    Hey there Sam. I checked the order and this actually went through, which means you were able to pay successfully and go through the process correctly.

    Normally when you make orders, our team sends out forms for you to fill out and send back to us. This form is sent to the email address associated with you payment option (for example, PayPal or Skrill), NOT with your PlayerAuctions registered email address. The two could be different, depending on how you set up your account.

    The reason why this order hasn't proceeded yet is because your seller hasn't delivered the order yet to you. At this point I would advise giving him a bit more time so he can take care of it. Sorry for the hassle, and let me know if there's anything else you need help with. :)

    Hi, I am having a problem and I feel helpless. I have sent many many emails and DM you here. I went through all of the hoops and sent all the pictures requested. We are 2 days past dismemberment date and they have not responded in 2 days. My vacation is over and I am running out of time to do the transactions I planned. All of this is manageable with communication but no one will answer my emails.

    UPDATE: Mikka has made me send 3 different pictures of my face and ID

    I am a grown man and run an entire company, I am certainly capable of sending a picture.
    I feel harassed and abused.

    This is information I would rather not send in the first place. Why make me send it repeatedly over a 3 day period?

    Hi @sniperfire , it would help if you could post your username with order id as @PlayerAuctions will be able to assist you faster once he see's your message. Also i'll explain the reasoning behind the pictures.
    As playerauctions is a huge online "black market " middleman you could imagine that ammount of fraudulent cases they recieve is quite high. Some people will try to use parents, grandparents or even stolen cc's to buy stuff off of playerauctions. Which is why they ask for multiple pictures with your face matching to the id. I understand you are unhappy that it takes so long to complete a transaction as I myself have gone through the same process when i first started using playerauctions. Though it should only happen once to where you need to verify your identity. I hope i answered your question correctly the player auctions support team that checks here will be assist you once you provide a order id and username, which you can PM them if you feel uncomfortable posting here.

    I appreciate the feedback, I included all of that in the DM

    I would like everyone to know that i am the seller, not the buyer and my account changed hands a week ago.

    The protection period is over and they are throwing a ton of identity stuff at me for no reason. Account is sold, PA collected the money ,buyer has no dispute....nonsense who are they protecting?

    Sorry I forgot to reply to it, but that is a pretty spot-on explanation about our process :D Thanks for that! To add to that, the secondary reason is we try to eliminate the possibility of somebody else gaining control of the account's payment/disbursement accounts. This is natural with account holders who share their accounts with friends or acquaintances (which is not recommended in the first place), and by having their profiles updated with us, we can easily default to that information in case the account's activity log becomes erratic (change in IP address, location, spending patterns, etc.).     Hey! i have a question.

    I bought a lol account yesterday (14$, player auctions). But i could not connect, it was already banned (before i have it in my possession).
    I checked the history, it's a bot account. (Riot probably found it).

    So, i send a dispute yesterday (ten minutes after buying the account),and today, i still have no answer. (from a famous seller , i already bought from him).

    I wonder how many time will it take for him to respond, and if i'll get my money back in this "type" of problem.

    Hello playerauctions....

    I am very confused and upset about a dispute that was recently "rulled" upon by the playerauctions team. An old schook runescape account was purchased by me, and was reclaimed approximatlely 2 weeks later. I purchased insurance for the account as well thinking this would protect me from acts of theft like this, bht i guess i was wrong. I will post my ticket responce here to save time.....

    I am writing today because Iam extreamly confused on the final decision of my dispute case. I provided screen shots of my account with the DENIAL email from jagex support (old school runescape) that I was denied recovery to the account after the seller reclaimed the account. I had short contact with the seller. He claimed it was an IP address issue and the account was locked. The seller did not respond to the dispute at all and DID NOT PROVIDE any evidence of his actions or any EVIDENCE of this being true.... He simply IGNORED all contact from me and the dispute itself that was opened. The seller also attempted to gain access to the in game bank with the bank pin hours after the account was reclaimed, claiming that he needed it to reset the password.... which he never did. I have purchased insurance for this account and thought I was protected from blatent acts of theft. What else am I to provide you as evidence to show that this account was reclaimed? The seller will not respond to any of my messages and didnt even respond to the dispute.... how was this ruling in FAVOR of the seller?"

