CDT, TC, PR with horror maze

You guys really should keep your arguments and dissatisfactions with each other in your respective lounges or discord chats. Seeing staff publicly angry/disagreeing with staff decisions, as well as CDT/PR/TC members publicly angry/disagreeing makes it look like it's a fucking clown fiesta behind the scenes.

It's really hard to have faith in you guys when it looks like you guy's don't have any faith in eachother.

 

It is a clown fest and we don't have faith in each other.

 

It's embarrassing that the "separate" teams are suppose to be presenting themselves in a manner that they want members to sign up and stay to participate, but instead they bicker and get defensive over everything. I applied to be apart of PR because I know I could hopefully become a change with my experience, but I was denied and really, I don't see any progress on anything, except bitching.

 

@SuF even said himself that the teams were going to be close together. I don't know why the gap is so far apart from all these teams, but thats something they're going to have to fix (which coming from my perspective, is never coming from what i've seen so far)

 

The main reason (and nobody wants to admit it) that they have separate groups (except the technical aspect, that could be separate if it wanted to) is because they want different ranks and to feel special lol

 

It's been a lot worse than I thought.

 

I love my miniranks, but why would I join it just for 1 minirank? The work involved (albeit i dont know what they do at all) looks like too much, not worth the effort.

 

I'd honestly like the event to continue but then the entire event would have to be rescheduled and that'd be a big pain.

 

Totally understand that you feel the teams should keep their arguments within the discord or other. Although trying to showcase transparency and leaning onto a posting dissatisfaction of other team members unfortunately for some individuals steps over the line. It has been unfortunate this event and attempts at collaborating have not resulted in a healthy relationship between the teams. Although the event is closed and hopefully all teams can move on from the cause of it. Hopefully we will attempt to try and build relations whether it be in forms of collaborations for other events that may have more interest for the community to participate in or general working on our issues with each other.

Hopefully this will be a working progress for each teams.

Within the current situation there was some issues, but I believe there is still progress being made by CDT on all other Halloween events, and jobs around the site. Also individuals don't just sign up for a funrank or minirank, there is a lot of work that goes into everything that wouldn't even be remotely accurate enough to represent having a rank as result of being in the teams.

I'm hoping this has only been a small bump in the road towards working and developing as teams should. A few issues with this specific event was the timezone difference and roles of developers. It is a big difference for CDT to participate with TC related gaming servers, or having PR involved directly with an event like this as well. The individual disagreements of how others work within the teams collab event is probably the reason for the gap but hopefully all three teams can learn from the mistakes that have been made in this event, whether it be from a technical side, or development side of the event to try and bring out something better for the community next time.

I'm not sure what you mean; the CDT doesn't have any say in what really happens in MineCraft in general. And I meant if the development teams collaborate an event in future that is not MineCraft related.

 

You totally just need to say something and we'll likely do whatever you want, like for the Halloween maze.

 

Yeah, I applied for CDT thinking I could contribute some unique ideas for holiday events because members have complained about doing the same types of events over and over. Never heard anything back, I suppose that's a deny.

 

It would be difficult to host one if you fail to show up to open it.
Otherwise what is the TC working on currently that could possibly have an event based around it?

 

These groups are just like high school. They bitch about each other. They're their own "cliques" and they don't accept members unless they like you or think you're a cock sucker. I can guarantee I can do a better job than half the dipshits in these groups but hey that's just my opinion.

 

You're making yourself look like a fool exposing another one of your members like that. It's really embarrassing to see people who are suppose to help lead this site in the right direction bitching and calling other members (who serve the same purpose) out. Do it in your private forums or in the spam forum. I'm sick of seeing all you guys fight about stupid shit.

 

And that's the problem with the staff team in a whole. (Not saying every member is bad) They have no desire to give the average person a chance. It seems like it always has to be someone who already has some sort of "e power", gold seller, etc to join. Which results in heads swelling bigger and bigger. The whole sites in it's worst state that I can personally remember it being. What do we do? Poll up ways to "fix" it which results in everybody telling everybody else how stupid they are. Give up the damn join date bs already. Who gives a damn if member A has been here 3 weeks and member B has been here 8 years. Pull your heads out of your asses and unplug your ears. Step down off of your high horses if you give 2 shits about this site.
