    Hi @PlayerAuctions,

    There appears to be a new bug with automated account delivery orders, I always list my offers as automated instant delivery for PlayerAuctions to deliver my accounts within the 20 minute window; however, lately (for the first time ever in 3 years) it has started to ask me to provide account details to the buyer and will not go in "Pending Buyer Confirmation" phase even though the account details have been sent.

    @Zirak:
    Hi again, Zirak. Super sorry to hear about this; I've now made a report about it and I will keep monitoring this within our team. For now, I've resent the game account emails to your buyers; please continue talking to them via our on-site messenger and ask them if they've received it. Please get them to confirm that everything is ok now (secured ownership of the accounts) and once that is logged on the chat function on the site, I can then manually close the orders for disbursement to you. They need to confirm that the accounts have been received and that they have secured/transfered the ownership.

    Really sorry for this hassle. Just in case they never received anything, feel free to communicate the account details, again, via the on-site messaging system at PlayerAuctions as that is an official channel for this.

    Then PM me here with the confirmation or anything else so I can take care of the orders.

    i got a buyer who disputed an account bought 6 months ago because his emails are going to spam lol

    Hello Crazy, I'm sorry but can you post the order ID instead. Dispute IDs are off-limits to me. From what I can tell though, he will most likely lose the dispute because his timing is off, if it's an email concern, it's the same with your point that he should have raised this up back then.

    It’s been three days and neither buyer has confirmed the order delivery even though it was delivered by your system and by me via the on-site messaging system. Normally my buyers expectation is that the orders eventually get completed automatically by the PlayerAuctions system and therefore disbursing my a day later, but that won’t happen in this case due to the bug in PlayerAuctions system with these orders...

    The buyer messaged me through the on-site messenger saying he doesn’t see an option to confirm the order, only to cancel the order... can this please be fixed at the PlayerAuctions end?

    @crazypipe:
    You're very welcome, and thank you for sending in the order ID; this lets me check anytime and if I found out the buyer is issued a refund, I can freeze it momentarily to ask the team to deliberate on it again. That said, my impression stands that your buyer doesn't seem to have any leverage on this so for now, we'll let the dispute proceeding go through (since I'm not allowed to interfere in any way) but I'll also let our staff know about your points.

    My sincere apologies again for the hassle. The team is now working on the bug again today and as for your two orders, we've resent the game account emails previously; once for each manually when I did so, and another when the emails were triggered again from our system. Today, I also wrote emails/tickets to your buyers to directly confirm with them so I can take care of this from my end. If any penalty fees are incurred by these orders once they complete successfully6, don't worry, I will clear them for you.

    Why was my order terminated? The account details were sent and the buyer has already changed the account details and even stated on the on-site messenger that they tried to confirm the account details on the site but they didn’t have an option? So why was my order terminated? Are you guys going to be disbursing me for an order that was delivered?

    Hello, sorry I was away and could't answer fast, but the customer changed the account's info and also could even ban it, I can't answer on the dispute, so please DON'T REFUND the buyer.

    @Zirak:
    Please don't worry about the message log "Order Terminated", that was me closing the order in your favor. Whenever a PA staff manually closes the order, it always appears as Order Terminated. It's how our system was coded. I closed it this way so it would be faster, because the system would need to wait for several days to naturally lapse and close. I only wanted to get out your disbursement faster because your buyer there confirmed back to me that the account is already ok.

    In short, everything is ok with that, please don't worry about it. :)

    The order ID is 6978415, correct? In the future, please send me the order ID instead because dispute processes are off-limits to me and I can't change the decision there. In any case, I now have the order ID and I will try to anticipate any refund and stop it. For now, please continue trying to send responses to the dispute; it's still open from my end and can be replied to. If you really can't, kindly email [email protected] and specify the order ID and dispute ID there, please mention that you couldn't reply to the dispute so you're sending it there. Good luck!     Hello , i still did not get my refund :( i got your reply in ticket but it is almost 3rd week now.i paid with paymentwall for 6928087. can you see my payment for order 6928087 and paymentwall ? can you please check these three orders ? 6928087 , 6928053 , 6928013.for one order money was taken from my account and not refunded yet.

    Another order with the same issue Order# 6992356.

    When can we expect a permanent fix for this? I can't be forcing every buyer to message me acknowledging they received delivery... some people don't respond at all after they receive their account details... this defeats the purpose of having the Instant Delivery feature on PlayerAuctions.

    @PlayerAuctions Order ID: 6991201 was terminated and buyer changed email and password on account which was auto delivered to him :( will i get the payment now or what ? i cannot even open dispute on Order ID: 6991201 as a seller ... please dont refund buyer he changed everything on account.i cannot even see buyers profile and looks like buyer florkuh is baned by player auctions ?

    Hi again. Sorry for the inconvenience on these orders, but as per checking, all of them were already voided from our end. You may need to contact Paymentwall about this as well to expedite things, since the payment provider is the one processing the funds at this point. Really sorry about this.

    Our account monitoring tells us you have recovered the account, the Activision account is now separated from the Blizzard account. Please do not omit details like these in tickets sent to us as it could lead to your suspension. Did you do this because of the order termination?

    Sory, the buyer changed info on blizzard account but then i checked activision so he did not changed info on it.then i unlinked the account because order was terminated.i was told by player auction not to give account to buyer.now i got account back but now battlenet cannot be unlinked for 12 months.problem is solved.why was order trrminated and buyer was baned?

    Ok, thanks for the clarification, I'm glad you got the account back. You may try reselling it elsewhere, I'm afraid due to security restrictions, it may no longer be resold at PlayerAuctions since our website form blocks accounts already used on orders. Sorry about this.