    I am completely shocked. I have been a LONG time user of playerauctions (user from 2009) and dont feel like I was treated fairly. My order number is 3540842. Please tell me there is something you can do.... i feel like a robot reviewed and answered my dispute without even looking at the evidence.

    Hello, I created an offer and it simply won't appear anywhere. There is no error message or anything like that, I tried multiple times, waited, and nothing. There is nothing when I go to my active offers. Previously I had placed another offer for the same character in the game but I removed it, does that matter? Thanks

    Hi @Waterscape ,

    If you could please post or private message @PlayerAuctions your order number so when he comes back he will be of better assistance that'd be awesome. But what you will need is a ban date, showing that prior to you buying the account it was already banned. Hopefully the buyer will answer you knowing he is selling botted accounts and replace it for you though.

    Hi @Kolaroff ,
    It is possible that if you previously sold the account, so for example. If you sold a account with the username "Zezima" for runescape, and you make another offer trying to sell the same username it will block the offer from going up incase you recovered it and tried to resell it. Though you claim you haven't sold it as of yet, but maybe you never fully removed your previous offer? It won't let you list 2 accounts with the same login.
    Try checking here in the tab i have opened "closed" you should see the one you have listed before, if its not closed its opened, hidden or reserved so i would check them all. Also for better assistance private message or post your playerauctions user id so he can personally check for you.

    Hey there. As Ty said, please PM me the order ID so I can take a look and guide you along the case. If you haven't yet, please file a dispute for this order. You can do this by logging in at PlayerAuctions, then clicking on the upper right account icon. Go to orders, select the correct order ID for this, then on the order page click on Dispute. Indeed, if you could provide the ban date, that would greatly help. If you could also get the game publisher to make a statement about the account banning, such as the account being flagged for botting on a date range before the sale transpired, then that means the banning was due to botting by the previous user. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

    Hello Fuzz. I'm very sorry but buying insurance for the game account still requires buyers to submit compelling evidence for their claim. This is usually in the form of email statements from the game publisher (in this case, Jagex) to state the status of the account, such as "it was reclaimed/recovered by the original owner" to establish the point that it was the seller who got it back. Please also note that the seller doesn't need to submit anything back if the buyer's evidence is insufficient, and the case was ruled out not on the seller's ability to send counter-evidence, but more because the buyer's evidences were insufficient. I'm really sorry for how it turned out.

    @Kolaroff:
    As Ty has pointed out, please check and make sure you're not offering a sold account. Our system detects it if you have already sold the account. Kindly check the Closed, Hidden, and Reserved tabs as well; Closed - for offers that are already sold; Hidden - for offers that are temporarily hidden due to negative balances (incurred if you failed to deliver an offer within a delivery guarantee time); Reserved - for offers that already has a buyer making a payment. If you continue to have problems, please PM me your username so I can check if you have any issues with the account.

    @PlayerAuctions,

    When you attempt to recover a runescape account, you dont get an email responce from jagex stating that the account was reclaimed by the origional owner.... you get a denied account recover email, which is what i submitted as evidence along with screenshots of conversations with the seller who admitted he had knowledge of the account detailes being changed. The seller then asked for my bank pin i had set along with my IP address information so he can recover the account. How is this not compelling evidence? There is no way jagex will send someone who they deem to not be the origional owner of the account, any email with details of said account. So it is literally impossible for anyone to recieve such evidence. What do i do? I am really trying to avoid contacting my payment method directy for a charge back. I have been a customer with playerauctions since 2009 with over 20 positive feedback reviews... and this theif is a new user with account sales within this month. I guarentee that if you search the order numbers that this seller has sold accounts, that the buyers have also filed dispites. The seller guarenteed that he was the origional owner of the account through the playerauctions messenge center, BEFORE i purchased the account.

    Hello I purchased something on PA through paypal today and as I made made paypal account I accidently misspelled my email so I cant fill out the payment verification or cancel the order thus it is just sitting in verifying payment so I cant cancel order or open the email if at all possible could I get some help on cancelling my order? my username on PA is tcs94 and the order id is

    While logged in at PlayerAuctions, click at the upper right icon to be taken to the account page. In the account page, click on Orders. Select the correct order ID/number, and on the order page, click on Cancel Order.
