    Thank you finally giving me a ban reason.

    So ive been on this platform for 4 years and have over 300 feedback, and just 3 days ago I finally started selling again. Its been only 3 days. Ive gotten no warnings that you guys had this assumption, and a permanent suspension with no explanation, no appeal, and holding all my money (because i know for a fact you guys arent going to be refunding the orders) I think is quite harsh. If I would have gotten a warning that you believe that a certain product I am selling is stolen, I would have stopped selling that product. All of my accounts were purchased off multiple reputable suppliers (which I can provide photos if needed of every single order being fulfilled by one of my suppliers accounts). I would have simply just stopped.

    There is seriously no way that I can appeal this? Atleast pay me out my money. Ive sold accounts in all different type of game departments unless you think every single one was stolen.

    I have copied a message that I sent to the support team:

    So I was informed that my account was permanently suspended with no warnings due to selling stolen accounts.

    First of all I would like to say that I've only been back and selling on this platform for 3 days. 3 days only, I've been on this site for 4 years.

    All of my accounts were purchased off reputable suppliers. These were not at all stolen. I can provide proof of me purchasing these accounts.

    Why was no warning issued if there was an assumption that I was not properly following the rules? Giving a permanent suspension with no appeal and no explanation is quite a hard punishment.

    Why was no explanation given when my account was suspended? How can I defend myself if you guys aren't even going to tell me what's going on.

    Why is all my money being held? Those accounts costed me a lot to purchase and were delivered properly to the buyers.

    Its been 3 days since I've been selling. You guys could have just told me not to sell a specific account and I would have stopped. You permanently suspended my account off an assumption. I've been on this site for over 4 years.

    Theres seriously no appeal available? I believe my defense is quite reasonable. A simple warning would have made me stop selling a specific game if you think the accounts were stolen. "

    Hello PlayerAuctions,

    My account was suspended yesterday without reason and I have tried to contact support, but I am only receiving automated responses which is pretty ridiculous.

    Your account was suspended due to our risk management policies and industry compliance. For security reasons, we will not be reinstating your account. This decision is final and binding.

    Moreover, as stated in our User Agreement, PlayerAuctions may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account at any time if:

    a. In PlayerAuctions' sole and absolute determination, there is any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the Registered User; or
    b. PlayerAuctions has reasonable grounds to suspect that information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete; or
    c. PlayerAuctions believes that User conduct is harmful to the interests of PlayerAuctions, its employees, directors, affiliates, or other Users; or
    d. For any other reason in PlayerAuctions’ sole and absolute discretion.

    I asked for clarification to why my account was suspended, but I only received this response.

    Can you please let me know the reason to why my account was suspended?. I also had several disbursements that were pending from completed orders.

    I have had over 20+ successful orders in the past month and have had mostly positive feedback. I don't really see the reason for this permanent suspension, the support team has been unhelpful with this issue and I would really appreciate it if you help me with this matter as you have with the other poster above me.

    Same situation as me man, they stole hundreds of dollars from me then just give automated responses. I think if they dont see any long term value in you, they just scam your money and cut you off.

    Hello again. I can see your point in this post - but please note that I do not represent PlayerAuctions in resolving this matter. I've talked to sellers in the past who had cases like these but they were able to resolve the situation quickly while an order was active and was even able to replace the game account provided to the buyer. This is, however, the only leeway for situations like these and suspensions for stolen accounts or reclaimed accounts, once found, are always instant --- the reason being, our security team does not give obnoxious sellers any other warning or leeway as they consider stolen or reclaimed accounts the worst when it comes to game account transactions. This means that the offense is already considered grave enough even on the first act, and that for the team, it does not warrant any warning. We really take this seriously, since orders can go up to thousands in value --- some accounts can be sold for $1,500+, and if we warn users on the first offense, people can get away with orders as expensive as that. And so to keep this final and decisive, regardless of the value or any other considerations, first offenses won't have warnings and will be up for suspension. I sincerely hope you can understand our place in this.

    I can't guarantee anything but let me try talking to the upper management and respective departments to see if anything can be done. If we can chase the buyer that was affected with this order (or buyers, if there were more than one), we will most likely raise it to you to ask for a resolution/replacement so the case can be evened out.

    But please set your expectations, League --- I'm doing this on the merit that I've known you and have worked on your issues in the past, but there will be limits to what I can do and in the event that I can't do anything for this, then I would have to apologize. But for now, please give me some time as we work in different time zones and I will have to get everyone involved in the same page. For now, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.

    Wait... So a disputed order triggered this?? I am just beyond confused right now. What disputed order could have done this? Every single disputed order was due to the buyer making a mistake, deciding they didnt want the account anymore, or not knowing how to properly migrate a minecraft account.

