    I'm a long time PA user with a 100% positive feedback over nearly 50+ orders, both buys and sells. My sells have been a mixture of currency and accounts since 2010.

    I posted an account for sale recently and used the instant delivery system so I wouldn't have to sweat checking it non stop to ensure a fast delivery time. Within 20 minutes of posting, my account was logged into and its inventory was stripped. Someone also put an auth on the account and attempted to cancel the bank pin. I created a password entirely for selling on PA that I never use otherwise. My virus scans are clean across the board. My email was not compromised, so I was able to turn off the authenticator. Since doing so, there have been no more logins on my account.

    Since I've been a long time buyer and seller on PA, I'm skeptical to say PA is to blame for it, but I can't figure anything else out. The day before, I won several decent stakes and ended up with a 400m bank that I was able to swap over to another account. No weird activity on the other account. Only on the account I listed. It wasn't until I used the automatic delivery system now available that I had issues. Since changing the password from the created pass for selling on PA, no issues. Are you guys 100% sure someone on your end isn't attempting to hijack accounts? I tried to reach out to live support, but it's late here already. Get back to me when you can.

    Hello there, Good Times/eq2pvp. Thanks for providing a detailed explanation regarding your issue.

    I'd like to assure you that the automatic delivery system is completely safe. The information is encrypted and the game account is only released once somebody orders it from you. The system has been around for some time and it has been successful for all sellers using it. No one in the office can access the contents of that email and only the logs are viewable (if they are already sent or not).

    The fact of the matter is that the automatic delivery actually makes it even harder for someone to hijack your account (as opposed to the manual delivery we have on the site for years), because with this system, your game account details are sent over to your buyer without anyone else being involved. I'm sure as long standing member of our community you can attest to this, and that none of your game account offers were ever compromised.

    Did you, by any chance, sign up on any "special" offers or accidentally entered your details on a phishing site (specially those that are posing as official Jagex staff or site/domain on the net)? I don't want to sound condescending, but in reality it's really very easy to fall victims to this. For your peace of mind, I'd like to assure you that the automatic delivery system is completely safe. When you have time, please try checking your browser history for any sites you may have accidentally shared your info on, or explore any possibilities that a friend or acquaintance knows your recovery information and might have exploited it. There's really a LOT to this.

    Nah it's cool. Since I've been a long time user of the black market and what not else on various games, I'm especially careful with stuff like this. The computer I use for main use these days is a computer that uses nothing sketchy. I strictly use legit sites. I'm not accusing, so I don't mean it to sound like that. It just seemed a little odd.

    I've ensured that the computer I've used to play from is clean on all ends. Also, like I said, the password was created for the delivery system as I was posting the offer. I'll keep scouting out potential causes for the hijack. I only found it worthwhile to mention since none of my emails were hijacked in the process. The email of the account I was selling also contained the exact same password as the account, since I also changed that as I posting the offer. I'll keep searching for potential causes. Thanks.

And sorry if I kind of insinuated that you're not aware of suspicious sites, I just wanted to get that explanation out of the way :p Sorry I'm not able to provide any more insights into this, but I sincerely hope you find what's causing you this issue. Hopefully it's just an isolated incident and that all your other game accounts stay safe.

    I used playerauctions to purchase a game account back in January 2018. Everything went well and the account was purchased, but the original account holder reclaimed his account 4 months later. Lucky for me I purchased insurance to go along with this account so I contacted support and went through the normal procedure. I provided proof that the account was reclaimed and I even emailed the developer of the game showing that the account had been reclaimed. They refused to provide me with a refund or credit. Just terrible response time and very shady service overall and customer service doesn't seem to read your message in full details, I spend most of the time reiterating things that were stated in prior messages. I just found out recently that the insurance I paid for only covers one dispute and uses up my insurance and apparently the dispute cannot be re opened since they closed it without any information originally, I had to send in another ticket to find out they had closed it due to lack of evidence which they also closed it within one day of investigating. My username is doubleant and the dispute case is 20867, order id:344311. I am also able to send the email from the developer showing that he confirms that their is in fact no account attached to the game account email anymore.

    Hello Anthony. Sorry for the hassles you had to go through. For quick and easy reference (mostly for me should I need to check again), the correct order ID is 3443411.

    The part you said about our process is true, that orders can be disputed only once and as a buyer you need to submit evidence to support your claim. I talked to our agents about this and I'm very sorry, but at this point the evidence is insufficient so we have to close the case. Just in case you run into any new developments regarding your account and you were able to acquire a more incriminating statement from the game publisher, please send it to [email protected] and include your order ID again and username. We cannot promise anything but our team will always make it a point to re-check the case and talk to your seller for a possible compromise.

