    Hey, Im received the 404 error, which from my understanding means that my account (eternal12) was suspended. The previous guy that received this error seemed to have typed in misleading info about himself leading to the suspension, but in my case I provided all the correct information, and yet I receive the 404 error when trying to navigate my profile.

    Hello Etmex. Sorry for the inconvenience, but you will have to email [email protected] to inquire about the suspension and ask for a reinstatement. Suspensions go beyond just the usual incorrect misinformation, sometimes it could be due to a discrepancy with your IP and country as well. I suggest you contact the team on that email since they are the ones who have access to the more sensitive information about your account.

    Well, I did. And you asked for a whole lot of information that could lead to identity theft and so on, and when I asked what do you do to prevent from identity leaks happening, all your team did was permaban my account just because I asked how do I know my personal information wont get leaked by your website. Great way to deal with your customers/sellers.

    Hello again Etmex. I'm sorry but I don't know the exact reason for your suspension, but it's definitely not when you asked about the security process, of course. There are a lot of possibilities and one of them, like I said, could be a discrepancy with your info or that you already have a banned account with us before.

    Hello, please help me get a refund. My account is Nulse. I bought from the user "cheaprsgold" who is apparently a verified seller, and he scammed me. He sent me the cash on IMVU, and as soon as I verified on my order that I got what I paid for, he contacted an admin and had it refunded from the account on IMVU. Please refund me, I know it's not a big amount but I spent $11 on air, and his account has been active for a very long time, and he should definitely be banned. I don't want anyone else being spammed by him. I can send proof if you need me to as well. My email is [email protected] if you'd like to message me on there.

    Hello there, Nulse. Thanks for reporting this, I was now able to put a hold on your seller's payment. This will be held until he can resolve the issue for you.

    What you can do at this point is login at PlayerAuctions. Then go to My Account by clicking on the upper right icon; From there, click on Orders, then look for order 3719500. On the order page, there should be a Dispute button --- click on it, then follow through with the reporting form.

    I can see that this order is not yet disputed. Please note that orders can be disputed once, and you will be given 72 hours to collect information and submit it to our team. Let me know if you have questions about this but for now, you're safe because the seller's payment is now frozen.

    You're very welcome, Nulse. It was also just good timing.

    I'm happy to hear that you're now able to talk to your seller about this. This would be much faster because and if you haven't had to dispute this, then it works for you since you save that dispute opportunity for later --- but chances are, you won't ever need it. Just be extra careful before accepting your seller's resolution, and double check that it meets your agreement.

    Hey, i purchased a clash of clans account roughly an hour ago and it's still stuck on "Payment Verification" and has been for the last hour, im not sure if this is typically the time it takes for this process as im not all too familiar with the site. Hopefully you can help me to get this deal done for both me (the buyer) and the seller.

    Hi there,

    My situation is quite simple. I recently ordered a game account (#3736486), and had payment settlement was completed (meaning that PA was holding my money). However, I decided to cancel the order before PA or the seller had sent me any information regarding the account (aka nothing was delivered). My current refund status is "Queued for immediate processing", so I am wondering how long this will take. Purchase was paid on Apr-29-2018 07:41:00 PM, and order was cancelled on Apr-30-2018 01:34:37 AM. In addition, the PA website no longer has the refund log tab, so I cannot check it.

    This usually happens if you post the offer without any insurance, which means your payment will be included in a batch. I know you need the money but I'm very sorry, we cannot reverse this. The full 30+ days has to lapse.
