    Richard , i ams till waiting for my money to be release which is more then $2000.what is going on with PA first they locked my account and now they dont want to give me my money ? this is kind of scam Richard.

I'm sorry but the case is already final; I've tried to appeal several times but I'm afraid I can't make any decisions on this because dispute cases are handled exclusively by a separate team. The money is indefinitely held and will be used to recompense affected buyers that have valid reports about the scam they experienced on your orders.

    I'm really sorry R9290, I know you will be messaging after this but there is nothing else I can do since your account received multiple reports of scam from your buyers and I was told they were able to provide valid/substantial evidence.

    customer just banned the account, the account was never opened before and he was the first person who opened the account, and linked UPLAY to the steam, but playerauctions refunded money to the cheater/scammer, why?

    Hey there, thanks for reporting this. I have now frozen your buyer's refund so you can dispute this again. The dispute proceeding may have required you to assist the buyer with the account recovery, but if you can establish that he got it banned and that the account can no longer be recovered if this is the account state, then the team may reverse the decision (it's possible that it was presumed the account can still be recoverable). Please email [email protected] about this or continue counter-disputing this if you have any open support lines with our team.

    Hi I sold an account on your site order id: 6737328 the buyer opened a dispute and was decided in his favor while I provided enough proof,delivery +_ that hes was on the account today
    also heres a screenshot where he confirms delivery and changes his mind that fast,look at the time the messages where sent,why would you favor the dispute to a scammer like that?
    I guess lets decide the case in his favor when I wrote a wall of text but all he typed was refund me with a wink right?

    how can this be possible? he says everythings is ok with the account then one minute later he says that he cant login? a second case was opened but I have not received any news from pa team.

    We are looking to follow up on the outcome of the dispute on order 5856065. We have provided all necessary account information to secure the account for the seller, and is now in his possession. We have had the money reversed for the following reason of: "Chicks hasn't escalated this case in time and the dispute has been closed assuming that Chicks agreed to Rutgeri's demands." We are looking to have this rectified and provide any necessary information if needed.

    Hi there. I am terribly sorry but as per checking, the decision stands. We did not receive any replies from your team during the dispute; the grace period for replies from your end has lapsed and the case closed in favor of your buyer. I'm afraid I can't reverse it since the refund is already processed. In the future, please ensure you are able to reply back right away because our disputes hinge heavily on this. Please also include the order ID for similar instances like these; Dispute Case Numbers are handled exclusively by our support team and it's off-limits to me due to protocol reasons. By having the order ID, I can halt refunds directly, if need be, so I can help you guys.

    Hello there. Thanks for the report, one of our agents was already able to catch your ticket message to us and the refund is now frozen, you may continue discussing the matter in the same ticket to provide proof that the transaction was delivered. Alternatively, if you can ask your buyer to contact us via [email protected] (using the same registered email on his/her PlayerAuctions account) that he/she has received the goods, then I can ask our support team to conclude this in your favor.

    Hello Omniously. I traced the concern to ticket 552693 and I have now taken over that ticket. I'm afraid the refund has to be done manually so in actuality, we need to ask you the BTC refund address. Please reply it back to the ticket and I'll take care of it. If you plan to make more purchases with the same BTC account, I can take care of passing the orders, just send me the order to that ticket. I'm terribly sorry for this ordeal.

    Hey i overpaid on an order from wizard shop & was given a code from coinbase to give to the merchant. i dont care to get a refund i just want the account i sent like $1 extra just incase, i thought it had fees and didnt care rather be safe. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME
