PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

Sure thing, will add this to my report to the department head. We actually thought it might be the same user so we're inspecting this carefully. Sadly, there seems to be trend of sellers copying offer images and posting them up as the same (probably too lazy to create their own offer images) but what you reported isn't very unlikely too.

Just curious: is PayPal disbursement method ever coming back? If not, is PlayerAuctions likely to add more disbursement method in the future?

 

Here , Savitar69 is 99.9% likely selling stolen / hacked accounts.He is also member of many cracked forums where hackers post stolen game etc accounts.check this account it was created in 2018.

I'm unable to display images in new offers on PlayerAuctions. I think there is a technical issue which has to be addressed asap.

Could you please let me know what game offers you guys are posting? Our web pages are segregated by games and it might be a specific issue with just one or everything. I'll work on reporting this right away.

Regarding PayPal, sorry but the removal is most likely permanent. We've had security issues using them and this was expounded even further when scammers started using this to ask for unsolicited payments — we had to actively distance from it. And yup, the search for other methods is on-going but we haven't found a good fit yet. I can assure you that our teams are working on this.

Thanks again. We haven't made a decision on this yet but our team has clamped down a bit on the account. I'll send the following information you provided us, but I have to set your expectations that even though they have the same usernames, if the product/service being sold is different, it might not be usable against him. But I can't say anything sure and concrete for now; at the moment, I will communicate the urgency of the matter to the department head handling this.

he is offering the hacked accounts for NETFLIX,ORIGIN,HULU,SPOTIFY ... and the battlefield V account which he is selling on palyer auction is also Origin.Origin is the app in which there you buy games like battlefield 5 etc.check the tread carefully he opened thread on crack forums and offering stolen accounts.

Our tech team has identified an issue with this and is now working on a fix. Thank you for quickly reporting this to me, I appreciate the effort. And sorry as well for the hassle it has caused.

Hey, recently i had a problem how i cant get resolved with support... Some people say to me come here, so you can give me a hand.
My account was suspended, i still have money on it, my buyer is OK playing with my account... He changed everything as i see on e-mails of confirmation, than he changed the e-mail, all good... But my account was suspended, i dont know why and support say they will not tell me why and end of histoy... Just wtf?
I had a problem wen i was on vacation, and someone open a dispute and i see it only on closed time. Off that i dont know what would cause a suspension, and holding my money and say that is final? Its a bit rough of say to someone without reason.

I'm afraid, as per checking, I found out from our team that you resold the very same account on two orders that happened at PlayerAuctions. This is normally not allowed, but on the second order, you initially provided a different account; when the order happened, you then provided the already sold account to the buyer. So all in all, there are two mistakes here, that (1) you resold the account that was already purchased at PA, and (2) you misrepresented the account being sold and changed it later on.

Rest assured, I won't question or bring to light your motive for this or if they were intentional, but regardless of any, these instances can't be allowed and will lead to permanent suspension which includes an indefinite hold to your disbursement funds. I am sorry but this decision is final and irreversible.

 

Hello, why does this site do everything to make it difficult for sellers who are selling with auto-delivery? Accounts that have expired are lost because there is no special filter for expired accounts(all the accounts mix-up with sold accounts, in closed listings), you need to carefully monitor so as not to lose your accounts and set them up again before the expiration date. After the recent update, playerauctions made it even worse, it already takes a huge amount of time, but now you need to look for and update the password when relist the account (previously it was saved automatically and did not need to be entered again).

 

Hi again, @All4gamers. By expired accounts, you mean the "Expired" status on offers listed at PlayerAuctions, correct? Can you clarify what you meant about looking for and updating the password in the last sentence?

I'll talk to our team today and ask them to include an "Expired" filter for offers. Is there anything else I can ask them to include? I make no promises but I'll do my best to communicate this with them.

Hi again, @All4gamers. The team has acknowledged the request to add an "Expired" filter, but it might not be done soon, but they're including it now in their to-do work. As for setting the password again, this is a security precaution for sellers in the event that your PA account gets accessed without your knowledge.

We've received many reports where stolen PA accounts get accessed by unauthorized people, lowering high-value accounts to $5 or so, then having an accomplice buy it so the game account is effectively stolen.

Rest assured they're reviewing it now according to them to find ways to improve seller facilities without adding further trouble. Thank you for the inputs.

Hello , there is a problem with two orders.Acount were given automatically but inbetween my account was suspended.The byuers got accounts but PA terminated the orders : 6880968 and 6880916.please release the money for these two orders.buyers got the accounts.

 

this is insane man ! lost my three accounts and PA just aet the money and auto opened one dispute where byuer has no problems.Please release the money for orders : 6880968 and 6880916