    I do have another email with me clearly asking if my account email that I purchased through playerauctions have an account attached to it. and the game master replied with that email does not have an account attached to it. I'm at a loss because I wasn't aware of how you guys handle your insurance claims. Its very disappointing. I even asked if you guys received my additional info and got no response. I will try again and re send but at this point submitting a fraud claim to my bank might be smarter

    I'm really sorry about the lack of response, I'm not sure what happened but I'll make sure to bring it up to them. I'm not trying to threaten or make abrasive remarks, but just please know that submitting a chargeback claim on your payment/bank will mean the suspension of your account --- I just wanted to let you know about it so you won't be taken aback once you get the notice from us. Our policy revolves around the mediation process and that filing a chargeback interferes with that, so we have to suspend the account.

    If there's anything else that I didn't cover or if you think I can do something else for you, just let me know Anthony, and I will do what I can to assist.

    It was very foolish of me to contact a member from Playerauctions and conduct business via discord. This member is a well known member with very good feed back, and after changing my e-mail and runescape password, and taking all of my recoveries off of my e-mail he said he wasn't going to purhcase because I had security on the account.

    I asked him to change the passwords back which he said he would if he could not secure it, and instead told me to recover it and change it myself... now that he has taken all of my credentials off of my e-mail I can not recover it, he blocked me on discord and playerauctions. I have scoured the playerauctions site, I can not find out how to report him or speak to someone from player auctions.

    I will provide absolute proof but first I need to know that I can and how to contact a playerauction administrator on this issue.

    i didn't do anything wrong. I didn't scammed i even provided my ID card payment bill to prove my living location... What should i do... I need to privode my documents again??

    And where will go all my money from distributements? Because i already sold these acc and don't have them anymore, so i should get all my money.
    I defenetly hope i will get all my distributements, beacause i had alot of acc sold these days, and few a offers still stands even though you say im suspended?

Depending on the offense, some payments can still be released, while for other cases it will be frozen until you can sort out the issue with our team.     The first account I bought from PA was an account named “Cleared Edge” from the seller gutt1998.

    The account was recovered so I lodged a dispute (I paid extra for insurance) and the seller won the dispute by stating that I botted the account. The seller provided evidence that he had control of the account yet I wasn’t returned the account which I had paid for.

    The seller then later resold the same account on PA on 19 March 2018.

    I lodged a PayPal dispute after I lost the PA dispute because it was absolutely ridiculous that the seller could claim that I botted the account and use that as an excuse to recover it from me then re-sell it. Even if I had botted, the account was mine and I was entitled to play it how I saw fit.

    The seller had no right to recover it, then appeal any bans and re-sell it. It was clear that they recovered it then re-sold.

    I’m looking to be reimbursed, especially given the seller was able to recover and re-sell the account with the valuables I had put on it on Player Auctions without them catching on (approximately 100m) and the extra levels I had gained.

    I question how you could let the seller re-sell the same account on the PA website after I had lodged a dispute saying it was recovered?

    Similar situation, the seller won a dispute after recovering the account. I have evidence that they recovered it as per the screenshots.

    This account was called “limandas” and is now known as “ziter” (can be looked up on hiscores).

    Hello again, thank you for helping me out so far I have nothing but appreciation in that regard. I have emailed them my evidence further supporting my claim but I wonder if it is actually being reviewed. I sent them an email from the game publisher where the game publisher states that the email [email protected] is not attached to any game account, but playerauction insists on more evidence to support my claim. Although this time I will say at least they are allowing me another 48 hours to submit more evidence instead of abruptly closing the case like last time. I have sent them another email from the game publisher since then where it CLEARLY states that the account was reclaimed to the original email which was not provided to me from the account seller. And I cannot get the information on what email that is from the game publisher since they cant prove that I am the account holder. Not to mention account selling is not a thing for this game so it already looks suspicious and I have to word my responses very delicately. I would really like some help now from playerauction's side as I feel like I've done all I can to retrieve evidence and information surrounding my claim. I have 20 plus messages between you guys and this whole time I have been fighting to show that I am not at fault which is very discouraging because it feel like I am guilty until proven innocent in this regard. I purchased the insurance in good faith that if something were to transpire playerauction would have my back and see to it that I was compensated fairly. And I get that they have to look at both party's fairly, but I am pretty sure all the hard work has been done on my side and nothing has been done on the seller's side because he is not responding to me and I am sure he hasn't been able to be contacted from playerauction's side either. If you could check and see if anything has changed in my favor for this claim that would be appreciated. I will write a final outcome once I get the response seeing as how there wont be anything left that I can do on my side and I have nothing left to retrieve from the game publisher that I can access. support id: 118069, 119404 and the username for my playerauction account is doubleant
