    Hey I have multiple questions regarding my orders and one dispute. I purchased an OSRS account through playerauctions 6 days ago. The account got recovered yesterday. Sent in a dispute, just wondering how long it will take to get my money back. And secondly I’ve been trying to buy another account from highly rated sellers, and my card payment keeps getting declined while the funds keep adding up on hold in my account. I have around $-700 on hold in my bank account and just want to purchase an account again. I can’t use bitcoin or any of those option. I even tried my discover credit card and that even now has $-700 in funds on hold. Hoping we can resolve this and I can just purchase and account through my debit or credit card easily.

    Hello there. For dispute inquiries like this, it's best to include the order ID so I can check on it right away and if there's something I can do for it, I'll go ahead with it.

    For disputes, please set your expectations: it can take a week or more. You'll have to message back and forth with the seller and provide evidences. Your refund also isn't sure, I'd like to set this one important example. The case will hinge heavily on evidences you can send and if they're substantial. What I can do to help is when you're dispute is closed in the seller's favor, I can hold his disbursement one more time for you to give you an extra chance to dispute it again, but as for the outcome, I have no hand in that. I'm sorry.

    For declined payments, the system easily flags orders with high prices. I'm sorry I cannot divulge information about this to keep the security process intact, but one thing I need to recommend is for you to have your registered real name at PlayerAuctions to be exactly the same as the payment account's real name. We also check for discrepancies in the account information such as mismatched addresses and IP location, etc. so it's best to keep them accurate and transparent.

    @PlayerAuctions i figured out how to pay with BTC cash so that worked out in my favor. Regarding the dispute, the seller hasn’t answered for 4 days now. It says he has 11 hours to respond. I will keep posting pictures of my proof in the chat. If he never answers me how do I proceed? Order #:5870380

    Hey there. I can see from my end that this is now in a dispute (I won't be able to see dispute proceedings, btw; it's off-limits to me due to protocol reasons). If the seller doesn't respond back for a certain time, there will be an option to "Escalate" the case to our team so they can make a decision for you. Please keep checking until you can see the "Escalate" button there. Let me know how it goes.

    Hey, I have a buyer open a dispute a week ago with a question (instead of messaging me). I answered them, they didn't answer back but the dispute won't close automatically as it used to in past (usually after 3 days of no reply). What shall I do?

    Hey there. Can you please check again, there should be an "Escalate" button on the order that you should click — this notifies our team to make a decision on the order. As long as you ensure the order was delivered safely and successfully, they should decide this in your favor.

    Let me know how it goes, and if it's still open, please give me the order ID so I can ask our staff to look into it.

    I'm very sorry, I can only forward cases to relevant teams and I don't have any hand on disputes. I wanted to freeze your seller's disbursement so you may dispute this further but upon checking it was already sent.

    I've like 4 orders stuck in "Verifying Payment" for over 10 hours now. Buyers are getting frustrated. They have all submitted the necessary documents. May I know what seems to be the issue?

    Our team found out you were reclaiming already sold RS accounts. We also found 2 identical duplicate accounts with the same cases. The offense is treated severely and the suspension is final.

    My PA Account: TaylLady
    I created my PlayerAuctions account on Jul 2019. I didn't use this account much, sold only one of my Runescape accounts and there have not been any problems with this order at all.

    On the 9th of April 2020 I decided to sell other accounts of mine and eventually, I successfully sold one for 350$ ... the order went smoothly and the buyer was satisfied, even left me a good reputation on my profile ... What happened next?! About 8 hours later, PA suspended my account. They could have done it to my account any time before, while I was inactive, but they chose to suspend my account right after 350$ got into their hands. I suppose I will never see the money nor the rs account.

    What I am supposed to do? The buyer has no idea of it, he still has the account I sold to him while PA trying to rip me off.

    I got this reply in their support site which basically says "We can suspend your account whenever fuck we want". I am not aware of anything serious that would lead my account get suspended.

    Hello .......,

    Your account was suspended due to our risk management policies and industry compliance. For security reasons, we will not be reinstating your account. This decision is final and binding.

    As stated in our User Agreement, PlayerAuctions may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account at any time if:

    a. In PlayerAuctions' sole and absolute determination, there is any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the Registered User; or
    b. PlayerAuctions has reasonable grounds to suspect that information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete; or
    c. PlayerAuctions believes that User conduct is harmful to the interests of PlayerAuctions, its employees, directors, affiliates, or other Users; or
    d. For any other reason in PlayerAuctions’ sole and absolute discretion.


    I don't expect any solution because you seem to be pretty sure about stealing money out of your customers' pockets.

    @Typecek:
    You were suspended because you were caught reclaiming already sold RuneScape accounts. You seem aware of this if you're saying we could have done it to the account before or that you don't expect any solutions; and yes, there won't be any since this is final I'm afraid.

    I did not reclaim any of the Runescape accounts I sold, how did you deduct that I am aware of it lol ... You were caught stealing money from me, and thank you for your reply, you will hear back from me again
