    Honestly this is bullshit.
    Steam is confirming the account was recovered by the original mail used.Even if it was not the Seller, then he was lying to you about the ownership of the account ,which is honestly not my problem.
    I have fullfilled anything i need, and even had 1 year warrenty.Steam is confirming the Original owner of the account is in charge of it currently.And calling it insufficient, makes you the scammer at this point.Because this is not my problem at all, i have to deal with you, not with the seller, thats your job.
    Like how do you not consider STEAM saying the account got claimed by original owner, as valid proof?Very fishy.
    Anyway, this site is a scam, and i would like to get a staff member of this site to have a statement about it.Since this is obviously a scam.
    I am demanding my refund from around 500$, or getting this scrub banned from here

    Hello, in August I bought an osrs account from seller: 'denisjchavez' and on Sept 18 the account was recovered. I tried to open a dispute but it was very quickly closed in favor of the seller due to insufficient evidence. I have tried contacting runescape support multiple times asking if the original owner is in posession of the account but I got no reply. I have no way of contacting the seller since he seems to have either been banned from PA or he deleted his account. Also there were a couple posts on playerauctions warning people that he's a scammer, and not to buy from him but I didn't see these until after the account got recovered..

    I just want to know what steps I need to take in order to get my money back. Thanks for your time

    Hello. I bought an account from PA and i still have the account but if I try to recover it, its getting denied telling me that all infos such.as creation date/isp/password etc was given me wrong. The seller doesnt reply.to this, i asked.him.if he is sure that the infos are right.

    What to do? If he one day decided to recover the acc then I will not be able to recover it back

Kindly login at PlayerAuctions and go to My Account >> Orders >> select/find order 4058258, and on the actual order page there should be a Dispute button. If you're having trouble doing this, you may also send an email to [email protected], and please include your username and order ID. You may simply copy the explanation you gave here to the email you're sending. Please note that our team will require evidence in the form of a statement made by the game publisher telling you the game account was reclaimed by the original owner; It looks something like this: https://i.imgur.com/0YZRhOv.png so you may want to secure that first before filing the dispute. Do send me a PM if you have more questions.

    Hello FISO. Kindly email [email protected] and express your issue there, and state the order ID. If the order isn't paid to your seller yet, our team can put a hold on the payment so you have leverage over your seller in asking him for the correct recovery information. I suggest doing this now/ASAP before your seller even attempts to recover it.

Please do so if you haven't; an error 404 on the account means your seller was either suspended due to this case or he personally requested to have his account closed. Either way, you can still file for a dispute on this. If you have any follow up requests, just send an email back to the email you first sent.

    First of all i would like to say i will never use the site playerauctions again. What a scamming site that is!

    My story is as follows. I bought an account with Skrill and when i logged into the account i saw the email changed a lot. I made a screenshot about this and later (when the account got obviously reclaimed) i sent this as proof to Playerauctions. I tried to recover the account but the recovery was not sufficient. I also sent the result of this to Playerauctions. I also tried to reset the password and it clearly shows my email is not being used anymore. But ofcourse i can understand that this is not enough proof although this is debatable. So now comes the shocking part. After a lot of Emailing with Jagex they finally sent me the proof that i wanted. They exactly stated me what Playerauctions wanted which is "The original owner reclaimed the account". So i added this to proof which i thought was sufficient. Now they suddenly closed my ticket because i admitted the account is not mine and that i just wanted confirmation if the account was reclaimed. They give me the bullshit reason that i only got confirmation that i am not the original owner although Jagex clearly states that the original owner reclaimed the account. I also didn't state anywhere that i bought the account. Goddamn this site gets me so frustrated and i will NEVER buy from this site again.

    How they scammed: Account was recovered and P/A Not paying out insurance.

    Suddenly i could not login anymore and when i tried to recover i got this message

    Here it's clear to see the email got changed again. It's not my email anymore ([email protected])

    It was also clear the seller deleted his account:

    So i started a dispute and playerauctions clearly stated i needed proof from the game publisher. So that is what i did, i messaged Jagex and after a lot of emailing i got the confirmation back.

    I thought this was enough to get the account back so i sent this proof to Playerauctions. After a lot of emailing with them they said to me this:

    When i asked to Playerauctions what the reason was they said this:

    They say that Jagex just confirms i am not the original owner, even though in the email they clearly state that the account has been reclaimed by the original owner! They also say i said i bought the account, even though i never mentioned it.