    Funny thing is, some of my suppliers are from 5000+ feedback members on playerauctions including the accounts below.

    There are tons of members selling literally the exact same accounts that I am.

    These are premium accounts with emails.

    Im gonna post every single disputed order here and let me know how that could be:

    Dispute: 49726
    Description: Buyer didn't migrate his minecraft account (a lot of buyers dont know how to do this). I taught him how to migrate, no response in 3 days after that. I believe he solved his issue.
    Result: Waiting for other party to respond.

    Result: Smooth transaction, simple buyer mistake :)

    Description: Buyer originally opens a weird claiming saying a link doesnt work. I didnt understand since there was no link even provided. I later found it was just a mom trying to get a gift for her son. I issued a replacement after I knew this information.
    Result: I lose the case, buyer refunded, I lose 2 accounts.

    49224
    Description: Simply changed his mind. Buyer receives account with no issues at all. He changes all details, plays on the account. Later decides he doesnt want it because he thought it was "guaranteed OG fortnite skins". In the listing I guarantee 25+ skins and high changes of OG + Rare skins. The buyer made an error and openly admitted it. Issue was he used the account already and changed the details.
    Result: Buyer gets fully refunded, I lose the account (hes actively playing on it right now).

    I won't sell specific accounts anymore if they dont want me to. I just thought it was allowed since so many other sellers were doing the exact same thing and I was also being supplied by 2 of your top rated sellers which sells the exact same things but at higher prices. Im also disappointed that all my money was taken from me. Please shed some light on upper management. My profit margins are so slim on these accounts, I lost so much money because I had to purchase every single one of these accounts.

    Hi again. I'm really sorry I won't beat around the bush and get straight to it: I'm afraid the team can no longer reinstate your account. The reason for the suspension is not due to one specific dispute, but rather considerations on many cases and yes, disputes but not just one. While selling second hand accounts is fine as long as the seller is able to guarantee its longevity and validity, the moment it gets stolen back (or anything close to it) is the moment the seller becomes 100% responsible. I really appealed for this but unfortunately, this is as far as I can take it. Again, sorry League but there's nothing else I can do for it.

    Hello there. To confirm, your buyer was indeed talking to JagexChow, but Chow was able to contact the Jagex team and give confirmation about his claim.     I like how you just ramble about random garbage and then once clear evidence is shown you give these half answers about something else but cant state clearly what it is.

    I've lost over $1000 on this site over this year and $300 USD from this case alone. I suggest everyone saves there money and stay away from this site.

    Do you know by experience that they can do this though?
    As per the article, I have read and you linked me.
    "they can not remove offences, review or edit account settings or bypass regular security."

    Seems odd they would be given this information, especially how hard it can be getting such a direct response from offical Jagex employees

    Hello guys, I will be opening a new service soon which will help recover losses from purchases at Playerauctions. This applies to only buyers but hopefully in the future we can find methods for sellers. Don't think Playerauctions can get away with your money, our service will be up and running in a couple of days. We need to put an end to this madness.

    I've been trying to buy stuff with PayPal. For some suspicious reason, they are declining all my payments. Maybe, PayPal hates them now. I'm glad they do. Why is this stupid idiot still allowed to operate on Sythe? Please ban these idiots. Should also be banned from Steam. Retarded company.

    Yes, we still receive screenshots of the evidence type we talked about and we do still process refunds based on these. It's still an on-going process for us.

    What is the most efficient way to make refunds to users? Am I able to send payments to the playerauctions Paypal with the orders to refund or I must make a ticket? It's just you take so long to make a response it is insane, customers are waiting for their refund.

    @Online:
    Hello again. To make refunds (and thank you for the courtesy), you can ask the buyer to make a dispute and from there, agree on the dispute of the buyer and ask him to input the amount he wants to refund --- it can be partial or full. Or you can email [email protected] and tell it straight to our team what amount of refund you are willing to concede, then include your order ID and username.

    As for order 4329702, I was able to check on it and none of you are suspended (if one user is suspended, the messaging gets locked out), and you should be able to send a message just fine. Please try again, you might have just missed anything or it's perhaps a temporary error on the site, in which case I apologize.

    I recently got a 450$ playerauctions fine for giving my discord to a customer, and paid it right away to get reinstated.

    Refer to this thread for a larger seller on the platform going a bit further and actually taking payments/doing deals offsite when the seller is fully aware of the rules (i wasn’t at the time).

    Mhmm yes, thank you for caring about the community @nicholas desantis , I respect that greatly. Keeping everyone safe is my No. 1 priority.

    @PlayerAuctions , this occurred before a warning for off-site trading/contact was given by Playerauctions and has not occurred since. Rest assured this case will end well.
