What's the worst crime?

Child Molestration, it is inhumane, and the molester is stealing the innocence of a child who could have kept his views of the world...

 

Probably the one that kills the most peaceful civilians, so some type of nuclear terrorism.
I would also say any type of torture/rape/murder of a family member, especially a child, is especially heinous.

 

I guess I could also think that some of these murders where they cut people up is pretty crazy

The "badness" of a crime is determined by the outcome or effects that it has on the world.

Genocide and mass executions are the worst crimes humanity has committed (so far).

I would like to change my answer to terrorism, with America/Israel in mind.

wait ive never heard of a man being raped? I don't think a female is gonna pull you over in a dark alley and strip you naked .... But on a nother topic murder is the worst rape you can live a life you may have bad past sthings happend to you but atleast you get to enjoy life with murder your gone... never coming back

Murder, rape are both the two worst crimes.

 

Rape is the worst, just because the memory will be with you forever, but then again - most crimes are that way, are they not? It's just the physical scars that rape can leave, along with the horrible pain of being forced into something you never wanted to happen...definitely horrible. Murder is over quickly, and I consider human life unimportant, anyway, in the big picture.

I believe that the worst crime is stealing. Nearly all major crimes steal, and infringe on the rights of another.

Child rape is the WORST crime in my eyes. If you go into prison and you've been convicted for rape against minors/kidnapping or anything like that you're going to have a bad time, purely because they are usually defenceless and not deserving. Theoretically, I don't think there is a worst crime among the large ones, as they are all bad in their own ways, some take, some break and some even make lives. If I had the choice, I'd rather be murdered with a blunt object than raped and left damaged for the best of my life, even if it was only mentally.
