The new ticket ID is 557822. The other ticket was closed because you contacted us with a non-PA registered email address. On ticket 557822, please reply back your exact refund address for this if you'd like to receive the funds back, or let us know if you prefer it to be a coupon (the excess amount will of course be included, too). I recommend the coupon so that way you can purchase again from @Wizard Shop.

I'm really sorry — for context, crypto payments with excess or shortage can't proceed, it has to always be exact. If it's over or short, we have to refund the buyer.

i only do sell on the site the person asked me that he will add me on discord and i said okay because he might ask for more information /screenshots i even said in the msg only on the site i would never sell outside but the big thing is this person is an alt account of some scammer who scammed me before and i won the dispute HE WAS SOOO MADD and i even reported him to your support

look at my order if you find one single scam ban me for life i 90% sell my accounts that i play on

I'm sorry I can't help you with this. You gave your Discord to the other user and it wouldn't be impossible to think you were being discreet and implicit with how you tried to ask your buyer to contact you outside of our site.

Furthermore, this is your 2nd offense. You were already caught doing this last October 14, 2020. You were not asked to pay a fine; we made you acknowledge the offense and to state that you won't repeat this. We also informed you the next time this happens, a fine or permanent suspension will happen.

You are now banned and you will need to resolve the fee so you can be reinstated. Again, I'm sorry I do not have anything that I can do with this.

 

Guys i would advice you to stay away from playerauction they 100% protect scammers
you can scam people and get in 100 dispute and they won't ban you
but when someone msg you asking for more info of the account you are selling on discord or anything thing else they just ban you
its my advice if you see this and think about buying or selling anything on this site take my advice GO AWAY
i was a seller and buyer for 4 years with over 80+ orders 100% feedback not even one scam or one negative feedback
STAY AWAY from this site with everything you can

Playerauction is legit scam now they are asking for 150$ stay away from them guys

 

This is my last reply on the matter, we respect your decision to tell people what you think in your previous 2 posts but as I've said, you were warned about the matter already that the next offense could lead to either a suspension or penalty fee. The fact that you were already suspended the first time should be a clear indication that you should never share your personal contact information.

You gave your Discord in an inconspicuous manner and was eager to contact the buyer outside of the site. Whatever the message or motivations are, the Discord username is there and you cannot refute this. You even claimed there that you added him already.

Hello! I found a bug. Filter "Sort by: Latest Offers" doesn't work right. It redirect you to the same page as if you choose Filter "Sort by: Most Seller Reviews". This option doesn't work well in whole site. I am was write about this bug in your help center about like one or two weeks ago and got respond that problem gonna be fixed as quick as possible. But bug still not fixed and it's very frustrating for me and I think for many sellers that don't have big rating, because "sort by latest offers" was the way people find your offers and now I like can't sell anything.

 

@PlayerAuctions i want to report one scam offer on player auction.The guy was banned on epicnpc for selling the same account which he is now offering on PA.Here is the oofer on epicnpc.He is selling same Battlefield V account again and again on different markets.He sells account on one market then after taking money he revokes account and then list it on another market.now he listed the same account with same pics on PA.

you you compare the imgur links on both offers you will find out that bfv pics on both offers are exactly same even stats etc are also same.I want to report this seller and his offer.so buyers are not scamed by him on player auction.

Here , i am putting scammer both pics in offer on epicnpc and player auction side by side.100% same pictures and he is baned on EPICNPC.

Thanks a lot for letting us know, and I'm really sorry for the hassle this has caused. We received a similar report last week and we've escalated the matter that day, the team is working on it already and this will be fixed very soon this week.

Thanks for the detailed report. I checked the Imgur links and some of them really look identical indeed. I've passed it on to the relevant team/manager and I was told it's already being investigated. If we found something that can use to incriminate the seller, he will most likely be banned on the spot. Thank you for the concern with this.

 

the seller is indeed either linked with the scammer OR the scammer created new account on PA.His first account xxJohnwickxx was already baned on PA on which he also tried to sell same BFV account.please check the account details of ID : XxJohnWickxX on PA
