suspension.

    In each dispute I refunded the amount of the order not completed, and the customers on all 3 agreed so about half of the original payments are to be paid out, however got put on hold throughout that process.

    Ahh thanks for mentioning that, my bad. I was looking at the orders from a bird's eye view and upon closer inspection, they are indeed partially refunded and you will still get an amount for each. Those are intact, I can confirm now. The funds were put on hold due to the recent mishap and I'm now asking an agent to look into it.

    Hello! I can not create a Powerleveling offer. I get the message "Power leveler offer quota check failure."
    I completed 1 order but the buyer forgot to confirm the order and now I need to wait 3 days to create an offer again...
    How can I increase this quota?

    Sorry, that orderID is still pending. I've tried several times to buy an account, but I keep getting payment failed despite my card details matching my account details. OrderID 6170238 is an example of one of the orders that failed.

    Hi again. You need your currently used slot to be freed up; Unfortunately, if your buyer's 72 hour grace period is still on-going, then the slot is still taken with this. You may freely ask him by using the site's messenger to confirm the order, there are no restrictions on doing that as long as you already completed the service.

    In case you want to extend the power leveling slot, you may choose to buy another depending on the game section's availability. You can contact [email protected] about this. However, please note they can only reply from Mondays to Fridays.

    I'm really sorry but I can't divulge any info; currently, GPay is restricted on your account. Please try Skrill or debit/credit cards for now, or maybe crypto so you can skip the verification process. The order will be refunded once it gets canceled, rest assured.

    im not being paid for an order that got a dispute and it was closed and no response from support for nearly 5 days, payment is delayed for over 11 days now order is 6189991

    Hello Crazy, it's been so long.

    I checked on the order and the buyer raised complaints about the account not having recovery information on it. He's having concerns that it might be recovered later. Knowing you, I'm positive that's not your intention but the case is still being deliberated even after the dispute has ended because buyers are afforded to be able to dispute it again since he paid insurance for this. Is there any chance you could give him the recover info for this? If not, kindly write back to the arbitration emails sent to you by our staff and explain your assurances and security for the account.

    not only did we send the recovery info 5 times to the buyer but he also agreed and i told arbitration - they are not responding, he stopped responding after confirming he got the information and he was happy as well. 12 days so far

    13 days no reply, support via email isnt replying

    i know that on monday ill get a reply saying sorry and that they were busy and it was the weekend, and it will be 16days of being busy checking on 2 emails
