    Why can't we enter something like 8 hours for delivery time? The custom box only allows over 48 hours? How is that even remotely smart?

    make it so we can adjust that to what our ACTUAL delivery time would be.

    Some people have to sleep..

    Hey there, I'm sorry about this but long ago we've done this to allow sellers more time and to not force them from being hammered down by buyers who insist on the allowed delivery times which can be selected. What you can do is set the time there to more than what you are committed to, then place in the offer details your actual delivery time. This will guide your buyers to your actual delivery time commitment. Sorry for this limitation — I'll bring it up to our marketplace team for evaluation.

    We talked about listings that expired so that there was a separate filter for them, I think it’s not difficult to do for the site, but it will make life easier for many sellers, is there any news?

    3)incorrect refund amount. I was refunded 0.01215049 bitcoin but I payed 0.01276406

    I understand bitcoin is a non-standard trade denomination but understanding numbers isnt. I payed 0.01276406 bitcoin which I have wallet transaction details for from both your site and mine. Yet you refuse to pay me back what I transfered instead telling me to talk to my financial institution. Bitcoin is a directly traded asset from one wallet to another. What you are are doing is trying keep money from the transaction by acting like its current market value is what should be traded. In no world do you give back someone a part of what they paid due to inflation.

    3)Paid for account that cost 149$ with bitcoin. I transferd 158$ of worth of bitcoin via playerauctions website. Was told I didnt transfer enough. No option to add more even if I wanted to. Contacted support, was told to try to transfer with my (credit card) again. This is the second time Ive had issues with pa and bitcoin transactions. The first time you didnt transfer me back the amount of bitcoin I paid to you and for all important purposes stole ~10 dollars from me and told me to contact my "financial institution" its bitcoin.....its a direct trade from one source to another via a wallet. This time you value the bitcoin at a 85c to dollar conversion without any prior notification then send some cookie cutter response that has nothing to do with the transaction, then ignore my repeated tickets for over 18 hours. This insanly unacceptable, I have already lost one purchase due to this. Please just release the account, you already have my bitcoin in your wallet.

    @coldchips:
    It can be allowed as long as the other people accessing the same account doesn't have a PlayerAuctions account. When a user logins to a PA account, all information are logged — IP address, geographical location, time logged in, etc. The security system tries to find other accounts with the same login information, and if any are found, that's when an account gets flagged for being a duplicate.

    To be doubly sure, you can go ahead and pre-emptively inform our team that the account is going to be used by multiple people; provided that those same people have IP address/locations not associated with other PA accounts, they can mark the other people as being ok with the same account. Please also note that the flagging happens as a protection for an account to avoid any instances that the other login attempts are being done without the original owner's knowledge.

    Hey, I also saw your post on Steam and sent you a reply there.

    I'm not able to deal with this directly since it's being handled by a different team. But as far as protocol dictates, BTC refunds are given at current market value. You may raise this to our [email protected] team and for good measure, send a copy of the email to [email protected]. Sorry I won't be able to answer this since it's outside of what I am armed to deal with as a representative and it's best to contact them directly.

    Well thanks for half/not answering one of the issue but here I am sitting missing 150$ worth of bitcoin you guys are holding but not giving me credit for and an account I was trying to purchase sitting in limbo for the last 3-4 days. You might notice there are multiple posts and only one pertained to the lost of capitol through trades. PERHAPS if your support wouldnt ignore any of my 5+ closed/unanswered support tickets I wouldnt have to public shame to get any service.

    The part about being told the funds you sent weren't enough? That falls into my reply that I am not armed to answer this, I'm afraid. We are instructed to direct these concerns to [email protected] and I only answered you with what I know, that BTC refunds are given at current market value. I know you're frustrated and I'm sorry for that, but next time try to take your sarcasm elsewhere, my friend.

    Sorry if I come off sarcastic Im just not a fan of losing money/accounts due to refusal of a company to do even communicate their trading processes clearly, nor be willing to be available to fix the issues as they come up. Im sure its not your fault, but 3+ days for a response from anyone from a service level company is kind of crazy in any world.

    We've recently had a lot of lapses in response time and for that I am sorry. I actually want to say that it's temporary and it will get better soon, and it does get better after a while. It's just that this week we've received a backlog of issues with Mastercard payments and while it's not supposed to excuse for the lapse, it's what causing the delays. I wrote to you on Steam forums to share that on ticket 382562, our staff sent you a screenshot that the amount of 0.01226406 was refunded back to you. Just wondering if you received the email for that and if that amount is correct? It's higher than the amount you initially mentioned that was supposed to be refunded to you, but I could be wrong since it's where the BTC value may have dropped, causing the 2 dollar loss you mentioned.

    Edit/Addendum: I sent you a detailed reply regarding the 2 issues you raised via reply to your PM.

    Just to catch everyone up and be keep this as open as possible. I am now being told I need to be refunded the bitcoin AGAIN now that its value has lowered in the markets leading me to lose even more money. I am being punished because playerauctions can not/will not value currency correctly and being given no recourse except to lose money over and and over. I will not accept this and am going to use every possible resource to a) get what I paid for, or b) get what I am originally owed. Please beware when dealing with this company, as I have had nothing but problems over the past WEEK.

    Sorry for the hassle this has caused you. We're having trouble with Mastercard payments (including Skrill accounts funded with Mastercard), but we're still figuring out why this is happening because even on Skrill's side, Mastercard isn't working so it's more of an issue with the card company than it is with our processing. Please advise your buyers to use Visa, Skrill funded with Visa or anything else not Mastercard, or BTC.

    I can confirm that this is being fixed already, I consulted our risk management head and tech department, and they're trying to resolve it with Mastercard as well as check if anything can be done on our end.

    I sent you a ticket and tried to help you with your refund, but you didn't want to provide the BTC refund address because you had your reasons.     PA doesn't have keys section in MINECRAFT. Can I sell Windows 10 key minecraft in accounts minecraft section or not?
