    is this a new update to manual delivery orders? Where PA staff verifies the accounts, rather than the seller themself manually sending the info/linking to their email.

    Thanks for doing that, Rune.

    It's still the same as the process before; if the offer was submitted as manual delivery, sellers provide the account details to us, our support team checks the info, then it's handed over to the buyer. Automatic delivery, on the other hand, lets you transfer the account details to your buyer without our intervention.

    Hello there, Cyberneticwar. I was able to check and the reason it got stalled is because your Skrill was not in verified status when the system sent the payment, so it bounced back to us. I have released it again and tomorrow, about 24+ hours from now, another disbursement batch will be done. Before then, please ensure you are able get your Skrill account in verified status so it's ready to accept funds again.

    I've been charged by PA but payment failed...

    Both time ! For transaction n° 5659850 and n° 5659894.

    So I just have been contacted by NETELLER and they send the money to PlayerAuctions...

    No disbursements received since last Friday, have disbursement issues sprouted up again?

    @PlayerAuctions I've PM'd you with over 30 orders that are pending disbursement... could you kindly get these disbursed ASAP? Would like it before the week ends, thanks.

    Hello Makongas. I'm sorry, I'm usually not allowed to intervene with disputes (in the future, please also include the order ID, I have to check with the staff when it comes to dispute IDs but as for order IDs, I can check on those immediately). I was told it's now in escalated status which means the staff can now decide on the outcome. Just in case it doesn't turn out in your favor, you may message me about it here so I can hold your buyer's refund — this should give you some time to counter-dispute the case again.

    I accepted a dispute he Settled it to the team.

    NOW I GOT SUSPENDED, AND HES TAKING ALL THE REFUND MONEY.

    @Neopanama:
    Not most; I am not from China, but we do have an office in China. The situation has slightly affected attendance of our staff but operation is on-going since staff who are not going to the office are still working from home. You shouldn't be too concerned, and no changes are required.

    Unlike before when we had real problems with our disbursement accounts, right now, only the attendance is affected and even then, disbursements are still being made. Our disbursement accounts are all ok.

    As I've requested in my last thread, please include order IDs as much as possible; this is for order 5661466. I'm sorry but our staff found out you provided false login info for this order, which led to your suspension. If you believe the suspension was made by mistake, please email us at [email protected], although as per my consultation with them they've already dug into this for proof.

    I can't make decisions on this so I will have to refer you to them for this.

    Why can't we enter something like 8 hours for delivery time? The custom box only allows over 48 hours? How is that even remotely smart?

    make it so we can adjust that to what our ACTUAL delivery time would be.

    Some people have to sleep..