    The most funny thing is that they state the users get 72 hours, but when i did the dispute the seller got alot more than 72 hours. They even asked me if they could sent the seller my email! It's just bullshit how this site promotes scamming and comes up with bullshit reasons as to why they can't refund you the money.

    I will never never ever buy anything of this site again!

    Anyway, i wonder how you just ignore the fact that steam is saying it got claimed by original owner.
    How is that not a proof, tell me

    1. Your username
    2. Your order ID
    3. Nature of your concern

    If it's a game account reclamation case (ie, your account becomes inaccessible or locked out), please file a dispute by following the instructions below:

    1. Log-in to your account.
    2. Go to your account dashboard.
    3. Click My Orders.
    4. Find the order ID.
    5. Open and click Report Dispute.
    6. Fill out the necessary information.

    Or you may also email the address above if you're having difficulties going through the dispute process above (filing the dispute through the instructions above is still the best way).

Kindly include your PA username, the order ID for the review, an unedited screenshot of the review showing the full content and the writer of the review, and finally the reason why you think it's undeserved or unfair.     Hey again guys.
    Any chance you could shed some light on why dispute 46401 was declined?
    I really can't think of any other evidence I could have provided to make this process simpler.
    The seller offered no help other than what I had already told him didn't work- so he didn't provide me the correct information... how can I be at fault for that?
    I know I'm not particularly active on your service but by my estimate I've spent well over a thousand USD through PA and I'm at a loss as to what to do. If I'm not protected by your insurance then why should I use your site at all?

    Hello, i am trying to file a dispute for this order as the account has been recovered. i had purchased insurance for the account and the original owner/seller has recovered this account so i believe i am entitled to a refund for this account. i have provided plenty of prove for him to look at, as i had caught him trying to take the money and the account. He is not willing to listen to my logic and refuses to order a refund so i had to take it to someone else, unfortunately.

    I felt as if i had to post for a second time on this thread for my dispute. Same playeraustions info:

    Unfortunately i have lost the dispute in my case but i no longer have the account in my control as the owner has now recovered the account from me now that i dont have insurance anymore, IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO? i don't have the account and i have spent the $240. What a shame, But, its not to late to fix this mistake. i understand his evidence was proof enough that he had changed the email address to the one i told him too but this doesn't change the fact that i don't have access to the account. He has clearly recovered the account after the dispute going in his favor and i can help but think i can still convince you of something fishy happening here and to take another look into this dispute as it is, respectfully, the wrong decision.

    I went through and tried to do an account recovery on the information i knew about the account and i got it to send an email to change the password to its registered account to see if it was still mine, i was dumbfounded when i found out i was too late.

    Now naturally, you can obviously see that the email registered to this account is clearly not the same one that he had provided as his most valuable form of evidence.

    On the bottom you can see that the order no longer has any protection left on it leaving it wide open for this guy to recover the account and take the money, a win win for him. This kind of behavior makes me sick that he can get away with this. (I don't understand how this can happen with insurance in the first place i thought it was put in place to help protect everyone in case something like this would happen). This leaves me with so many questions.

    Again, Please take another look into this dispute as it is clearly wrong sided. This is the only thing i can do now and hope someone is willing to work with me. Please do the right thing. Thank you for your time.

    Hello @bluntology.

    Thank you for the fully explaining your situation and for providing all the screenshots you gave our team. I consulted them about this case and the exact reason why your claim was not accepted is because password recovery screenshots are not treated as substantial proof. What we require is a correspondence from Jagex telling you the account was reclaimed by the original owner, and in the screenshot it should include the username/email address of the account, as well as the official email address of Jagex and the mail date/time stamps.

    The reason we can't accept screenshots of those nature is because it doesn't incriminate the seller as the one responsible for the loss of the account. In many cases, buyers often attempt faking the loss of the account, by way of buyer's remorse or regret with buying the account, and blaming the sellers for delivering an incomplete or erroneous game account. And it is for this reason that our team is very picky with evidences.

    I am sorry but as per discussion with the team, the case is already closed. If you are able to secure the evidence I've explained above, you are free to send it back to the team so they can check on the case again. If it's still within the insurance period, our team can still contact the seller for you and maybe hold his pending payments, but this is dependent on various factors and situations. Until then, I'm very sorry that I won't be able to do anything for you with this, bluntology.
