    Hi @PlayerAuctions i would like to ask about In this situation that i mentioned to you about . what evidence is required from the seller <osrs account section> . Clients have already submitted evidence, which is the date of the ban they received, and it is clear that within days after the date of purchase, the dispute was resolved in their favor.
    Please clarify what evidence is required in the aforementioned case so that everyone benefits and does not fall victim to such cases

    for example i sold you a phone .and you break this phone while you using it should i Give you another phone or even give you your money back and i also mentioned that i'm not responsible about bad use from the customers in my offer description i think you can now understand my point . and you can see that hurt our business and it happened for like 2 times with me and with some of my close friends they always sell accounts on PA i suggest this cases should end at the favor of the seller if they provide the date of the ban
    i'm always love the way PA work and i don't want stop my business there so i hope to see this solved asap thanks :)

    Thank you for the kind words and the feeling is mutual. :)

    For cases like these, you may not even need to send evidence because the buyer needs to prove that the ban happened because of you. And if the ban happened 2-3 days after the sale was made, or maybe longer, then it's very doubtful it was because of you because the sale already happened. The buyer won't be able to show proof because if he contacts the game company, he will be told the ban is due to RWT so when we ask them for information, they can't send that to us, making his dispute stance pointless. If they send it, then they end up incriminating themselves because the email screenshot will only show he/she RMT-ed the account.

    So again, it's a case-to-case basis and there is no 1 answer for everything. Another case could have a different turnout like this.

    That page says Coinbase disbursements are available on PlayerAuctions, but I can't find any option.

    I've sold an account through PlayerAuctions, I fully complete the process of handing all the account information to the buyer and I receive the full payment into the account balance...

    I go to withdraw this money and they now demand an ID photo, a photo of myself holding the ID, and my current billing address.

    What is this? imagine having to hand over all this personal information for it to be handed to third-party companies...?

    I'm very sorry for the hassle, they had to retract this, this week due to unforeseen problems. They told me they will do their best to have it back up again.

    You probably have an account issue, whether it's a duplicate account with us or there may be security issues with your disbursement. Rest assured though, anything you send is treated confidentially and is only used to verify who you are. I'm afraid I can't help with this so you'll have to send it to our agents, I'm sorry.

    Hi @PlayerAuctions I am having issues creating offers on the redesigned page, every time I click the "CREATE NEW ORDER" button I get a circular spinning loading bar screen, and never redirects to the successfully created order screen.

    When I press F12 and look at the JavaScript errors, it appears to be returning the following errors:

    I have tried the following:
    1. Log out of my Player Auctions account
    2. Clear Cookies and Cache (even tried in Incognito mode)
    3. Log back into the PlayerAuctions account
    4. Navigate to Create Offer page by clicking my store name at the top right corner of the page
    Page URL: Create Your Offer | PlayerAuctions
    5. Filled out all of the details just as I did with the old design
    6. Click "CREATE NEW OFFER"
    7. Page is stuck on rotating circular loading page with no redirect to offer being successfully created
    8. Double checked my Active Offers page and confirmed the offer did not get created

    It’s been two days since I have not been able to list accounts… I hope the team is taking this issue seriously since there is nothing really being done to fix this issue.

    I’ve been getting the “Something bad happened; please try again later.” error every time I click the create button.

    When I press F12 and look at the response, it seems to be failing with this message:

    However, it's been failing like this since last night; and I list(relist) hundreds of offers on a daily basis... this new system will not work with my store as it is... can we please have devs look at this with priority and fix this issue?

    Hi PA. I used you many times ( have over 80 feedback) but last year had an issue where a buyer that I had sold him a Warcraft account stated after 8 months of usage that he forgot the details after 8 months and wanted original owner to get them back. Since I am a reseller I could not do and to cut it short he opened a dispute and provided fake evidence and he won the dispute and think PA paid him back. Never scammed anyone in all my life and if I am wrong I would pay back but this only occasion it was clear that the buyer was trying to get the account for free as all he produced as evidence was a fake mail whereas he was as if speaking on his behalf with a GM and we all know that only original owner can speak with GM to get back the details. Moreover, when an account is recalled you always receive an email stating account email/pass change. Well he bought once and left PA happy with a free account while I have been a loyal buyer/seller for years with 80+ 100% feedback and got myself into this scam. Well I did not use PA from than but now am looking to buy a RS3 account. I just saw that I have a penalty of $220 which I totally disagree but my account is not locked. Do I need to reimburse what PA paid to that scammer first before I can buy anything from the website ? if yes am totally sorry but I cannot as explained above it was never my mistake and PA should have read the messages the buyer sent me before the dispute. Can an insurance be extended more than a year ? reason being we all know RS3 accounts are recovered even after a year. I don`t mind paying extra for safer transactions.

    Hello, @godwisper67.

    It sounds like the account you sold doesn't have all the required recovery information for safekeeping the account. This is why we generally discourage 2nd hand accounts and it's best to sell accounts that you personally owned or hand trained like most of our sellers do. When the account gets recovered, the buyer usually wins and this usually creates a loss for the seller — this is because if the original owner of the account recovers it, the fault lies with the seller. In this sense, you sell 2nd hand accounts at your own risk. I understand you didn't want this but I also hope you understand that to keep things fair and organized, the loss due to the original owner taking it back should still be under the seller.

    The $220 penalty you spoke of is most likely due to this. You will need to settle that if you want to sell again on the site. Buying is separate and you may still proceed with that, but kindly note that upon inspection, our staff may decide to decline your purchase; I am sorry. You should receive an email for this where you can settle the fee; please check your inbox.

    As for buying and the insurance associated with it, PlayerAuctions can only provide a maximum of 1 year. Sorry, but this cannot be extended any further. Thank you for your interest, though.
